Location is good. Close to the airport and bus station. Shops are nearby. 10-min walk to the beach. breakfast wasn't good. The floors in the dining room were sticky. Air conditioning was heating the room dispite the outside temperature of 27-28 degrees C. The hotel staff wasn't helpful in this regard. No tea/coffee in the room. Cleaning staff could do a far better job. |

The hotel is quite good for a short term stay and for active people that do not want to spend the whole day in it. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is also good (about 10 minutes walk from the promenade). What made me feel uneasy in the room were locks, that looked very easy to break. Also there was a strange and rather unplesant smell in the whole building, which i got used to very quickly. The towels were not quite clean and there was no soap in the bathroom. For breakfast they served mostly green salads which were not eatable from my point of view. |

fair price, great location, big rooms no hairdryer, breakfast buffet didnt look clean up, carton cups at the breakfast, if you look closer the rooms of the hotel look neglected (at many spots the ceiling is not intact, we discovered broken things which are not fixed). |

Location for those who would like to travel around Eilat. Very good for short staying and for limited budget. Good cosmetic specialist in a lobby. Friendly staff. Other advantages: good cooler with a drinking water, electric tea-pot, refrigerator, good swimming pool Noise from neighbouring building's air-conditioning system from one side and from the airport from the other side. Elevator goes only up to 7th floor, but not up to 8th ... But - to compensate - there is a good terrase on the 8th floor with a table, sofa and 2 chairs, 2 TV, additional spase, good view. |

The dinner buffet was phenomenal but all in all the hotel is very average and I would only stay here if you get a very decent rate! It's about a 10 minute walk to the mall and beach. Unfortunately our stay didn't flow very well - first they mixed up our reservation so we had to take a downgrade. They provided no maps, reception was impossible to get a hold of in the evening, the room was very cold and heating did not work at all. The air conditioning however did work (too well) and was very noisy all night. |

Helpful reception. Quite place, yet within walking distance from Eilat nightlife, shopping, etc. Carpets and some facilities (refrigirator, etc.) look shabby and need replacing. Hotel corridors are not that clean as the rooms. |

Very good breakfast. Mistakes made during reservation situation (receipt written wrong for 5 nights for 500 dollars and only typed for two nights and room changing), no English advices during booking in about pool swimming shifts, poor cleaning in rooms (the beds under were really dirty) and in room 635 smelled mold and a mosquito flew there. Also the deputymanager promised to offer a dinner on 15th December but instead he came to scoff me about swimming pool shifts that he did not advice beforehand, so I think he did not behave enough politedly and fairly and did not advice about clothing codes during Jewish Hanukka-festival in that hotel, because Jews inhabited it mainly. I got very ill 16th Dec. because of dirty floor and mold and I had to go to hospital. |

The hotel is pretty good for the price. It is very close to the central bus station. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the beaches. The room is large. The breakfast were really wonderful. The only problem was the cleanliness. They should hire new cleaning employees. |

Central location, easily walkable to beach and shopping centre, 10-15 minutes. Quiet even though between airport and central bus station. Hard to find - taxi drivers insists on dropping you off at the back of the hotel, which is the entrance to shops and offices (not ideal if you have luggage), rather than on the main street which leads on to a paved area in front of the hotel, so cannot drive up to it. |

Very close to the airport and the central bus station - the location is fantastic. Short walk to beaches and market too. Staff is quite friendly. The facilities are a little bit on the basic side. I need to borrow hairdryer from the reception, and there is only a water jug with glass - no coffee or tea. |

We took this hotel for a short stop in Eilat. For this purpose it is very reasonable. Good price, very good location (for the price): Within walking distance from the tourist commercial area, just in front of the airport (which for some reason is at the city centre in Eilat, but don't worry, not too much noise at night) and 100 metres from the bus station. We took a one-day Petra tour from the hotel's partner agency (Paradise) which was fantastic. Finding the hotel is difficult. This is particularly the case if you are driving (we were by bus). It is so poorly advertised that many locals don't know about it. The front desk couldn't produce a map of the city. The room was acceptable, but it was neither especially clean not properly serviced. |

to be in eilat, rich breakfast buffet, Good airconditioned room. The hotel is in 2 Hatmarim st. in Eilat. If you come with a car like I did and looking for the hotel parking lot you are in the wrong street. you'll have to drive to the next street north to turn left and just after the police station tu turn left again. We comfirmed our reservation 1 week in advance but our room was given to another guest, not a good start for a vacation |

The room was large enough and quite comfortable. Many universal edible options at breakfast (along with various Israeli breakfast specialties). Powerful central air-conditioning. The bathroom was somewhat shabby, but overall clean. |
