Dan Carmel Haifa  

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Israel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all of the appropriate outlets for linking my electronics. The staff was helpful when requested and unobtrusive when not.

This is a genral compaint about sall high end hotels. It is ridiculous to charge for wifi internet access. The lower cost hotels include it, I feel gouged by paying $20 per device for wifi access.

Lovely hotel! Which is located in Haifa. View from the room is awesome. Your eyes the beautiful hillside and the Gulf to the port. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Regular and impeccable housekeeping and daily clean towels. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel service, as usual hotels in Israel is not very good

Nice view from mt Carmel to Haifa downtown and Mediterranean Sea. Good basic quality hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.

Value for money was ok, but not great. Good hotel, but nothing too exciting.

Lovely hotel with friendly and 'happy to help' staff. Really great room, which has been recently renovated and is v comfortable. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Haifa.

All was great, but if I was being really picky I'd like the pool hours to be open just a little bit longer.

I am familiar with the hotel from a visit a while ago. It is completely different hotel and all for good reasons. The rooms are completely renovated with all the modern amenities and gadgets. They appear larger, I asked and indeed, they enlarged the rooms. The service is still terrific as I remember it to be. And of course, the fabulous tasty andplantiful breakfast.

Going to the beach is a little hassle, since the hotel in on top of the mountain, but the beautiful view of the sea and of Carmel forest, is a good compensation

אהבנו מאוד את המלון, את היחס של הצוות, את האווירה שהוא משדר, את האוכל. בקיצור קלאסה במיטבה.

לא אהבנו את המחיצה עם התריס בין האמבטיה לחדר השינה. היא לא אוטמת לגמרי . ממש לא מתאים לנו שדבר כזה קיים בחדר של מלון כה טוב. הפריע בעיקר בלילות כשאחד רוצה לקרוא והאחר רוצה לישון. חבל שאין במלון בריכת שחיה פנימית.

סוויטה אקזקיוטיב הייתה מאוד מפנקת, צוות בקבלה מאוד אדיב ונחמד

מלון שניתן להגדירו במילה אחת: מושלם!!. ארוחת הבוקר ראויה לכל המחמאות: מבחר ענק + הגשה אסטטית מרנינה + השירות של המלצרים מעולה + התחשבות מקסימה בבקשות פרטיות! (אני רגיש לגלוטן) + אדיבות צוות נותני השירות!! מפקידי הקבלה ואנשי הניהול, דרך המלצרים ועד לחדרניות. יופי!! איזו הקפדה על נקיון!! מה צריך יותר מזה?????

酒店比较新，环境不错

房间没有免费的wifi，10点以后厨房下班，我们想叫餐，只给我们作了一个三明治。半夜有人开门想进来。- 出门想在conciege寄存行李，等了15分钟居然都没有人来，怒了。性价比不高。

Les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner très bien fourni.

A part pour le petit déjeuner, les restaurants sont tres loin de la qualité générale de l'hôtel.

אהבנו את המיקום והנוף, את המראה הפנימי של הלובי, את הניקיון והסדר, את השרות האדיב והיעיל של הצוות, את האיבזור והריהוט של החדר, את סלסלת הפירות, היין והשוקולד בחדר.

לא אהבנו את ה"משקה" הקל, הזול וחסר טעם המוצע בחדר האוכל. אין זה מתאים למלון ברמה גבוהה בישראל ברוכת פירות הדר להגיש משקה כזה. מציע לכם לא לחסוך בנושא זה ולהציע לאורחים מיץ פירות סחוט טבעי במטבח המלון (לא תרכיז קפוא כגון תוצרת "פריגת" !!), אלא סחוט במו ידיכם במטבח המלון. שמעתי ממנהל חדר האוכל תגובה אדיבה ומנומסת, שיש אורחים שנמנעים משתיית מיץ טבעי מסיבות בריאותיות. לאלה תשמרו את האופציה לקבל משקה קל שמתאים להם. מקווה שתקבלו את ההערה בהבנה. בהצלחה. אלכס ורד

הזמנו דרך אתר Booking חדר במלון עם נוף לים. ציינו שאנחנו חוגגים את יום הנישואים שלנו. להפתעתנו, התבשרנו ששודרגנו ללא פחות מאשר לסוויטה הנשיאותית!! החדר מהמם! ענק! נוף עוצר נשימה למפרץ חיפה ולגנים הבאהים! פינקו אותנו בלי סוף עם יין, ושוקולד ופירות ומכונת אספרסו בחדר וחלוקים ובטוח ששכחתי עוד המון דברים! זה ללא ספק שידרג לנו את החופשה!

היחס האישי הנפלא שהם נותנים לאורחים!!! הארוחות המוגשות בחדר האוכל+האסטטיות בהצגת המנות ובעיקר, ההיענות לכל בקשה שהאורח מפנה לצוות המלצרים. כמי שרגיש לגלוטן, צליאק, איני יכול שלא לציין לשבח את היחס והטיפול האישי שאני מקבל מהאחראים על חדר האוכל ובעיקר מהשף של המלון!!! ראויים לשבח גם העובדים ליד דלפק הקבלה שמקבלים את פני האורחים בחיוכים ובאדיבות. בקיצור, כל אנשי הצוות נהדרים!!! אין הרבה בתי מלון שבהם מנהל המלון מסתובב בין האורחים ומתעניין במידת שביעות הרצון שלהם עם נכונות להיענות מיידית לבקשה זאת או אחרת.

בהחלטיות: אין דבר כזה!!!!

Non è un hotel a cinque stelle e nemmeno a quattro, è abbastanza mediocre come infrastruttura, manca completamente di eleganza e charme. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è pessimo. Dovrebbe costare come un hotel tre stelle in Italia.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Dan Carmel December 17-21. The service and accomodations were all first class. I was upgraded to a lovely new suite and could not wait to return to it each night after a long day of work. I could not have been more comfortable--it was furnished beautifully, was immaculately clean and quiet plus the view was amazing. I don't watch much television, but I really enjoyed the television in the bathroom mirror while! Breakfast each day was a treat-beautifully presented with abundant variety which changed each day. Service was efficient and responsive from the front desk to the gift shop to the dining room. I can't wait to return to the Dan Carmel the next time my travels take me to haifa!

שירות אדיב, ענייני ונוכח כשנדרש. מחירים הגיוניים על "האקסטרות", אין תחושה שמתייחסים לאורחים כאל לקוח שבוי ו"עושים עליו קופה". חדרים נוחים ומפנקים. לגבי הניקיון - אפשר להתאמץ יותר, שמחנו לגלות את השולחן בחדר עם הפרות, השוקולד והיין ברוחב לב.

ספא - הצוות אדיב אבל המקום מנוגד לרמת המלון הן מבחינת הניקיון והמראה והן מבחינת מקצועיות המטפלים. צוות בידור בברכה מזעזע ברמתו הנמוכה. טקסטים ותכנים גסים ובוטים.
