yet still with in walking distance to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Neighbourhood feel. Happening bar at the hotel.
Probably would have preferred to have breakfast in the hotel but it wasn't such an issue.
Otels bar, rooms
Very nice staff, very "branché" kind of bar, luxurious and comfortable room.
Nice located - very clean - modern but with style, Young and friendly staff. The small bar is super nice. I'd love to come back.
It's a nice hotel, comfort,great location..
Breakfast you have to go outside Of the hotel, to one of the Coffe shop around to eat..
The location The place is very nice and special, but not suitable for business meetings.
There was no breakfast in the hotel. I received a voucher to go to several cofee places nearby. For me it was uncomfortable.
small room maintenance not so good
The hotel is in an excellent location in Tel Aviv & having stayed there before, thought it would be an ideal stop for one night. The room is perfectly comfortable and the staff exceedingly helpful & friendly.
The hotel has turned it's original front entrance & breakfast area into a bar, which is very dark and means breakfast vouchers are given for 2 local cafes for breakfast. Albeit a short distance from the hotel, but not what you want when staying in a hotel for bed & breakfast. The bar is their main focus now and so the hotel does not have the same feel about it as before. Also Israeli's do not know the hotel is there, so therefore, in my opinion this lovely boutique hotel is now simply bar/cafe for the locals with rooms above. I also thought in view of this it wasn't good value for money and in fact quite expensive.
Comfort, location, helpful staff, breakfast at local cafes w/hotel vouchers
Walking through the lobby bar each evening
My room was small but comfortable and attractive. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location is great within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and attractions such as the HaBima theater and Cinematech.
I have stayed her before and oved the breakfast offered, now they give you a voucher to have breakfast at an outside restaurant. This is because they turned the former breakfast area into a very trendy and popular bar that also serves small plates. If you like this then it's great. I didn't like the fact that I had to work my way through the bar every night to get to my room. I will say that the sound roofing is good and I was not bothered by any noise
I liked the area of the hotel and the beds were very comfy. I suppose if you have the deluxe rooms one might feel more comfortable as my room was very small. There is a very cool cocktail bar in the hotel.
The room was very small, tiles were falling off the bathroom walls and I didn't really like the fact that you could only get to your room at night via the swarming bar.. there was no separate entrance to the lift.. The breakfast was very nice however it was in a completely dark room which was a tad odd.
Poor treatment by management. Refusal to acknowledge messages sent when reservation was made. Unexpected increase in room rate.
stylish$young, great location, excellent cocktail bar in loby
room a bit small, no separation between the bar and rooms enterance
Very well located, clean and modern décor and some very pleasant staff
The breakfast room was so dark , we had no wish to eat there. The corridors were so dark we could not find the keyhole to open the door to our rooms. Make sure a twin bedded room is confirmed, if that is what you have reserved. Note : the junior suites are so small , you can barely open the room door if two suitcases are on the floor. When we arrived, the female staff member on duty was totally unhelpful and unfriendly.
resturant and breakfest were poor
Friendly stuff, great breakfast, cool styled hotel. Loved it all!
Everything was OK!
location is good if you don't mind the view of nothing but the warn-out buildings walls across the narrow street
The hotel shouldn't have to operate when entire 1st floor and driveway is under deep construction - floor and walls are torn out. for the price of $260 for the smallest room it was a rip-off. Asked several times to fix a lamp, never got it done. Every early morning it's a terrible noise from trash collector track. No facility besides the rooms at all, like snack/tea vending or bar, no concierge
Plenty of surface space in bathroom. Comfortable bed.
(1) Not enough shelf space and drawers (in fact no drawers). (2) I need a stool in the shower because I could slip when soaping my feet. (3) Curtains a bit difficult to open and close. (4) Stairs should not be used for storing cardboard boxes: possible fire risk, and could impede escape in the event of fire.
the nice and helpfull staff, location close to the ZOA center
rooms are EXTREMELLY small!! nothing to place the luggage on, no kettle/tea/coffee (and the bar was under renovation so we couldn't even get a coffe at the bar, have to walk until next block), no iron table (no space for it anyway, only one chair at the desk (we booked a double room). There was a bad smell in the shower when o waterwas running, i mentioned it and we were upgraded to a "cofnort" room which was just slightly bigger (still no kettle/iron table ...). And there was the same problem of bad smell in the shower. We paid about 220usd per night for 6 nights for a regular room and I do think it is very much overcharged regarding the size and equipment of the rooms.
Beds were really comfy. Great location.
The restaurant and front was under renovation, so facilities weren't great at the time, but has the potential to be excellent.
THE REST OF THE HOTEL- THERE IS NOTHING NOT EVEN TOILET FOR VISITORS (HAD TO USE MY ROOM).NOT VALUE FOR MONEY -EXPENSIVE FOR THE WHOLE PACK
The hotel is going through construction in the lobby so that was a bit difficult. That said the staff was good and the rooms are really nice. It is a true boutique, meaning that decor is a matter of taste. I liked it and I believe it will be even nicer when the work is finished.
The location is good and central but travelers unfamiliar with Tel Aviv should note that it is on a small street and cab drivers do not know it.
Staff was very helpfull with trips, taxi's, all kinds of questions
Breakfast at different place due to renovations
