Recepton clerk was very efficient

Bathrrom: shower in poor condition. Showerhead in setad of being replaced as was damaged was not good.

Clean, functional hotel, good value

Further from Sea of Galilee than expected

Place looks nice, very clean lobby area.

Pool smells a bit, and bathroom was a little dirty.

The price was right

The door to the room had been replaced but the woodwork was not finished well. The bathroom had cracked and worn tiles and wasn't properly cleaned . The breakfast was not particularly appetizing.--scrambled eggs not done well, bread seemed from day before.

The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very good: a typical Israeli breakfast with all kinds of salads, eggs, pastries and so on.

The staff could not find our room reservation. Even after we showed them the booking number and information from Booking.com they were not able to come up with a room for us. It took a number of phone calls and over half an hour before the lady at the reception handed over a key. The pool was ridiculous, more a paddling pool than anything else. Don't get fooled by the pictures from the homepage. Our room was located in proximity to the elevator, which was a bad thing: The elevator was in "Shabat mode", so it went up and down constantly, opened by itself on each floor and beeped very loudly before closing the doors. This went on until midnight! The hotel is not close to the lake, so be prepared to walk for half an hour into town or take a taxi.

אני יכולה לצרף תמונות אמבטיה ישנה ,דלת השרותים קשה מאוד לסגירה . הסדינים עם כתמים. המיטה מסודרת בצורה כאילו שמישהו לפנינו כבר שכב על הכרית. בקיצור מאכזב

לא היה משהו במיוחד שניתן להתאהב בו.

תודעת שירות שלא הייתה: מהשומר, שלא היה בכניסה, דרך הקבלה ועד השירות חדרים,. אוכל ממוחזר משבת ועד יום א'. אם זנ המלון בוטיק אז מה זה הסטנדרט??? מבייש את רשת c hotel, יש להם כמה מלונות לא רעים בכלל וחבל. תחזוקה גרועה, חוזר ניקיון ומטיות לא נוחות.

Vi var inde i 3 værelser før vi endelig fik et nogenlunde rent værelse - og som ikke larmede pga a/c. Vi fik efter de 3 værelser tilbudt en suite, som vi var meget glade for.

отвратительные, старые номера. Отели отдален от Кинерета, до променада 15 - 20 минут пешком. Маленький бассейн. завтраки неплохие.

תמורה טובה למחיר. ארוחת ערב מגוונת. האמבטיות משופצות (ג'קוזי בחלק מהחדרים).

צוות הקבלה לא היה מיומן: בתחילה לא מצא את ההזמנה ואמר שאולי הזמנתי במקום אחר (הזמנו 4 חדרים). אח"כ לא ידע להסביר ההפרש בין מחיר ההזמנה בבוקינג לחיוב בפועל (לבסוף הסתבר שמדובר במע"מ). לא ידע לבסוף, טעה ברישום התשלום במחשב ולא ידע לתקן. לאור זאת השהות בקבלה היתה למעלה מ-30 דקות!

שום דבר לא היה שאהבנו. הסעיף הקודם מגוחך לחלוטין אין הגדרה שמגדירה מה שהמלון הזה מתאר. איכס. ההגדרות שכתבם צתאימות לבתי מלון אחרים לא לזה הדוחה שבו היינו. אין סיכוי שאי פעם נחזור לשם ואפילו לא בחינם.

המלון מטונף ומלוכלך פשוט מזעזע. הג'וקים הענקיים והמקקים שהסתובבו בחדר ולא העזנו ללכת יחפים בחדר. "חדר האוכל" אם כך קוראים לו מלוכלך ומוזנח עד גועל. אני אישית לא העזתי לשים דבר בפי.. הריצפה מטונפת ודביקה מלכלוך וכאשר הולכים הנעליים נדבקות לרצפה וללכלוך. ריח הביוב החריף קיבל את פנינו במלון וחברינו שקיבלו חדר בקומה ראשונה בשל היותם דתיים ביקשו מיד לקבל חדר בקומה אחרת גם אם יאלצו לעלות בשבת מספר קומות ברגל. העובדת בחדר האוכל הייתה חמוצת סבר והתנהגה בצורה גסה ומגעילה וגם כשהילדים (שלא יודעים להבחין בלכלוך וההזנחה) רצו לאכול משהו נזפה בהם. והתנהגה אליהם בגסות. כאשר ביקשנו להוציא את הג'וקים מחדרנו הגיע עובד ועשה זאת. גיחכנו על המצב והוא אמר ש"מזמן הוא נמצא כאן על תקן K300ׂ . חששתי לקבל זיהום והרעלת קיבה ב"חדר האוכל" המזעזע שלכם. בקיצור קצרה היריעה מלהכיל את מה שראינו שם. ודבר חשוב נוסף - מדוע התמונות באתר הן תמונות של המלון בוטיק? זו הטעיה מוחלטת של הציבור. שקר וכזב רמאות מוחלטת. אפשר לשים כל תמונה ובכך להשלות את הבאים למלון ואין כל קשר בין התמונות למציאות המכוערת של המלון.

Номера срочно требуют ремонта.У нас в номере жили муравьи.

the receptionist who checked us in was exceptionally nice and helpful. She answered questions, and was able to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked.

There are two different hotels, the C Hotel and C Hotel Boutique. The description is for the Boutique but the reservation is for the regular hotel, so no pool or spa. We were there on a Friday night and there is a synagogue across the street, with lots of people were out late in the street for Shabbat, so it was very noisy. The wi fi was not working. Glad we only were staying for one night

The booking.com reservation was not found in their records.
