If this hotel was in Jerusalem, it would be better than Mamilla, Citadel, American Colony, and well, I have to leave out my favorite hotel, but in many ways it competes with the King David, and it even does some things better. For relaxation it's the best. The staff are very attentive to you needs.
One of the evening shift managers needs to smile, frankly I think he is bored, and is more concerned about himself than about the guests.
So if that's my biggest concern, all of the rest of the staff were awesome and the hotel is, Fantastic, Wonderful, Awesome.... I stayed there 27 days, simply because there was nothing wrong outside of they need trained barristas who need to know how to clean/calibrate the machines as the coffee is terrible. Is Management listening..... Fix the coffee, shape up that manager and it is a 12 out of 10!
