Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach    

Everything was perfect, the view, friendly staff, good food and breakfast at the room service, not noisy, pretty nice pool and bars.

Had to wait a little more time to get my room the first day but not a big deal

We were upgraded to a 2 room suite upon check in. The room was very nice and clean. They had a mini bar but also provided complimentary water & snacks in the room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. I am not a buffet lover but it was delicious and worth every penny!

A more available airport shuttle would be much appreciated.

The front desk staff was excellent, they could even make up for poor performance of the other hotel personnel. Very good breakfast with a broad variety of food

Very poor performance of housekeeping, they didn't make up our room sometimes and if they did we had to always ask to deliver the shower gel. Poor internet. Bearing in mind the service they deliver the hotel is clearly overpriced.

Mostly everything was great.. It was comfortable and clean and pretty well-maintained. Perhaps it has had a revamp since other have commented to the contrary. But we found it good and central for our needs.

1.The beach door on the lower level opened too late for the runner in our family and on his way back, the security guard refused to open it, even though he was there .... :(. 2. The receptionist on duty on check in obviously did not understand English properly - I asked her not to talk about the 2nd room I booked as a surprise for my husband - my daughter came to surprise him from the USA. The receptionist called me by my daughter's name and also spoke about the 2nd room I'd booked.. in front of my husband. It wasn't a trainsmash but it did ruin the end result - 2 months of keeping the secret and zipping my lip all to naught! Pity.

the bellboy of the hotel gets money from each taxi you take (30 shekel) and one morning he even made a fight with the taxi driver that we took(taxi driver did not want to pay beacuse he dropped a customer at the door and we took him without the help of the bellboy)it is quite annoying to see such a fight (the bellboy is thin and old guy)

Transparency- the parking was based on availability- don't park there, park in the "Atarim" parking lot- 2 minutes walking and same price. The pool and gym are in extra charge, the check out hour is written 11:00 in website, 15:00 in the room's menu but the receptionist told us it should be 14:00 despite the fact that I called the hotel a few days prior to my arrival and was told it is 15:00.... the hotel was packed with families and little children though we didn't hear a thing.... Skip breakfast and eat at the Landver coffee- just down by the beach...

The breakfasts were very nice. The rooms especially the king size bed and choice of pillows.

The concierge could have had more knowledge about evening cultural events

Reception was very friendly the hotel was clean the breakfast was excellent staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The position was great Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again unfortunately our stay was mot long enough.

the prices on minibar staff not very helpful Also the man and the lady who cooked omelette very very miserable. The only letdown was the staff who only did the very minimum.

No bathroom vent

Fantastic breakfast. The size of the room. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool.Free wifi everywhere in the hotel. Sara in the front desk is a wonderful helpful lady, no request is too small for her.

They charge you extra for the gym. You have to pay for a whole day even if you only use it for half an hour. The gym should be includes in the room price. It is nothing special with it.

When I made a reservations I was quoted a total price for two nights of 346.50. When I checked out they charged me 399.00. Why?

Not bad location

Very bad value for money. In fact it's maximum 2-3* hotel and it's definitely need a renovation. Next time I prefer to stay in a small but new hotel. Swimming pool is max 15 meters - much smaller then appears in a photo.

Central location and clean with good room views.

The location and close to the beach promenade. The service is good at concierge.

The location. It was very bad wheather, the windows are insolated and the wind blow throught out. The hotel is many outside peoples on breakfast, it is sometimes very disturbing. The cleaning service is sometimes better and sometimes weaker. The price at New Year was very high.

Paying almost $200 without including breakfast. We were asked to pay almost $50 for breakfast each day...That is robbery and it should be included

Location, Location and Location !!! The room was nice, with sea view. Breakfast was good as well. There is covered pool with hot bubbling bath. The hotel beach is fantastic.

Car parking is problematic and VERY expensive !!! The room fridgider was locked.

The location is perfect, in beach front, near everything in Tel Aviv. We´ve been 3 times in the same Hotel and in one of them they upgraded us to a lovely suite. Breakfast very good!

a hotel in such a location supposed to be more clean.. the windows i think not cleaned at least 6 months. bathroom might be better..

Seaside - exellent for shopping and just wolking and / or pleasure. Best location.

too old need a renewew. The stuff is unprofessional and roud.
