The dinning area , it was too crowed , and the staff was not so friendly especially at the coffee area, the soft drinks of lemon and orange were bad, Kindly try to change it

the view from my room uncomfortable cant see the sea, i asked them several times to change the room but unfortunately they refuse.

location is great, super view of harbour, nice pool, reasonable prices for food and drink

The breakfast in the hotel was excellent.

There were several things I didn't like and I would not stay there again. The check in process was a nightmare. We booked online weeks ahead and secured the booking with credit card details. The booking was for me and my adult son. We booked for two adults in a twin share room and had email confirmation. The reception girl told me that she only had a booking for one person and would give us a room with a king size bed and my son could sleep on a sofa. I refused this and insisted the hotel honour the booking I made. She argued and I said I would move to another hotel, she checked, it all took a very long time, and she said this "request" was entered in the computer and when the room was ready we would be phoned. She took another credit card impression. No- one phoned us that the room was ready, we returned at 15.00 and another girl served us. She gave us a room with a king sized bed and sofa for my son. I refused this and we went though the same thing again. After having to argue again and showed her the email confirmation of my original booking and she checked with someone, were given a room with two beds. It took another very long time. The room was shabby, there was kettle but only one sachet of tea and two of coffee, no spoons, one cup. I think this is stingy and unpleasant. The lighting in the room was poor. We had booked a room with breakfast for two. When we went down to breakfast the next morning the woman checking us in insisted it was only a booking for one person. She had to phone and check with someone that we had a booking and had paid for two. This also took a long time, was shabby service and unnecessary.

Restaurants not open at convenient hours. Did not want to honor the confirmed rate two different times. One time was booked through Holiday inn and the other through a hotel booking agency. We ended up paying $30 too much on our first stay. Didn't speak as much English as I expected from an American chain hotel.

Location is excellent. Room had a nice view and was well appointed.

They tried to charge a higher rate than was on my confirmation. Poor selection of tv channels. Restaurant has all the charm of an at mess hall. English not as widely spoken as I had expected . Was overcharged on first nights stay.

It is really great view! Not far away from the beach, comfortable rooms, very quite.

A little bit expensive, and there were some problems with towels, wi-fi. Pool close very early.

Great view of the Marina and Red Sea beyond. Good quality hotel at reasonable price. Very good breakfast spread! Enjoyed the massages at the Prana Spa. Location was really convenient.

No towels in our room on arrival. Tissue dispenser was empty. Bathroom vanity surface had dirty/sticky marks (which could have been cleaned off with a solvent type cleaner). There was a round burn mark on the dressing table top, this ought to be repaired as it shows neglect. The most frustrating issue was that there were no pool towels available on the 2 days that we needed them. We wasted at least a half hour on each occasion waiting for towels. On the second day after waiting for at leat 30 min, with still no towels arriving, I went and got the last 2 clean towels from the gym.

We liked the location and the size of the room.

The staff couldn't speak a word of English. The vacation consultant didn't even know what "book" means. Besides from that, the staff were all extremely rude and unhelpful.

Reception officier Ravid, she was really helpful and knows a lot !!

1.The big restaurant area is not cosy, more like an enormous food distribution place. Not the place you want to have a nice dinner as a couple. 2. The bathroom is ready for renovation

It was in a good location and our room had a fantastic view. This is a very family orientated hotel with kids everywhere so if you wanted a quiter time then this hotel is not for you.

It was disappointing to see despite spending more on accommodation than all the other local families that stayed there (my friend and I spoke to many people about what they paid) our deal did not include breakfast-after spending far more than other people I felt this was not a good deal. And to have to pay to use the gym on top of the large amount of money forked out was ridiculous- I have never heard of any hotel charging extra for usage of the gym!

I ordered Deluxe King Room and received a regular room.I Asked The reception twice and they told me that I received Deluxe King Room and only the manager confirmed that I received regular room (he gave me hb instead of bb but the room rate is 100$ less than the Deluxe King Room so he actually didn't upgrade me). I know that mistakes happen but why their staff lie?

We were only staying overnight because we had an early trip to Petra from Eilat. The other hotel choices were in the $300-$500 range. After reading the comments by other travelers this seemed like a good option. Our room had a nice view, the AC worked fine, but the room was clean even thought it had seen quite a bit of use. It appeared to be a family place with kids under 5 running all over the lobby, shrieking, crying out, etc...it was really noisy most of the time, which we did not appreciate, it was 108 F in the shade of the pool, the pool was crowded and warm, we never cooled off outside, it was just too hot in July, the hotel was just a short hot walk to the beach,

Check in and check out were crazy. There were only two attendants to check out and check in with and there were at least 20 people crowding around the counter, people would become irate, shout at the attendants and try and crash the line. The first time we checked in it was not crowded and there was one attendant who was helpful, but since we were staying here when we returned from Petra he charged our credit card for two nights. When we tried to check out we were charged again and it took 30 minutes with the managers help to resolve. The kids who took over the lobby. It was just too noisy for us and the parents did not seem to care, nor did the hotel's management. One night people were lighting candles in the lobby and then walking away. The table caught on fire and no one noticed for a long time, but we did. Finally someone came over and after 3 attempts put out the blaze. We checked out bags in the lobby but other guests were coming in an out of the area where the bags were storied without anyone questioning what they were doing. It did not make us think our bags were safe.

The employees in this hotel need training. They are very rude and not friendly. In one particularly situation, I stop the car for less than 4 minutes and the employee in the hotel came in a rude way sauying that I had to remove the car from that place. There is no car park enough for all guests and they do not allow to stop the car for 4 minutes to take the luggage out of the car.

The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. The room had a beautiful view of the Marina. The food was excellent.

There was a continous problem with the towels. We were always accomodated, but we had to ask for them.

Good room, good location, good breakfast. Big advantage - free parking in central area. Good value for money.

we did not like it at all. The room were dirty , the carpet is stained, the coffy table was broken and dirty too.

Excellent breakfast. Good service.very nice pool. The ice maker & the water beside is a good idea. Dancing music from 9 to 11 pm would also be a good idea. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

No complaints but there is a stain on the sofa in room 221 . we like the hotel.

A comfortable hotel, easy to reach to/from all important places in Eilat. Our party consisted of 2 couples and we were pleased to get two adjacent room, with a passage between them which we could use when needed.
