Value is very good, excellent location, enough space
Noisy, very thin walls, second bedroom has no window
Location, silent place in the city center
Wi-fi dropped every hour for hour. Hot water ends right after 5 min using.
I booked a one bed with the guys after staying at their 2 bed earlier in the year. Unfortunately there were a number of issues with it but they were very helpful moving us to a different place. The location is great, 5 mins walk to the beach and right by the lively Ben Yehuda Street.
The 1 bed we booked was unacceptable and really should be checked thoroughly. Fortunately the guys were able to move us after contacting them. I'm sure this was a 1 one off as the 2 bed is great. The only issue with that is the bath shower has water leaking on to the floor so i had to put a towel down each time and really should be fixed. We were then moved to a basic studio for the final night (due to availability). The studio interior was nice but the TV is in a strange place and is not easy to view, there is no sink by the kitchen area so you have to use the toilet sink to wash cutlery and in the morning (which was a Friday and the weekend in Israel) it was far too bright by 7am (due to limited curtains) and the walls are so thin you can hear everything outside and next door (this included screaming cats, bin collectors and a builder tapping for over 30 minutes)! Definitely worth investing in some darker curtains to at least try and help rectify the first issue.
The location is amazing, near the beach and the restaurants. The apartment is very nice and comfortable.
The TV didn't work properly and the Wifi. The mattress was not very good.
it was close to every thing the apartment had all we needed tv wi-fi clean and the area safe
The location of this apartment was perfect - close to cafes, near outstanding restaurants, a short walk from the beach, near the city centre - really couldn't have been better. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. Nice to have a table outside to have dinner at. There were three of us staying and it was comfortable. Johnny was very friendly and available to answer any questions that we had.
Nothing comes to mind.
Very close to the beach and Ben Yehuda street. People are very openen to help you during your stay
I'm wondering for what they are taking cleaning fee cause nobody were cleaning apartment during our stay...
Besides the location of the apartment - a block from the ocean - I had a fantastic time staying with these guys for a few different reasons. A kitchen complete with stove and fridge, plates and silverware, a private bathroom with all the amenities you would expect, a TV, closet, couch, table, three beds, a private courtyard with table and chairs...this is the best way to experience tel aviv. Shop at the markets for fruit nearby and store them in your fridge. Want to head down to the beach in the evening? It's across the street. Want to be in the heart of tel aviv experiencing food and night culture? Just walk out your door. Traditional hotels are nice, but the difference with magic garden apartments is that you have all the amenities of home during your travel. Less of a tourist feel, more of a resident feel.
Great location, comfortable apartment
Not far from the beach this is a perfect appartment for the right price. The terrace was a BIG plus !
Unfortunately the bathroom (incl toilet) was too small and the shower-curtain really dirty. The apartment hadn't been cleaned thoroughly but they charged us 80US for the cleaning. But overall we were still happy with this nice accommodation.
No windows in bedrooms.
Close to the seaside
The studio with little garden in Sirkin 37 was umid, smelling bad, dirty inside and outside; indeed the apartment is below the ground level; the so mentioned "kitchen" was not the one of the pictures: it was only a basin + a microwave and a fridge that was so smelly that we could not use it; half of the light bulbs were not functional. The bathroom was not clean and didn't make you enjoy having a shower in it. Plus the aparment seems to be not safe in terms of doors: everyone can look inside and enter with low effort. Probably other apartments are better, but not this studio that should definitely be renovated, or at least rented for a lower, way lower price.
Spacious ground floor two-bedroom flat (#6) with plenty of closet and kitchen storage. Wi-Fi, heating/cooling, and hot water worked well. A variety of English-language TV channels, but the television itself is awkwardly placed and the full screen cannot be viewed from the living room. Black-out shutters in bedrooms provided quiet conditions for sleeping. Good location -- easy walk to restaurants, shops and transportation on busy Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff Sts. Shaded garden patio (shared).
Apartment shows its age and is in need of repair/update throughout. Budget-quality mattress. Filthy, greasy oven requires thorough cleaning. Broken handles on some kitchen pots/pans; one very small frying pan. No serviceable can opener (only military-style, rim punch P-51 variety). Only sheer drapes in living room and kitchen, no curtain or shades for privacy, especially in the evening. No screens for living room and kitchen windows and front door. Opening them for air circulation invites a swarm of insects inside. Run by preoccupied rental management firm with an eye on its bottom line.
location was good, the guys were nice and helpful
but water pipes clogged up and it was a little run down for the money I paid
Very good staff - polite and friendly. Nice garden. Lots of cats:)
It could be little bit cleaner - kitchen, bathroom, towels.
Great Location, you have everything that you need, very comfortable and clean. You can feel like home, even if you be there only for a weekend.
The price for the cleanup is expensive, considering that it was only for 2 days.
Apartment located centrally, not far from the sea and the promenade. The staff very friendly and supportive. Quiet neigberhoud.
I think there is a lack of the owner ahnd in the apartment. Some equipent is broken, wall scream for paining, most of the electric bulbs is down. The price is however kind of compensation...
We stayed in two-bedroom apartment in 29 Hovevey Zion. This is a very spacious apartment in quiet residential street. There are some good restaurants, shops (24/7) and bars in the area. Property is near the beach and within walking distance of Carmel Market.
Some things could be upgraded / renovated but nothing major. There is equipped kitchenette but dining table and chairs are missing. Be aware of final cleaning fee (80$).
Excellent location. Owners very helpful if any questions etc.. Good size, comfy rooms, nice kitchen.
- Could use some extra bowls etc in kitchen. - I would recommend having darker curtains in bedroom as by 6am the room is quite bright - I would have preferred the option to have the key to lock the bedroom doors.
The best thing about this place is the fantastic location - very close to many nice cafés, restaurant and the beach of course. We also enjoyed the little garden (and feeding the many stray cats). We had a fantastic time, very easy check-in/out, and the manager was very friendly.
The house seems to have walls thin as paper. The first two nights we had quite loud neighbors and we could understand every single word of them - literally. Also, make sure to check the pictures on the website properly. The owner of this places rents out a few more apartments which are all advertised here, and we got confused by the pictures.
This is no Magic Garden. There wasnt any. This place was dirty, only one lightbulb was ok. The pictures and description for this Apartment has nothing to do with realities. Overpriced.
Good location, friendly staff, everything ok. We recommend this place.
Not very comfortable beds (possible only in our apartment)
everything was very good.. Best location.. very confortable ,great healpful hosts.. We recommend this place!
