First of all, we were upgraded to the main building room, for the same price, so review goes for it. Clean, nice, very recommended. Staff is very pleasant to communicate with. You won't find better bang for your buck in Haifa.
The surrounding area is a bit shabby, nothing serious though. Especially if you're tourist.
Very nice accommodation, I was lucky enough to get a room in the small single-storey block at the back. There was a great rooftop terrace above the main building which anyone could visit. All the staff I spoke to, including the owner, were very friendly and helpful.
Some reviewers have said the location isn't great. Its not the best location in the world, but I found it safe and didn't have any problems staying here.
-comfortable and big bed -nice room with a little kitchen, free tea+coffee -clean -20 mins to Bahai Garden on foot -we asked for a late check out (at 13.00 insted of 11.00)-it was not a problem, free by the way -the cheapest hotel in haifa -nice and friendly russian and english speaking stuff
-u may hear the road noise if u open the windows
The review refers to Loui Hotel - Always available free parking near the hotel, perfectly working and fast wifi, lovely roof terrace with city view, the staff was outstanding. The owner was not only very kind was extremely helpful
Everything especially for the price (though we were apparently upgraded).
There's no breakfast.
Booked a room for 3 adults based on the reviews and pictures provided on booking.com. Arrived at hotel to be put in a room that did not look anything at all as offered. uncomfortable beds - dirty room look more like hostel than hotel - old furniture - very little cutlery or crockery - completely nothing as was booked on the site
The staff was outstanding. The owner was not only very kind was extremely helpful
The neighbors were very noisy
The review refers to Loui Hotel (same owners) - initially we've booked City Center Apartments but were upgraded to Loui (free of extra charge) because there were available rooms. What we liked: * Always available free parking on the parallel street. * Perfectly working and fast wifi. * Nice yard and roof terrace with city view. * Very good water flow in the shower. * High ceilings. * Helpful staff. * Privacy, quietness and safety. * "Metronit" (bus rapid transit system) station just across the street, available also at night and on Saturdays.
* Stains on bed sheets. * Don't expect to meet too "refined" public on the close streets in that neighborhood - but it's still safe around there and you have a good access to all other places of your choice. Please note: if you need late check-in, contact the reception in advance - it's not open 24 hours a day. It's not a disadvantage, just to mention.
There was a nice terrace on the top floor of the building.
The location is not the best. although center the neighborhood is run down and does not feel very safe. T
I liked the attention that I offered by staff, very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Full our expectations.
First of all, Alex was very helpful. The room was clean and the roofgarden really nice. What a view!!
There was this electronic eye which kept me from sleeping properly. Every time someone moved it went on, very disturbing. We ordered a room for 3, there were 3 beds, but in the cupboard things for 2 people.
everything was perfect, nice staff, clean rooms, very luxury furnished, everyday new towels, balcony with a lot of flowers
We enjoyed our stay in City Apartments, staff was very friendly, room are clean and location is great too.
My booking has been upgraded (I think it happened because of not overcrowded period and the apartments were almost empty in July 2014) and we stayed in Loui M Apartments instead of ordered City Center Apartments for the same price. This way we have got much better quality and much better place to stay for the same amount of money. Room was spacious, with all necessary facilities (refrigerator, A/C, microwave, LCD TV and other). There was a superb terrace on the top of the building. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.
Nothing at all. Everything was superb
The hostess was the best part of the entire stay. The apt. was quite small but efficient. The a/c didn't work well at all, it was uncomfortably hot in the apt. It was clean.
Rooms were furnished very well
No elevator in the newer building
The Staff was so helpull . The apartament looked clean and private. Nice palace to stay in Haifa, Maybe the best considering value for money
The amaprtman was clean, furniture is very nice and his location is perfect, nearly to the old center.
Very nice top roof terace with great view of the city. Very friendly staff.
Hotel is nicely located - you can walk the city center streets, German colony, Bahai gardens. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our room was comfortable and clean, Mini-kitchen is a plus. View from the hotel roof is nice. They offer breakfast which you can eat in your room or on the roof with a view of the city. You can easily park your car on a parallel street which is convenient.
Nothing really. All was good in the hotel and I would stay there again. Good quality for the price you pay.
I don't remember anything positive.
There was simply no hot water. Cold water during two days. Staff told me reception was open 24/7, but when I came out at 7 am I could not check out because reception was closed with metal blinds! The bed was not made, linens were there for you to make the bed. Both nights. It was a terrible experience. The district was a ghost city by night. They told me they were going to order a taxi for me in the morning. No taxi came, I just waived one.
quite clean, helpfull staff. quite new furniture.
very small room with a very very small bathroom. wifi didn't work well. very noisy from other room and outside. too high price for the quality of the room.
If truth be told this hotel is the worst hotel I ever had to stay in. The area is very noisy and not at all beautiful, it's immigrant's neighborhood, very noisy dirty with slums all around. Although I was not inside the motel itself, I would not recommend you to saty there. part of the Ceiling is missing in the room and in the Corridor. I really dont know how they get this high rating. its my first and last time there
the stuff is nice！
Small but nice and clean flat with all necessities. Good location. Helpful staff.
Everything was ok. I only wish we stayed longer :)
