The hotel's website accurately describes its location, amenities and services. It is in a great location. The hotel has a great staff--if you have a great staff. Great bar, many events at the bar and hotel that are highlighted in the TelAviavian. Was great fun and highly recommended. Nothing to complain about

Get spoiled in Brown TLV. Amazing location in Neve Tzedek, attention to details, my favourite bottle of Recanati wine as welcome present. Brown TLV is simply the best in Tel Aviv!

A very good boutique hotel in a great location for visiting Tel Aviv. Very friendly and well informed staff. The rooms, although not overly large, are very well kitted out with many personal touches. The new garden bar is a fantastic addition to the hotel. Nothing - each time I return to the hotel I like it more!

Courteous, informed staff who were determined to get you the best result, not just a result, no matter whether it be a restaurant or medical service. Small room. No restaurant. Immediate geography was a bit confusing and requires more detailed maps than provided.

I was extremely impressed with Brown Hotel. First it is VERY cute. It used to be a bank that was converted into a hotel. You walk in and they offer you a glass of proseco. My room was perfect for me since I was traveling by myself. They had a bottle of wine, two bottles of water and a box of very delicious chocolates made by someone local for me. The staff was really fantastic, especially Ruth. At least I hope I got her name right. She made reservations at the restaurants for me, called the taxi and written down the name of the restaurant and its address on card for me to give to the taxi driver. She also recommended where I can go after my dinner and I went to a wonderful jazz club that was an easy walk from the restaurant. The room also had a booklet that listed all the very delicious restaurants in the area. It's location was great. I walked all over the city. It was a short walk down to the beach. They had an area where there was cookies, fruit, tea and coffee everyday. Nothing. Nothing to complain about.

The interiour and the hotel design was amazing. The staff is the best I have ever seen. Breakfast is not served at the hotel directly but you get a voucher for different coffee shops that are all in 5min walking distance. The breakfast was good at these shops but very excellent at Tazza Doro. When you arrive, you get a bottle of wine and several other welcome presents. The wine was excellent. I found it in the duty free shop when I left Israel. One bottle is about $29 For the price I paid per night I was expecting a super perfect room. But unfortunately it was not. The design was warm, stylish and nice. But everything was a bit worn out. The wall is usually in painted in brown but they made some fixtures which have not been yet painted. So they remained white. The sleeve of the shower was broken. Furthermore the air con was very loud at night. Compared to other hotels around the world the room was worth about $120 a night adding the perfect staff and service maybe $170 but not more.

The hotel's proximity to interesting neighbourhoods is probably its chief selling point. My room was very small.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Tel Aviv, the staff is simply incredible (i've been to 5 stars hotels that the staff wasn't near as good). Hotel have a meetings room (I could use it for two hours, complimentary) and a nice view from the deck bar in the rooftop. They offer you three options for breakfast nearby the hotel (which is quite nice, actually, so you don't have always the same options every single day). You can get breakfast for up to 4PM!!! To me, it's amazing, because I work late and definitely hate mornings. The shower have an amazing rainforest head (I think it's from Dornbracht) and bathroom with nice dead sea products. Room is quiet, air-conditioning runs strong. The room is more on the european side (quite small), but I'm used to that. US people will tend to find it very small, though.

the staff is really friendly and assisting in all matters like organizing taxi, to indicate the place for breakfast and they even show you your room! As I did not know the area, it was quite a struggle to find the right location for breakfast. The map provided is not clear and by searching I lost so much time that I took a coffee and a cookie in the hotel lobby instead (which is free of charge).

A very nice urban relaxation spot, yet very well located. The staff in particular excelled Although understandable for a city hotel, the rooms tend to be on the smaller side

The Brown Hotel is very good located in the City of Tel Aviv. Not far away from the beach (and if it is to far away for you to walk, you get a bike for free at the lobby). Nearby you have all the nice shopping areas as well as many restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! If you plan lost of site seeing and outdoor activity it's ok to book a regular room (Classic double bed room),when you want a bit more room also to chill you might want to look into booking a bigger room in order to have a bit more space and air to breath, or you just go to the top roof terrace to chill and take an urban shower or bath. It was great fun Breakfast is not served at the hotel, but you will have a choice to go to 3 different places nearby when you book incl. Breakfast.

very nice boutique hotel in great location with lots of fantastic bars and restaurants in very comfortable distance, great interior design, lovely roof top terrace, super friendly staff; short distance to the beach, to Rothschild and to Ditzengoff. rooms are on the small side, but given the location and the common areas, you won't spend too much time in there anyways
