Reception is disgusting.

Everything. We only stayed for a night, but were very impressed with the design and operation. Light, airy and well-appointed room. Excellent facilities and the breakfast was top notch. We will stay again.

Very convenient for the old city (about 15 minutes walk), helpful staff, comfortable and quiet room.

Great hotel, seems to be newly renovated . The rooms are a decent size and are clean. The hotel is located 20-25 minute walk from the old city, and 10 minute walk from hamoshava hagermanit

The way to the hotel parking goes through the back of the hotel and its not a nice sight...

Do not book this because of the roof top Terrace. You will be disapointed. 15 min. "Hill Walk" to the Zion gate, but is a good view to the old City from the room

Reception great.Michael at reception feels like your own advice and tour guide .Rooms are very comfortable and kept fresh and clean .The staff are so friendly and want to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast is lovely and the staff is very attentive . This must be one of the nicest hotels in Jerusalem.The location is so convenient as well .

The taxi drivers at the hotel are far too pushy and are irritating .

Well located

Did not get the room I thought I was getting for the price I paid. The picture and description was deceiving. Breakfast was average, not the variety one would expect for the price paid

The front desk staff was very helpful and had good suggestions for restaurants, tours, etc. The room itself was nice tho a bit small, but the bathroom was freezing. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beds and linens were comfy.

Room could have been warmer. We were there in December. However bathroom had absolutely no heat whatsoever. Free wifi available in lobby only.

Missing parking area to the cars

Excellent service and breakfast. Hotel was very clean and had many extras that we would only expect in luxury hotels. The location was very good for us. This will be our main hotel whenever we are in Jerusalem. We have stayed in several other Dan Hotels and have always had a good experience but the Dan Boutique was the best.

A minor problem easily fixed. There was no heat in our room. The maintenance man came within five minutes. He explained to us that the system would take several hours to repair. We called the desk and they offered to either change our room or provide us with a space heater. We took the space heater. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff in this incidence
