The staff was very very friendly The breakfast was excellent The rooms were lovely The bathroom was very nice The swimmingpool was lovely, cool and clean The view was beautiful The Yehuda Hotel is highly recommended
When entering the hotel, we were nicely greeted by the guards, feel very secure, the receptionist was very welcoming, our room was large, modern and nicely decorated with view of the garden, beds were comfortable, the room was clean and equipped with a mini fridge and a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. Breakfast was delicious and plenty, service (reception, dining room, pool) was kind and helpful. The pool was fantastic, very relaxing, surrounded by a garden and a parquet. Wifi is provided free and working well throughout the hotel. We stayed here in the past when the place used to be a hostel, it was very nice too. Now when it was completely renovated and turned into a 4 star hotel it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely return.
Room service even on Shabbat ( limited menu of course) Amazing bed and bathroom Beautiful balcony and view Helpful staff ( helped with taxi service and bus routes) Absolutely incredible breakfast, even on Shabbat
We were on the fifth floor but had a trail of ants in our room coming from the balcony.
Excellent comfortable bedroom; really helpful staff; great facilities and welcoming. The hotel is a great sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Jerusalem. Easy to get into the centre and worth the 20minute journey. check bus times and make sure fixed price if taking a taxi!!
Aircon seems not as effective in the middle of the night; suspect hotel turns it up. Snacks and light meal menu; little choice Pressure to have extensive buffet dinner in the evening; not what we wanted While culturally attuned and accepting; more information required on what to expect on the Sabat in particular no hot food. Did not expect 1000's of outsiders using the pool over the weekend; slightly disturbing
excellent hotel; out of the city center, but easy to park and easy access. great facilities, large modern rooms, great breakfast. will come back.
The place was great! Staff was helpful...food was excellent, and the room was as nice as any I've stayed in the States. Great place to get away.
The location is far away from the center of town. If you don't have a car or can't afford a taxi, it can be a problem. The nearest bus stop is about 1/2 mile away.
Modern, clean and nice room. Swimming pool and access to Old City and closeness to the Biblical Zoo a plus.
Disinterested staff and overall poor customer service.
A brand new hotel in the Jerusalem Forest with great views, an awesome swimming pool and excellent staff. On our last day a wedding was taking place in the courtyard below our balcony, it was perfect. A great way to end our stay in Israel.
Lacked soul. Maybe because it is so new and the staff is so young, or maybe because there was no grounding group, no real Jewish flavor to the hotel.
Nice clean hotel - europe standard
Cold wather in the swimming pool
Staff was very helpful great view nice new rooms beautiful balcony
Dinning hall not very clean not a big variety of food
The comfort of the room is excellent with a lot of space.
The staff was great in general, but there were some youngsters in the staff in the dining room who practiced their English with bad words, very awkward.
Restaurant staff were awful - Rude, unhelpful, stood around checking their phones, chatting & looking like they'd rather be elsewhere.
WOW! I had to start with that. this place is really amazing, great value for money, everything brand new - it actually felt like we were the first ones to use the room (standard double room - I specifically asked for a room with a view to the mountains and a bath, but after walking around the hotel i have to say that the rooms on the bottom floor with the terrace looked nicer, not that i have anything to complain of, our balcony was HUGE). The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I had ever had. will definitely come back again staff - super nice and helpful, guarded parking lot 24/7 with super nice guards. btw, the pictures on booking are not doing well with this hotel, it looks much better. location wise - close to the zoo but other than that you really need a car if you want to travel in Jerusalem. bottom line - 10!
Modern hotel, breakfast, price/quality
Far away from city center, car is desirable.
Excellent hotel: knowledgeable and courteous staff, well-equipped modern rooms, great food, etc. Located on the quiet outskirts of Jerusalem - and quiet is a valuable commodity in that town since King David's times.
beautiful hotel, lovely staff , clean and comfortable , they let us check in really early (11am) and stay all day in Hotel after checking out , we stayed till 2am till shuttle airport bus came , we got free tea and cookies too:) they let us go in pool early even when it was closed they sent a life guard too..on my birthday they gave me delicious chocolate cake..on arrival fruit and water en cakes ,best hotel we have ever been in breakfast was really good and a lot…loved this hotel would recommend it to everyone:)
The hotel is brand new, delicately decorated. Breakfast was excellent.
They do not provide a means to connect my pc to the tv screen. North America style coffee.
Beautiful hotel!very nice staff too, which is not too common in Israel!
very nice rooms with excellent efficient staff would stay again
Far from center
The service was excellent, staff tried to assist more than expected. Rooms seemed new, very clean, with modern fixtures.
Breakfast was not friendly enough to diet / health oriented visitors. The design was somewhat "manly", which was good for a business trip, but I would not choose it for a romantic holiday.
Hotel is not luxurious but it is newly and tastefully renovated. It is not centrally located, but it is an excellent option if you have a car, since major sites are about 15 minutes away. Child / baby friendly - there is a big pool, a playroom for kids, parking. Room was quiet; wi-fi worked well and was free. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast.
The bathroom had a glass wall. It is screened by shades, but at night turning on the bathroom light illuminates the room.
Good location in nice surrounding and nice lookout from the balcony. Great gardens and swimmingpool. Food is fresh and nice.Absolute must: having a car available ! Although old city is not far away it is recommended to be flexible and go there by car. We remember this hotel and will definitely be back there once we're again in Jerusalem.
Nice Hotel, Good breakfast, nice Pool
Pool opening hours only from 12-6 pm, the hotel was very busy and loud
