Our 2nd stay, the rooms have been upgraded a bit. The breakfast was good and view from the dining room was a lovely setting.
The towels are very thin.
great breakfast with a wonderful view
it's a great place to come and sleep have breakfast and that's it
The breakfast was really very nice with a great assortment of excellent cheeses and eggs made to order along with the standard veges, cereals, breads, etc.. Small but clean pool did the trick to cool off.
There are 24 steps from the parking lot to the front desk, and additional ten steps to the room. I have great dificulty in walking up and down stairs, it was a real challenge. They did help with the luggage, but had I known it advance, I would have selected another location.
The view from the patio.
There was a confusion about our booking and the manager literally made me cry. My husband was even afraid to deal with him. I wish had gotten his name. He made me never want to come back to what was otherwise was a pretty decent hotel.
No elevator; Very unpleasant staff, no electric kettle in rooms or lobby
KITCHEN AND FACILITIES
Location. Zikhron Yaakov is a great place to stay. Nice, small town (but not alot of parking, which can be a big problem during the day). Breakfast is provided in the rate, and it was nice when they made an omelet to order. The croissants were good.
Very expensive WiFi, although you can access free WiFi in the dining area. We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times over the past three years, and this has been an issue every time. Obviously, people are paying for access, otherwise it would be free throughout all of the hotel.
the location one of the best in israel the air and view is untouchable,, the food is of a high quality, the staff were helpfull
the room was unfortunate drab smelly and in need of re decoration be sure not to book a family room they are the worst, but when i left i told the reception about the room even though no apology was given the man assured me he would look into it
Position; Friendly and helpful staff; Excellent food (although pricey)
Room very small; No lift; Towels paper thin; Swimming pool above ground (in ground is always better)
The view, the breakfast, the nice clean bathroom the linens
The stairs as I am handicapped
This little hotel has great ambience. The view if the sea and the sunsets is wonderful. Breakfast was amazing.
The view was beautiful very nice for watching the sun go down. The location is lovely and quiet. There are nice areas for sitting and relaxing, a great jacuzzi and a small but good swimming pool. The room was a good size. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner we had were both excellent. We wanted a place close to Caesarea at a reasonable price and this was perfect. Good if you want to explore the Carmel hills too.
Would have liked soya milk for breakfast - always a wish as for the lactose intolerant!
Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast.
The hotel has a great lookout to the coastline, and a really lovely relaxed feel to it. When we arrived, after a long drive, we discovered that we'd been upgraded to a beautiful corner room with a jacuzzi! The restaurant has a great outdoor balcony, with vines overhead, and all in all, it feels like a happy retreat from the world. It has the same vibe that we got from Zichron in general – laid-back and summery. We really enjoyed our stay!
The huge flower covered patio overlooking the Mediterranean was lovely and the food was great. Quiet. Short drive to Roman Ruins.
It was all good.
SatisfActory room, great location and great Israeli breakfast
Interesting location.quiet. tiny place. Nice resturant terrace.
Rooms are clostrophobic. Old. Small.view to the next building indtead of the great view of the see and mountains.must be renovated!
Great place Hade a great time Will come back again
Friendly staff, went out of their way to help.
Amazing location. Helpful staff who let me into the room early & gave me a late check out. Good breakfast & service. Stories of local history by reception staff.
Parking was a bit of a problem.
Loved the patio overlooking the Sea. Very tranquil setting. Just remember the mosquitto repellant for evenings. Excellent dinners. Staff friendly.
That there was no free WIFI. U had to purchase time.
The view from the hotel balkony was fantastic
The hotel is an hostel with a Price of hotel
Enjoyed the small homey feel of the hotel and its friendly helpful staff. There are a lot of steps to enter hotel and to get to room, but the staff was so willing to help with luggage. Breakfast, though small, was tasty with good coffee and made to order omelets. Jacuzzi felt great when returning from a day of walking! Quiet location with close access to highways when heading out for the day. Would stay again if we are in this part of Israel!!
Expensive WIFI. Almost missed the fact that the coffee bar and omelets/eggs were available for breakfast...there was a small sign at the instant coffee table.
Breakfast was big
Corner room was a little small
