The Sephardic House is located near the Zion Gate at the entrance to the Jewish Quarter and is within walking distance from all major sights.
Score from 22 reviews Very good
National Hotel is in one of Jerusalem's busiest shopping districts, a 5 minute drive from Herod's Gate, an entrance into Jerusalem's Old City. Parking and Wi-Fi are both free.
Score from 762 reviews Very good
In the center of Jerusalem, just a 5-minute walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, the newly-opened Agripas Hotel has spacious rooms with hardwood floors and city views.
Score from 784 reviews Good
In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.
Score from 1353 reviews Good
Wi Fi was poor at best. Hot drinks were hard to obtain sometimes I am aware that it was during Suukot but feel more should have been to cater for other guests
New, clean, lot of thought given to the details, chocolate and bottled water, breakfast, free parking
Bed little tough for my taste
Room service staff very friendly, unlike the front desk staff. Comfy bed. Would not stay there again.
Reception / front desk staff was unhelpful, rude and indifferent (that seems to be standard for customer service in Israel though, very poor). The room was very simple and a bit dirty. There are better hotels in the area / better located.
Location is great. Extensive selection of breakfast foods. Rooms are very nice
Hotel laundry is expensive. We had ours sent out at a local laundry. They returned the wrong clothes. Fortunately, they tracked down our clothes and delivered them to the hotel
pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, good looking from street and very modern and clean decor intereriors. Bedroom spotlessly clean with good wi-fi.Very good inclusive breakfast. Very well located just a short walk to the Old City. Will definitely return
The property is located 20 minutes walk from the Old City. Free parking. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The staff outside were very loud, it was impossible to sleep after 8 am.
.Great location .nice and quite excellant breakfast
Parking is on a free space basis only, whoch mean I had to look for parking for an hour!! Staff was not helpful. The price does not include VAT...
Great breakfast, fitness center, the balcony with beatiful view of Jerusalem
overpriced (like most hotels in Jerusalem)
The location of the Hotel.
At the beginning I did not receive the room thatI booked. Only after complaining it was rectified.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Location was excellent relative to our points of interest, the old city.
Bed comfortable Lounge area
Breakfast fair Room worn
Small size Good price Location
Slippery bathtub - should have rubber bath mat in each bathroom. Breakfast a bit skimpy compared to other buffets.
Contemporary decor, well furnished, convenient location.
Nothing bad to say.
Location facilities Staff
In these days the price could be cheaper.
Location to the Old City
The rooms were old and dated. The bathrooms were old fashioned and more like 2 star
lovely comfortable hotel, amazing location, close to Old City, beautiful views from my room which also had a balcony!!!! free wi-fi (i think) excellent value for the money
staff efficient but not warm, or super friendly, tho perfectly ok. similarly food at restaurant and room service: limited choices, very expensive; closed early 10pm
The location was good, and we loved being near the market and conveniently located to other hotels and sites. Breakfast was decent. Good clean bathrooms, and comfortable bed.
Rooms overall were a bit tired, but very nice views. Not very lively, as no one hangs out in the bar or the very small lobby. The staff was relatively friendly but without a real concierge they war not very helpful with directions, etc.
no swimming pool
The staff at the hotel were all really great, friendly and supportive. Also the guys that do the housekeeping are very friendly, effective and efficient (fast). The location is great when you have a car (parking) and it is close enough to Jaffa gate (10-15 minutes walk). A nice asset closeby is the old train station, with many restaurants, bars and music performances (at least during our stay). The breakfast is very good (of course, great 5 star hotels do an even better job, but that's a different level), with great variety, better than what we've seen in other hotels in Israel.
Maybe not a real "boutique" hotel, but for us it was good.
The view was lovely and the hotel was well situated.
When we arrived on Friday night the man behind the desk was a bit cold and spoke only to my husband. Perhaps it was cultural, but a bit off putting/
Everything was great. Service. Food. Location.
Buffet breakfast was very good. Excellent variety and good quality.
Décor was drab, difficult to get a smile from the staff (most of them need a refresher on "hospitality", rooms need a facelift, particularly functionality (no drawers to put clothes). Of 7 hotels we stayed at in Israel during recent visit, this one wouldn't even be on the radar.
