The breakfast was very good

The man on reception when we arrived was very unfriendly, unhelpful and didn't make us feel welcome. It's a shame because he ruined the whole experience at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room design was efficient and economical use of space. QUIET

They claimed to h ave lunch on saturdays and after I paid they told me they were not. They refunded me but I had to nake last minute arrangements

The location and convenience - the free parking, proximity to the light rail and the ease of booking, getting into the room and the supply of the third bed.

room smelled like cigarette smoke, internet access is not just expensive, but was not room based, but individual device based. So it I needed my phone and my laptop it cost me twice - then my son and nephew also needed access and that just became unbearable. If it were room based we could pay one fee and all inside can use.

Huge rooms, excellent breakfast. Free parking lot.

Difficult to find entrance to the parking. No free wifi.

Generally i like the whole pachage of my stay at this hotel. I appreciated the spacious room we had at this hotel that made it different to other standard hotels i had been with. Onething more its a quiet location.

What i noticed during my stay was too noisy at the lobby area...and the hotel parking place area is dirty.

We booked it because it had a pool but the pool was out of service the entire time we were there. We complained but they didnt help us at all - booking.com also didnt help to offer an alternative. We had to pay upfront in cash and at check in they didnt tell us the pool was out of service. No discount or anything offered. If we would have know the pool wasnt working we could have booked a more central nicer hotel. Super unfriendly hotel staff

The mini fridge in my room actually froze water so I could keep things cold during the day. Room was small but comfortable. A good location.

Location was excellent. Right next to trolley into Old City- 3 stops to shopping and eating, 4 stops to the Old City.

Dated furniture but comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

утром работники отеле заходят и спрашивают когда съезжаете. Хотя выезд в 11.1-й раз зашли в 9-30 причем постучались и сразу открывают дверь своим ключом.через полчаса с таким же вопросом зашол ещё 1 работник. Неприятно,а если люди в номере голые? Как можно заходить в номер только постучав?

1. L'entrée de l'hôtel est située au fond d'une impasse insalubre! 2. internet à un tarif prohibitif seulement disponible autour de la réception. 3. Entretien insuffisant de la chambre (tasses non lavées, dosettes de café, de lait... non renouvelées); papier toilette non renouvelé devant être réclamé. 4. Restaurant plus que médiocre!

700 meters from the central bus station. On the way from the bus station supermarket. Further along Jaffa Street, two kilometers Old Town. Of double Decker bus with a tour of the city by Egged. Great location. The second line of the road, there is no noise at all. Great buffet for breakfast. Linen and cleaning at height. New interiors.Maid service is excellent. There is a gift shop in the lobby. Prices in it comprehensible. Great hotel on the way to the center. In the center is more expensive! There is a rooftop pool. 700 метров от центрального автовокзала. По пути от автовокзала супермаркет. Дальше по Яффо стрит в двух километрах Старый город. От автовокзала дабл деккер с экскурсиями по городу от Эгеды. Отличное месторасположение. Вторая линия от дороги-шума нет совсем. Отличный шведский стол на завтрак. Постельное бельё и уборка на высоте. Интерьеры новые.Уборка в номере отличная. Есть сувенирный магазинчик в лобби. Цены в нём приемлимые. Большой отель по пути к центру. В центре-дороже! Имеется бассейн на крыше.

Very noisy in the room of the latter, the eighth floor. Blame the ventilation system, located on the roof. Working around the clock. Do not take the eighth floor! Очень шумно в номерах последнего, восьмого этажа. Виной всему система вентиляции, расположенная на кровле. Работает круглосуточно. Не берите восьмой этаж!!!

Tout franchement, facturer 85 Dollars pour ca !!!!!!, c'est une honte. Dès l'entrée, on sent que tout va mal se passer et qu'il faudra juste attendre de repartir....Lamentable....

Чистота, хорошие удобные номера. Приветливый и профессиональный обслуживающий персонал, готовый помочь Вам от чистого сердца. Особенно нас с женой поразила менеджер Инесса, своим профессионализмом и чутким отношением к нам, оказав действенную помощь по ориентации достопримечательностей Иерусалима, Восхитило отличное знание русского языка.

Такого нет, на наш взгляд все хорошо.

מאוד התאכזבנו מהמלון. אין זרם מים בחדרים, אין מענה לפניות מצד הצוות, הזמנו שעון מעורר ולא השכימו אותנו בבוקר- דבר שגרם לנו לנזק חמור. אף אחד לא התייחס לפניותנו ברצינות. ממש חבל.

בתמונות המלון ניראה מרשים, ירדתי לקנות מיים במיזנון בשעה 21.30 לא היה ברמן, אמרו לי להמתין שיגיע התיאשתי אחרי 10 דקות והלכתי. בבוקר שלחה אותי הפקידה לאכול ארוחת בוקר עם החברה מתגלית חדר אוכל ברמה גרועה מאכסניה, אפילו ירקות לא היו. להמליץ לחברים אני בטח לא אמליץ.

Lo mejor del hotel la hubicacion, pedimos una habitacion para tres adultos y recibimos una habitacion con una cama doble y un catre para un chico, un adulto era imposible dormir alli, ante nuestra queja, nos dijeron que esas son las habitaciones para tres personas, nos cambiaron el colchon por uno mejor pero muy sucio ante nuestra queja nos cambiaron por una cama chica con un mejor colchon pero nada del otro mundo, cuando volvimos a la noche despues de un largo dia de paseo no habia agua!!!!!!!!!!imposible banarse usar el bano y demas ante nuestras quejas solo logramos que al dia siguiente nos reintegren el dinero de la estancia, muy lamentable no lo recomiendo

Lo mejor lahubicacion , cdeerca de la estacion de omnibus y del tren kala e hotel no es nada del otro mundo , de ultima nos reintegraron el dinero pagado pero no fue una linda experiencia

לא היו מים בחדרים -במקלחת ובשרותים במשך כל שהותנו לא היה ניתן להתקלח ולא להוריד את המים בשירותים. המלון לא הצליח לתקן את הבעיה -אורחים רבים התלוננו.
