Hotel not right on seafront, but probably cheaper because of that fact :), and only a 5 to 10 minute walk to sea. Some of the staff being a little direct, with not realizing it, but not rude, but that's probably a cultural thing in me coming from Britain.
I stayed 7 nights there, and would be quite happy to stay there again, the next time I visited Netanya.
It was very clean, safe, a nice size as a double room, although I was a solo traveller. Only just over 5 mins, walk to Netanya Centre walking straight down Dizengoff Street, to Ha'atma'ut Square, and Herzl Street. A good free Wi-Fi connection, and you can have a lot for breakfast if you want to. Would definitely go there again if visited Netanya :).
