Nice people on reception Not polite russian stuff on the phone when calling "0". Lady started to yiel at me when I called 3rd time to check where is the order since it was taking more than 1 hour so far.

the fact that you tried to improve, the plesent reception, the parking, the sea, the new television system, breakfast location including the breakfast itself, the dogs birds and cats outside, the room the new mini bar is a step backward in terms of veriaty it is more like a backpacker hotel dtandard. poor lighting in the minibar location force you to take the coffee tray to the bathroom to see what is in it. non communicative chamber maid asked for coffee and got a puzzled face in response. unawarnece of the front desk to the fact that they can offer better deal than booking.com and save the commission increase net revenue and give the guest better value

I like everything about the Carlton--just one issue this stay. See below I was not aware of the construction going on above my room. Had my stay been longer, I would have wanted another room. I would like to have been informed about that before I registered.

Ich hatte ein Zustellbett gebucht. Auch nach zweimaligen Nachfragen ist es nicht gekommen. Erschöpft sind wir dann zu dritt im Doppelbett eingeschlafen. Am nächsten Morgen wurde auf mein Drängen das Zustellbett zwar von der Rechnung genommen. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Strand und trotzdem zentral. Schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer, obwohl dieses etwas klein ist!

Le chef est très bon , le manger est excellent . La piscine est très propre et calme. L'ascenseur de shabat ne monte pas jusqu'à la piscine donc avec une poussette ce n'est pas très pratique de monter un étage à pied. Une fois arrivée à la piscine il y'a des escalier encore à monter donc avec une pousette et un bébe ce n est pas facile et surtout pour les invalides adultes , qui les porterai pour gravir ces marches?? Et pour finir pour le ptit déjeuné même problème pas d ascenseur . J'ai vécu un cochemart avec le Cofre de la chambre qui ne voulais pas s'ouvrire pour que je puisse fairt mon Check aout , la securite à mis plus de 2 heure pour trouver une parade pour l'ouvrir , je m'attendais à une légère escompte au niveau de la note des extra en dédommagement mais je n'ai pas eu le droit même à un "Nous sommes désolé " .

נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון, בעיקר מרמת החדר. 1. בחדר קיים מיניבר, אך לא מצאנו שקיים מקרר לאחסון מצרכי מזון בסיסיים שהלקוח מעוניין לרכוש במהלך החופשה, כגון חלב ופירות. 2. באנו ללא ידע מוקדם על סידורי החניה. חנינו בחניון התת קרקעי והצטרכנו לשלם בכל פעם שיצאנו מן החניון. על קיומו של כרטיס רב פעמי נודע לנו באיחור ולאחר הפעלת לחצים על השומר בחניון(לדעתי קיים ניגוד אינטרסים בין המלון לבין מפעילי החניון, שאינם מעוניינים לחשוף את ההסדר של כרטיס רב פעמי). אני ממליץ ליידע את הלקוחות על סידורי החניה טרם הגעתם למלון על מנת למנוע מהם עוגמת נפש בגין הוצאות חניה מיותרות.
