Excellent breakfast with fabulous views! All staff polite and helpful, especially the entrance security. Good location next to station to get to/from airport with train in 15mins!

The advertised ECO friendly image was not realised by room staff - i.e. towels changed every day though I did not want to. Aircon was too strong/freezing to have on all the time and without it the room was soon too hot.

I LOVED the location and the hotel was quite modern and clean.

The TV didn't work properly and the shower leaked all over. It was also pretty pricey for the small room I had been given.

Its a butifull and impressive hotel in the center of the buisness center of tel aviv the staff wer courtious at times and were very knowledge able about there product the rooms were clean and very spacious

This hotel is not for the leisure travellar there are no open spaces the leisure facilities are more for the buisness sector the staff arnt geared fro the leisure custermer its miles away from anywere unless you like shopping there is no were to sit out side and just relax its tottaly a buisness oritated hotel

receptionist gave wrong infomation regarding working hours of hotel's restaurant, so we had to find a restaurant close to hotel to celebrate new year. it is better ask twice in different words

It was a great place to stay with free wi-fi and access to the indoor pool. Value for Money and good location.

Location is nice. Everything near. Beach is 15 minutes driving. Shopping in the next building. Pretty new hotel.

On the morning of the checkout looks like they are standing with stopper. In 12:02 when I was preparing to leave the room I got a phone call with pretty rood girl asking me to leave immediately. Staff is not to friendly.

Rude staff, good location ! 1.Upon check in ,waited in reception long time for the receptionist.Even no sorry. 2.if you have a call from outside they dont connect it to your room, keep people on the line for a long time without informing. Samething happened to me before i arrive to the hotel i called the hotel several times, waited more than 15 min for nothing and hang up the phone.You can not reach to the hotel. It was my birthday , i was expecting some calls from friends and family from my country, they had been waited on the line for nothing, couldnt take the call. When i asked the staff to help me they were extremly rude made me nervous in my special day. I complained some of the issues to the head office and have been informed to be called back, also head office / customer care, didint take any action. I wil never ever stay in this hotel anymore. As a frequent traveller it was the worst experience that i ever had.

Walking distance to the train station. They upgraded me to a deluxe room. Buffet for breakfast was nice. Reservations were given to me even though they were fully booked.

I liked everything about this hotel. I would go back again.

New hotel. In the center of Tel-Aviv. Every point of the city is 5 minutes driving.

Why open hotel if stuff doesn't know how to make check-in? Was standing in line for 1 hour to make a check-in and only 3 people was in line.

Hotel was nice and clean, comfortable room, next to the Azriely shopping centre and Tel Aviv Hashalom train station with direct link to the airport. Beware-Saturday no trains at all-SHABAT. Perfect concierge service. Free shuttle to the beach.

Nice location, close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk from the "fun" area. Extremely practical especially for travelers. Incredibly nice room and great breakfast.

Some staff members at the reception were not really friendly, while others were extremely helpful and nice.
