It is 3+ hotel. No way to be five stars. Rooms are small, balcony is tiny. No wine glasses and stuff. Nobody refilled the minibar etc. |

We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room and it was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was overlooking the beach and very plentiful .......very Israeli! No complaints at all. |

the recent remodel is nicely done. The dining hall is lovely and the food is good. Rooftop pool is nice, but small. They did not have the room I reserved through Booking.com. I reserved a seaview room but actually only had a city view room available. Also, there was poor communication between reception and the rest of hotel staff - I had to call several times to get a robe that was supposed to be in the room. And had to talk to several people about reserving a Shabbat meal- reception staff was really not helpful. |

some recent renovations made the hotel's entrance, lobby and second floor look much better, but still far from luxury. The pool at the roof is really nice, though small. Food is the best experience in the hotel but we have eaten only breakfast. Views from some rooms (south) have a horrible view on the back of the next hotel (Marina) which is really for no one's eyes. Room's carpets need to be renovated. Carlton's Beach area (though it is not the real beach access - it is on the rocks and you cannot go to the sea from there) needs to be renovated. |

A very nice smaller hotel at an excellent location. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Caters more to the individual rather than large groups. My wife and I felt very comfortable here and recommend this for touring or business. |

The prices at your site made this hotel well worth the price. This is a very nice hotel although not in the same league as the Hilton. Bulbs out in bathroom. Complained twice and no relief. |

Centralt läge, funktionellt affärshotell, pool och gym på taket stort plus. Mindre och personligare än de jättelika grannarna (Sheraton, Hilton, Renaissance etc) och därför trevligare än dessa för en längre vistelse. Endast lobyn är renoverad, resten av hotellet skulle må bra av ett ansikstlyft, därför inget riktigt designhotell. Frukosten är strikt kosher och därmed inte internationell (ägg serverades inte på sabbaten, inget kött överhuvudtaget, endast ägg och fisk) och var dessvärre även direkt fantasilös. Och personalen var korrekt och hjälpsam, men skulle må bra av en charmkurs. |

cet hotel est idéalement bien situé en bord de mer et très confortable avec une vue magnifique au dernier étage. Je le conseille Par contre, je déconseille les massages du spa / détente qui sont loin d'être une détente. Appréciation d'une personne qui est du métier. |
