Great staff, breakfasts and Location.it on a circle of Bauhaus buildings. They do this marvellous happy hour from 5-730with wine , juice ,nibbles on the roof top terrace overlooking the square . The reception staff were every helpful about restaurants, travel anything and friendly.
Excellent and very helpful staff, good location. Very good breakfast. Reasonable WiFi internet speed.
- Cleanness of the rooms have to be improved. - Soundproofing of the rooms is very poor, so see to it that you do not get loud neighbors. - only 5 parking spots for 86 room hotel. (though it is 5 more than most of the hotels in that area can offer).
Nice hotel in renovated Bauhaus building, friendly staff, good location, within walking distance of the beach and close to shopping streets.
Excellent staff, exciting design, rich breakfast, nice happy hour, well-functioning Wi-Fi
Great location, right in the middle of Tel-Aviv. Very chic design and quite an impressive cinematography collection. Affordable, unlike most hotels in the area.
The bed was very uncomfortable, both the matress and the pilows.
Staff were so rude
Right in the center of Tel Aviv. Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast. Free parking

Reception was not friendly
Great location & clean modern room with very comfortable bed with an additional bed for our son. Really nice happy hour on the deck. Front desk was very helpful.
We were 2 adults with our 6'1" 17 year old son and it was a tight squeeze in the room.
- Happy hour - free wine (good quality, and cava) and snacks 5pm - 7:30pm on the roof terrace (except Saturdays) with view of unique fountain in square and accompanying music - Wide range of delicious foods for breakfast - Unique character features with well finished rooms in keeping with cinema theme and Bauhaus style - Staff all very friendly with good English
- Room slightly on the small side
Very good place. Center. Not far from the see. Only 2,5 km to central station. Good breakfasts. Clean.
Very good location, clean & nice hotel
Well... I came in a business trip with my wife and left very early in the following morning (before they served breakfast). My wife invited a friend to join her for breakfast (which were paid for 2 of course) but was aggressively & rudely refused by stuff as she was trying to steal something. She left w/o having breakfast. Before placing this review I called the management of the Hotel, to make sure it is indeed a policy and not a single employee mistake. I was surprised to hear that management think this behavior is OK, and did not think even to apologize for that. I felt like they took money w/o giving service and I will defiantly won't return back.
Accommodation, good; Breakfast, excellent; Happy Hour, most congenial
The hotel parking is limited and, when it is full, one is recommended to a nearby underground parking garage - with the promise that one will be refunded 20NIS on production of receipt. We were sent to the parking overnight, were charged 60NIS at the machine the next morning, and the hotel refused to honour the ticket we produced for even 20NIS because it was not technically a receipt! so, an added expense and an unpleasant experience. The hotel should come to an arrangement with the parking garage to make guests' lives easier.
I have liked the friendship of the staff and the calm of the hotel
Great location, building, service!
Rooms are rather small and a bit dark with carpet.
Excellent staff, great rooftop terrace, central location, great value Which included generous breakfast
Room was small but this was expected based on reviews; no big problem
I liked the friendliness and all the help given when I needed to order transport. Any problem I had with the room was immediately sorted out
nice staff Happy hour on the terace every evening Atmosphere
noisy sometimes rooms are small no complementary drinking water in the room
Our second break at this hotel smack in the middle of Tel Aviv and we found the same friendly welcome and help from the reception staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable; breakfast choice is very good for an hotel of this size; and as they say, location is everything - close to shops, bars, restaurants and even a cinema. The hotel itself is a magical building which has been sympathetically restored and retains many artefacts from its days as the Esther cinema. Once again we could not fault the Cinema hotel and look forward to future breaks here.
Excellent location. Great happy hour with free wine and food on the balcony each night watching the sun set.
Breakfast and great staff
Window on the plaza not soundproofed
All except what i didn't like.
Noisy room: noises from kitchen early in the morning. Outside restaurants just under my window was noisy and smelled of frying food till late at night - with windows closed!!
Great location, excellent service, delicious breakfast. Small, but clean & comfortable rooms. Personnel polite and helpful.
