Good quiet location one minute from bus station, polite and helpful staff, free parkind behind the hotel
Friendly helpful staff, good kitchen available (Kosher, dairy). squeaky clean - run by Israeli staff and German volunteers. Nearby we found some great cafes and restaurants.
Room would have been cramped if six adults had shared, but was great for three of us.
Clean, comfortable facilities. The posters and information about Ben Yehuda were interesting and informative.
As we had a rental car, the lack of a parking lot was a problem.
Phenomenal customer service! Was nice to stay in a safe part of town after staying in Mt. Olives. Room was very clean and we didn't hear any noises from other guests.
Lovely place and good athmosphere.cleaning of the rooms can be done a bit better, but also ok.good facilities and very nice staff.
Ants in the room walking on floor and furniture.beds are double floor and single - problem with very small kids to sleep on the upper floor.
staff was kind
shower room and toilet was really small and inconvenient. can be really noisy depends on your neighbor.
Big, complete kitchen. Nice breakfast. Free wifi.
Localization quite far from Old Jerusalem, but bus stops are near.
Rather small rooms and not very cordial welcome. Breakfast was, compared to other youth hostels visited in Israel, quite modest.
very nice staff, excellent location in a residential area of Jerusalem
The staff were very nice and acommodating. The location was very good for me, as I came to do work in Talpiot. The breakfast was also nice.
The noise. The noise was horrible. There were these terribly loud Israeli children, as well as another group of Israeli adults who were screaming and laughing at 11 at night. There should be some house rules, maybe quiet hours. I left a night early because I just couldn't get enough sleep with all of the racket. Those kids' parents should really know better.
