Not all the amenities are in working order. In a high-end joint like this, all the electricity, plumbing and gas should be in perfect working order.

Location close to the Mitzpe Ramon crater. Interesting loft rooms that need some rethinking. Chic and sophisticated interior design of the room. Well prepared, good food in the restaurant and nice full breakfast.

Customer service is poor. No one to greet us and very off hand attention. We did. It feel at all welcomed. The room is chic but there is nowhere to hang anything in the loft bedroom so you must go downstairs to dress and use the bathroom. While the food is very good, the service is spotty. Breakfast doesn't begin until 9:00 am which makes touring delayed. No me u was given to us at breakfast so you do not know what items are available. The hotel/restaurant is at the end of a short industrial strip mall.

Wonderful room with its own private patio with a jacuzzi. Great food in the restaurant (closed Monday, so beware).

It is a great boutique hotel.

This is not a hotel facility. It is a restaurant with rooms. The owner was not there, the restaurant was closed and the manager had just been put "in charge" the day prior. There was no support staff, we were locked into the facility without anyone available to us from 6pm on in a remote part of Israel. If, perchance, there was an emergency we were essentially abandoned. Breakfast was not going to be served until 9am (late in a country where you are off and traveling earlier). The room itself was fine, bed was comfortable. No soap- but main issue was the fact that this should not be considered a hotel-perhaps things are different when the owner is in attendance but he was not. I had sent several emails in regards to dinner reservations for the night we were to be there and none were answered.

The suite in this nice boutique hotel was superbly furnished. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our one night stay very much. If you are looking for a luxurious stay in the desert, this hotel is the one to book. However, luxury does come with a price.

room furnishings and layout beatiful. paid extra for outdoor hot tub, but the heater did not work well. also, there was a security light a few yards away which somewhat obscured the view of the desert sky. from the outside it looks like a camel stall. inside lovely. the food at the attached restaurant is spectacular/gourmet. 5 minute drive from the edge of the ramon crater, gorgeous. midle of the negev desert, about 2 hours north of eilat.

outside appearance almost made me leave before i checked in. glad i didn't. a real jewel.

This quiet and very small hotel is in a unique neighborhood of warehouses at the edge of town that are just beginning to house some new endeavors: bakery, soap and body products manufacturer, jazz club, coffee shops. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean. We had 2 excellent dinners in the restaurant. But of course the real pull of the place is its proximity to the Mahktesh: a short drive to the world's largest crater formed by dissolution of sediments. The area is filled with light, shapes, color, and silence.

The food and wine (made by the owner) was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The room reminded me of SoHo loft I onced lived in.

Beautiful modern hotel in surprising old converted warehouse. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great. Would definitely return.

Interessante o conceito de usar depósitos/fábricas antigas e construir ambientes tão charmosos e acolhedores. Os quartos são grandes e a decoração de bom gosto, clean. Chegar no hotel no fim da tarde, depois de um passeio maravilhoso pelo deserto, e poder entrar numa hot tub quentinha, vendo a lua e as estrelas, foi demais!

O hotel só tem 6 quartos, e talvez por isso, tinha apenas uma funcionária responsável por tudo. Ela tinha boa vontade mas estava bastante confusa e enrolada na hora do check-in. Tivemos que levar nossas malas para o quarto pois não tinha nenhum outro funcionário para ajudar.

L'idée d'installer un hôtel dans un ancien atelier métallique. Du dehors, on peut devenir curieux de voir ce qu'il y a à l'intérieur et là, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Une chambre Design en plein désert du Néguev, non loin du cratère de Mitzpe Ramon. Un whirlpool privé sur la terrasse en plus!

6 télécommandes pour activer tous les appareils dans la chambre. Malgré une démonstration de la réceptionniste, je n'ai finalement plus réussi à faire marcher la télé. Nous aurions préféré un petit déjeuner (le petit déjeuner est servi à table) en buffet avec la possibilité de le prendre avant 9h du matin.

למעט התמונות באתר של החדרים, אין קשר בין מה שמתפרסם באתר שלכם למציאות.היינו לבד במלון וזה נודע לנו כשהגענו .באותו מעמד הסתבר שהמסעדה לא פעילה אלא רק לפעמים בסופי שבוע. קבלה אותנו בחורה שלא היה ברור אם היא המנהלת או המנקה. היא הסבירה שבלילה נהיה לבד ולימדה אותנו איך להיכנס למלון בלילה ולסגור את הדלת אחרינו. על פי הבנתנו זה לא רק לא מקובל אלא לא חוקי. מה היה קורה אם חלילה מישהו מאיתנו (אנחנו כבר לא צעירים) לא היה מרגיש טוב. מה היה קורה לו היתה פורצת חלילה שריפה? בבקר בסביבות השעה 08:30 נדהמנו לגלות שעדיין אנחנו לבד במלון אף אחד מהצוות לא הגיע. בעזרתו של בעל עסק אותר בעל המלון ואז נודע לנו שארוחת הבקר היא בין השעות 09:00 -11:00. אין צורך להמשיך לתאר את המצב ההזוי שנקלענו אליו. גם בלי הארוע המתואר המחיר של לילה במקום כזה גבוה בטירוף ורמת השירות שנתקלנו במקום מעצימה את העיוות של עלות לילה במלון.עד היום לא קבלנו אפילו התנצלות על הארוע החמור.

Réputé pour sa ciuisine, raison de mon choix, j'ai reçu quatre jours avant ma résa un appel du propriétaire me disant que le restaurant serait fermé à la suite d'une décision récente de ne plus l'ouvrir en semaine. Léger! L'engagement aurait pu être tenu sur une courte période! Compensation offerte : une bouteille de vin! J'aurais aimé avoir: une table où poser mes affaires et travailler, un support pour poser ma valise, une fenêtre au moins qui s'ouvre(RDC) et qui ait une vue vers l'extérieur, pouvoir "faire le noir" pendant la nuit, obtenir un yaourt en supplément du "trés léger" petit déj, même en payant!, .......

לא צוין באתר כי אין גקוז'י בכל החדרים, החדר שלנו היה עם דלת חיצונית לכביש, דלת ברזל- הרגשה קצת לא נעימה, במיוחד שהיינו אמורים לצאת החוצה כדי לעשן וראינו את כל העוברים ושבים באמצע החופשה החליטו משום מה שלוקחים לנו את קונסולת המשחקים מהחדר לטובת חדר אחר, שזאת גיליתי שנעלמה להפתעתי בבוקר שלמחרת (ועוד חששתי שיחשבו שאני העלמתי אותה) ארוחת הערב הייתה רצופה באכזבות- כל פעם עד שהחלטתי מה אני רוצה לאכול חזרו אליי לאחר שהגישו את הזמנתי למטבח ובישרו לי כי נגמר, ובסופו של דבר כשהגיע החשבון שכחו לבטל לי את המנה שאזלה, ונאלצו לתקנו

Le lieu , mystérieux et surprenant, la chambre avec son jacuzzi a ciel ouvert , les environs , la visite du Martech Ramon est magnifique , a faire avec un guide, (demander Itai il est super) , le coucher du soleil sur le Neguev , un must , le propriétaire Arnaud , sympathique , souriant et attentif et enfin les rencontres des habitants , tous particuliers avec des histoires merveilleuses du Neguev à raconter.

L’accueil à l'arrivée, ce lieu étant très surprenant , l’accueil doit être préparer.

הפסיליטיס מעוצב בטוב טעם מאוד פוש יפה ומפתיע. אתה פותח דלת ברזל שנמצאת על רחוב באזור תעשיה ונכנס לחדר מאוד מסוגנן המיטה המזרון מעולים המקלחת מכונת האספרסו הארון - יפהפה.

הערה: לא יתכן באין לשרותים דלת וחלון אפילו קטן לאוורור. זה דורש תיקון או איזה רעיון יצירתי. חוץ מזה נהנינו. גם הקונספציה בארוחת הבוקר היתה מוזרה- היה שרות מאוד איטי והיתה תחושה של התקמצנות מגישים לזוג פלטה עם דוגמיות של גבינה וצריך לבקש ולהתחנן לעוד קצת לחם או גבינה -הקפה והחביתה - חיכינו חצי שעה. הכל היה טעים אבל הוגש בקמצנות. הצוות היה נהדר.
