a bit tired for the money

The location by the beach is excellent but the cost is horrendous.

Everything at the hotel is very expensive, food, drink and the internet access is the most expensive I have ever experienced at any hotel in the world I have stayed at. Rooms on the city side of the hotel are very noisy with traffic.

Nice place and location, the employees are OK dont expect to get superior service (ex the recepsion is always having phone calls and those calls are lasting toooo long to wait) the roomservice is great. Recommend the place for sure...

The booking process is very misleading. They offer a Sea View room which is not really looking at the sea much at all -- that would cost you an additional $20 for an upgrade to a 'luxe' room, which was not very luxe and not very clean, with a very tired/worn out looking bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special considering the price. Staff were indiferrent at best. Parking and Internet added to the costs. Save yourself $200 by taking a room in a smaller hotel one street in and spend the money on a beach bar and restauran -- you'll get more out of Tel Aviv that way for sure.

A stylish, comfortable hotel, brilliantly located. Great rooftop pool, wonderful breakfast.

It is 3+ hotel. No way to be five stars. Rooms are small, balcony is tiny. No wine glasses and stuff. Nobody refilled the minibar etc.

We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room and it was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was overlooking the beach and very plentiful .......very Israeli! No complaints at all.

some recent renovations made the hotel's entrance, lobby and second floor look much better, but still far from luxury. The pool at the roof is really nice, though small. Food is the best experience in the hotel but we have eaten only breakfast.

Views from some rooms (south) have a horrible view on the back of the next hotel (Marina) which is really for no one's eyes. Room's carpets need to be renovated. Carlton's Beach area (though it is not the real beach access - it is on the rocks and you cannot go to the sea from there) needs to be renovated.

Das einzig gute an diesem Hotel ist die Strandlage.

Das Personal war inkompetent und viel zu langsam teilweise unfreudlich.. Der Room Service war mehr als schlecht, die Hälfte der Angebotenen Speisen waren schlicht weg nicht verfügbar und oder haben teilweise nicht geschmeckt. Als ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte das Internet umsost sein. Es gibt keine Auskunft in dem Hotel, keine weitere Information, keine Flyer oder Touren die Angeboten werden. Keine Autovermietung oder sonstiges. Der Hoteleigene Strand ist nicht zum Baden geeignet.. jedoch gibt es in der Nähe schöne Strandabschnitte. Handtücher waren odt dreckig, das Houskipping war richtig schlecht. Manchmal wurde nicht saubergemacht außerdem wurde man trotz des bitte nicht stören schildes täglich genervt und angerufen und gestresst und geweckt

Chambre sale, pas préparée, sentant mauvais, vieille TV, produits expirés dans le frigo, etc. Comme d'habitude, les réservations par internet sont traitées comme des sous-clients!
