Management and staff were responsive to requests. Location was two blocks to sea shore and two blocks to good shopping We had a one bedroom suite. Furnishings were minimal. Cooking facilities were minimal. Street noise was intrusive.

The people from the administration is really nice, the appartment was super clean, wi fi was included in the price. I would have liked that they change the towels every other day instead twice a week.

It was the 3rd time I stayed at Ben Yehuda Apartments and as usual it was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, well located 5 min walk from the beach and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely come back again. It is a little bit expensive but well, I haven't tried cheaper places in the area for comparison...

The apartment (no.5) was spacious and completely remodelled, so brandnew fittings etc. The bed was comfortable and big and a tv was in the bedroom. There was plenty of storage in a big wardrobe. The bathroom was modern and clean. The living room was also spacious with a little kitchenette. The apartment is ideally situated to go shopping on Dizengoff and still be at the beach within 5 minutes. It's a safe and gentrified neighbourhood. Nice bars and restaurants not far. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think if you are looking for a fully fledged kitchen, this is not your place. The equipment is very basic. Also, as the apartment was on the ground floor, I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. As they were quite heavy, there was no natural light. It would be great to have some light curtains beneath the heavy ones, to allow daylight and privacy. The shower was somehwat clogged, so water did not evacuate quickly leaving a foot bath after 30 seconds underneath the shower - could be easily avoided and fixed! The frontdoor was cut too short, so there are 1 to 2 inches of a gap onto the corridor.

Location is good. Easy to reach and close to the beach for after work activities. If you have a car. The only parking is street parking, which there is none realy.

Theapt was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It has all the basics. However, the young man in the office was the best part of our stay. He was very helpful on a variety of issues that had nothing to do with the facility. Since the bathroom did not have a window that opened and didn't have a fan, there was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain.

The Ben Yehuda apartments are a great value for a family or large group of friends traveling together. The apartments are ideally situated in Tel Aviv. The beach is a short two block walk. Shopping and a broad variety of eating establishments are close at hand. The only thing we did not like about the apartment was the lack of immediate access to hot water for bathing. Hot water for showers was generated by switching on a water heater which required 20 minutes to heat the water. I did not have any problems with this arrangement but my children complained about cold showers.

Lovely clean apartments, had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great place for easy access to everything you need on Tel aviv, short walk to the beach and marina, lots of good bars and restaurants nearby, very friendly local community with buses and taxis on your doorstep. Would highly recommend if you like to suit yourself as opposed to risking hotel food! And like the freedom to come and go as you please. Money saved on the average hotel costs locally was enough to keep us in houmous and falafel!!!yum :) Really have no negatives was very happy with the apartments and would come back again, I opted for this over a local high end hotel and my friends that stayed there paid a lot more than I did and were not as satisfied. This speaks for itself.

The apartments are clean and spacious (as compared to the average Tel Aviv apartment). They are located in the heart of the city, a 5 minute walk from the beach, 30 minute walk from Jaffa, and convenient to multiple bus lines. The staff is fantastic- we had a problem of our own doing at 3am, and a staff member responded quickly to our call and solved the problem immediately. We loved everything about the apartments! However, there are a few local quirks that took a little while for myself and my American friends to figure out- how to use the boiler system (to take a hot shower longer than 5 minutes) and learning to leave the bathroom window open during the day if we wanted anything in the apartment to dry.

The location was perfect. You can find everything very close to the apartments. The staff was very helpful and ready to give info about aour travel. Free internet was a plus. There was a small kitchen so we had some meals and breakfast in the room. The door in the entrance of the building was open all day and night, that was a little bit strange, but we did not feel insecure

This was our third time staying at Ben Yehudah Apartments. It is clean, convenient and affordable. We had Ami, their recommended taxi driver, pick us up when we landed at midnight. He was courteous, efficient and very accommodating. While the apartments are not luxurious they are a great deal for the price and very centrally located to the beach and Dizengoff. Would definitely stay here again

Good location, close to many restaurants and the beach If you arrive on saturday or after the ofice hours there is not staff at all, so if you have any problem, nobody can help you. When we arrive on saturday the door was closed and we did not know the code of the door, so we have to wait untill other clients enter the apartments

It was just what you need when visiting a new city, somewhere clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were exceedingly friendly. I think given the price there isn't anything you can really fault without being unreasonable.

hotel is close to the sea and not as expensive as some beach-side hotels would be. Stuff were very friendly when we talked to them and spoke good english Reception is only open till 5 pm and closed friday to monday. If you arrive after hours as we did there should be an envelope with your name and keys in it taped to the reception door. Worked for us but there was a couple arriving early saturday and there was no envelope left for them - not a situation you want to be in. There is a construction site right next to the building. Workers started at 7-8 am each day. Too expensive for this kind of apartment, but that will always be the case in Tel Aviv.

The apartment nice and spacy. Beds comfortable. Got excellent help understanding and comfort from the two nice ladies at the reception, when somebody had stolen my wallet. Over all a positive experience to stay at the apartments. Would have liked to have more than one coffee spoon, a smaller pan to boil a couple of eggs, and please exchange the "stove".Would have appreciated a hair dryer.

Loved the location, the staff and the amenities. We got a great two- bedroom apartment for 10 days at an amazing price. The room was cleaned three times during our stay and we got clean towels at that time and another time from the office. It was great to have a fridge, microwave and dishes at our disposal. Shower was very nice and beds were comfortable. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The sofa in our room only seated two people and was uncomfortable. I would suggest putting in a comfortable sectional in the room.
