parking spacious rooms

the place is designed for large families, and not surprisingly the noise in the corridor was terrible. lights went off at 11 PM breakfast was mediocre

We had a very good time. The food was good , rooms are clean, bed matress were eccelent ,pool unfortunatly open only on weekend in september.

Beautiful location, not SO easy to get to but worth trying!! We were happy that your booking site resulted in there actually being reservations waiting for us on arrival! Wissam at the front desk was delightful, friendly, helpful, and the smile never left his face. We also made a wedding there, albeit using outside service people for personal reasons (more stringent kosher supervision), but Russell the liason was charming and helpful. He even took calls from off site after hours when questions arose, and came up to help us personally. Abed in the cafeteria was also charming, cosmopolitan and professional, the quintessential Maitre D', and he helped us personally when our centerpieces disappeared after the wedding. The security people were extremely professional, I apologize for not remembering their names. Once we figured out that the room A/C was activated only once the door was completely closed (how clever and economical - a sign to that effect would have helped) we could enjoy the cool air and have a refuge from the heat of summer. I was disappointed that the pool closed so early on Friday afternoon, as I really hoped for a dip before shabbat. The shower spilled out onto the floor, but all in all a glorious refuge. Definitely recommend this lovely location.

The room was comfortable and clean

Felt more like hostel then a hotel, big groups of teenagers, very loud at night, wi-fi only available in the lobby, which was crowded with loud teenagers, the cafe did not have the items offered on the menu, very poor food quality in the main dining room

The place is new, nice garden

The workers aren't the most nice I ever met, and the rooms really are very simple. Too basic for the price that we paid!

The price of the room.

The breakfast room - it felt like a school canteen - and the food was like that, too. The room - the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. A lot f dust and hair. The aircondition could not be switched on. On the door, a latch to lock the door from inside had been ripped off and not replaced. The bedlinens were stained. The shower had a mind of its own regarding hot and cold water and the bathroom sink had only a very weak water pressure.

Great location in Jerusalem, just few hundreds meters from the White Valley in a spectacular country side setting not very far from the Old City.

ביתי נשאה באולם במקום.והיות ואנחנו לא ירושלמים חשבנו שיהיה נוח להתארגן ולישון במקום.

רמת תחזוקה של החדרים נמוכה.החדרים מלוכלכים,היה רעש בלתי נסבל של שיפוצים,בדיוק מעל הראש שלנו.גם התעוררנו מוקדם בגלל הדפיקות והקדיחות.מעצבן ומאכזב.

Esta un poco alejado de la Ciudad Vieja, pero en taxi son unos 8€. Esta muy bien situado para visitar el Museo del Holocausto y el Monte Herlz. La habitación es muy amplia, con un baño excelente y una buena terraza. El resto de instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y el buffet de desayuno amplio.

Por poner alguna reseña negativa, falta en el buffet zumo de naranja natural.

Le personnel est très gentil mais ne suffit pas à contrecarré tous les inconvénients de cet hôtel.

Cet hôtel est amménagé pour les religieux ultra othodoxe juifs. la piscine n'est mixte qu'entre 12h et 14H. La salle de restauration est très bruyante et le buffet assez décevant. l’hôtel est très excentré, comptez 20 à 40min du centre historique suivant le trafic. Les services proposés tel que le babysitting n'est disponible que durant la journée et le restaurant ferme à 20h repas fini ou pas. Bref à moins d'être ultra religieux, simple touriste passait votre chemins!

החדר נעים , מרפסת נעימה ,אהבתי את הנוף , הבריכה יפה ונעימה , איש הקפטריה היה נחמד , בארוחת הבוקר איש החביתות עשה אותן במסירות

המלון בעיקר מותאם למגזר הדתי , נגישות נמוכה לעגלות , המעלית היחידה הייתה מקולקלת חצי יום , בקשת העזרה לאור העובדה שהייתי עם עגלת תינוק לא נענתה , אחרי לחץ בארוחת הבוקר לא נוקו שולחנות ולא חודש המזון , הבריכה נסגרה ב 16:00 לנשים בלבד , עובדה שלא מצוינת באתר המלון או בהזמנה , חדר לארבעה היה חדר זוגי עם שתי מיטות מתקפלות למרות שקיימים חדרים יותר גדולים במלון , לא ניתן היה לכוון את המזגן לטמפורטורה רצויה, מגבות נייר טואלט וסבון חולקו בחסכנות מרובה.

1.שבפירסום באינטרנט לא מצויין שזהו מלון שמיועד בעקר למגזר הדתי, וכפועל יוצא יש שעות בריכה מיוחדות לגברים ונשים כך שזה קלקל לנו את השהות של ביחד ושיבש את לוחת הזמנים שקבענו למנוחה ורגיעה ליד הבריכה . 2.שהנקיון מתחת לכל ביקורת . 3.שלאחר שהזמנו את החדריםהתקשרנו במיוחד לוודא שהכל תקין וציינו שמעוניינים בחדרים צמודים נאמר לנו ע"י נציג המלון (גוסטבו) שהכל מסודר ונקבל את מבוקשנו . בפועל זה לא היה כך החדרים היו בקומות שונות, כשדרנו עם גוסטבו הוא ענה בגסות שגם את החדרים האלה לא היה חייב לתת לנו . 4.החדר שחברים שלי קבלו היה רחב ידיים לעומת החדר שאני קבלתי בקומה החמישית מספרו 513 חדר צר מאד כדי להכנס למיטה צריך להסתובב על הצד.

האכסניה יפה וממוקמת מצויין הצוות היה לא נחמד [בקשנו בהזמנה שני חדרים צמודים ולא קיבלנו הפקידה שקיבלה אותנו היתה חסרת סבלנות ומאוד לא נחמדה]. היה רעש של קבוצות נוער היה קשה להרדם בלילה.ארוחת הבוקר היתה בנונית מינוס [שולחנות לא נקיים,העריכה היתה חובבנית היה צריך לבקש מוצרים חסרים ].בס"ה הייתי נותן ציון נמוך ביחס למחיר.עם מאמץ לא גדול אפשר לשפר מאוד את השהות של משפחות באכסניה [למשל קומקום חשמלי שבקשתי ולא ניתן לקבל].לפעמים מאמץ קטן עושה את הכול חבל!!

Erg vriendelijk hotel personeel. Het eten is er ook goed. Je kan lekker genieten van de omgeving en het uitzicht daar. Er zijn leuke plekken buiten om te kunnen zitten. Het zwembad is ook heel relax! Het is gewoon een prima plek!

Wat voor mij een beetje een nadeel was dat het wel buiten Jeruzalem lag. Lopen is geen optie, je kan er wel een bus pakken en dan nog een keer overstappen. De taxi kost 60/65 iLS

Υπέροχοι υπαίθριοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου, αίσθηση ασφάλειας, πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και καλή ποιότητα παρότι απέχει πολύ από τα ευρωπαϊκά δεδομένα.

Το θέμα της καθαριότητας τόσο του δωματίου όσο και των κοινόχρηστων χώρων. Ο κλιματισμός του δωματίου είχε μια εντελώς δική του αντίληψη για τη θερμοκρασία. Η ποιότητα των αναψυκτικών στο πρωινό ήταν άθλια.

La piscine et la propreté du lieu

Cher pour un établissement classique, loin de la ville, petits déjeuners médiocres pour le prix, personnel pas toujours aimable. Cet hotel accueil des jeunes de 14 à 16 en qui font leurs classes militaires qui sont surveillés dans l'hotel comme au bord de la piscine par d'autres jeunes entre 23 et 25 ans qui se promènent en maillot de bain avec le fusil à l'épaule !!!!

מלון-בית הארחה חדש יחסית בירושלים, חדרים נקיים וגדולים מאוד, בריכה שחייה גדולה ומעולה, קרוב מאוד לגן החיות התנכ"י , ג'ימבורי גדול וחדש לילדים קטנים , מרפסות גדולות כמעט בכל חדר , אווירה ירושלמית נעימה. סה"כ מומלץ ונעים.

ארוחת בוקר דיי דלה, עשו לנו סיפור שביקשנו לצאת במוצ"ש (התקשר אלינו אחראי ההזמנות ורמז על תשלום נוסף) , זאת אף על פי שביקשתי זאת בהזמנה , ושווידאתי לאחר מכן עם צוות המלון עצמו, לבסוף לא נגבה ממנו תשלום. בנוסף מעלית שבת לא מגיעה לקומה 5 בניגוד למה שנאמר לנו ,ונאלצנו לרדת ולעלות עם עגלת תינוק רגלית בשבת לקומה 4 ומשם לקחת מעלית שבת. סה"כ למרות הכל המלון מומלץ.

Honnêtement, rien !

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits et sommes partis au bout de 2 ! les promesses du site internet sont fausses ! établissement sale, piscine pas ouverte fin juin ! Nourriture pas très bonne. Les espaces extérieurs étaient sans cesse occupés par des événements privés... Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Etablissement très récent et donc très propre.

Il semblerait que l'établissement soit aussi un internat de jeunes étudiants et donc très bruyant la nuit... De plus j'ai été très déçue par le petit-déjeuner, plus superficiel que bon !

לדעתי, ניתן בקלות לשדרג קצת את החדרים, שיהפכו את האכסניה למלון.

החדר היה נקי

ארוחת בוקר דלה מיזוג שנכבה בחצות הזמנתי חדר לסופש והתגלה לי שאני אמורה לעזוב בעשר בבוקר,מי עוזר מלון בשבת בבוקר בלי מוניות ועיר סגורה???? כמובן ששילמתי כדי להשאר שירות קר ולקוני

בית הארחה נעים, קבלתי חדר מרווח משופץ ונקי, בקומה חמישית עם מרפסת לנוף יפיפה (לא לעיר העתיק אבל...) יחס נעים של הצוות שקט באופן יחסי גינה גדולה ויפה ברכה גדולה לא הייתי מגדיר את המקום כרומנטי אבל בהחלט מקום טוב למשפחות וטיולים (נדרש רכב לצאת לעיר) ובהחלט אחזור עשוב לבד או עם המשפחה בסך הכל תמורה מצוינת למחיר

ארוחת הבוקר זקוקה לשפור ניכר יש סלטים - אבל בלי טעם יש עוגות - אבל יבשות יש פירות - אבל באיכות ירודה וחבל כי כבר משקיעים בכל הדברים הללו .
