Next to one of the main bus stops (allows you to get out of Tiberias quickly) Breakfast was substantial
Location was a bit of out centre of town
the manager was very helpful big clean room fantastic breakfast buffet! Quiet room in the back
Very good value and great for a group.
Some rooms a little noisy
value for money.
Noise from traffic
Room clean and staff helpful
Breakfast area could do with a lick of paint and table cloths ironed
The chief provided an excellent service
Price - only positive point. The problem is the very high prices of hotels in Israel in general: prices which have no justification - none. Tiberias especially, is a very poor town (which becomes more and more religious, hence poorer) and in order to attract visitors they must lower their prices. Without that, it's really a waste of time and money.
Old, needs very serious renovation.
Large room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Closet, drawers and shelves--very useful. Parking on the premises. Great breakfast (Arab style)
AC system was supposed to have a remote control, but this was missing and the hotel staff were unable to supply a replacement, which meant we couldn't adjust the temperature.
Very helpful staff in giving directions, advice for finding stores and area attractions, and even helping to park in the lot. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Wifi worked well in the room.
Couldn't set temperature level for air conditioning.
Good deal, nice location, free parking, decent breakfast.
Expected a bit more than what was offered in the room.
We were 4 adults travelling with a baby and were happy to find this hotel for a really good price. First, it was really easy to park- right at the entrance and they have also a parking place. Second, the room was comfortable with conditioning, big bathroom, excellent shower. Third, we enjoyed breakfast!
It's a bit noisy during night as the hotel is located right at the street.
Personnel très serviable. Très bon déjeuner
Owner very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
Typical Israeli breakfast.
hard to find--need clear directions in email. Hotel seemed tired. Had to pay extra for second person when web site said the room was a double.
Friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable room and a great breakfast.
Comfy budget hotel with features of the more luxurious ones. Nice bed, plenty for breakfast, powerful shower
Cleaning could have been more thorough in the bathroom
The location is ok, the room size is fine, the parking is good.
Service is awful, staff is rude and unprepared, the room was not clean (disgusting hair in bed and pillows), bathroom is so tiny you can barely move, the breakfast was the worst ever, the fare should be much cheaper.
It was not very clean, very old furniture, no atmosphere
The one older man (staff) who spoke English was helpful in arranging a taxi so we could visit some biblical sites on our one day stay, and let us store our luggage even after we had checked out.
Bare bones! Only one staff member spoke English reasonably well. Very noisy. No toilet paper holders. Dumpy but the sheets were clean.
Good location for what you pay. Lobby and staff are ok. Breakfast also ok.
Lack of cleanliness in bathroom and kitchenette. Needs renovation of rooms in the whole sense.
Elie, the owner was extremely helpful. He was as good as a tour guide, telling us all th places to see. He gave us a choice of rooms to our satisfaction. Very friendly and personable ! His English was good. No complaints. Great value for the money.
The hotel in general needs some "upgrading" but it was very clean !
Wonderful staff, great value! Would definitely recommend in Tiberias. A gem.
It is on a main road, so you should know it will be a bit loud from cars.
Staff went out of the way to help..even had my laundry done for free
Bathroom could do with some upkeep and cleaning but minor issue
Hotel has probably been in urgent need of renovation for the last 10 years. Seems like for the last 20 years things got only repaired or replaced if otherwise customers would run away in horror. Given the state of the hotel the cleaners seemed to have done their best, but the end result was still unsatisfactory. There seems to be some renovation work going on. At least the surroundings of the hotel and the upper floors looks like a (fairly disorganized) construction site.
Manager and other staff went out of their way to be helpful and to answer questions about thing beyond the hotel; the breakfast was also good.
The room was a bit worn out, but just fine for the price.
