Score from 273 reviews Excellent
Friendly staff, good food, nice atmosphere. Great view from my room.
The room was small and I could hear the background music from the hall
Wonderful location and enthralling view
Everything was good, especially room service and and breakfast
Parking, no parking arranged bu hotel at all. Once arrived, somebody moved to pick up luggage and explained where to park after caming in front of desk. This stuff should be setted in a better way.
all nice, and a courtesy of a fruit dish on the room upon arrival. Nothing special from one side, but the fruit was so amazing that turn me happy. Other stuff nice, room furniture old but clean and nice as well.
Not enough toilet paper1
The packed breakfast and lunch boxes
Wifi was slow.
On top of Mount Carmel next to Bahai Garden. Good shopping and food nearby. Great view from Hotel room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean and safe environment with good opportunities to walk around. We received a free upgrade to better room plus wine and fruits because of booking via booking.com.
Location is fabulous, friendly staff make the trip excellence
I booked the highest room in the Hotel, the maintenance of the room is so bad. the walls are not clean. Toilets doesnt even have Perfume. The Hotel gets easily 4 stars but impossible to be a 5 Stars Hotel. I emailed the Hotel about my notes they never get back to me. disappointed.
Good staff Excellent location (View) Nice facilities and nice breakfast buisness lounge (free snacks) nice place
Bed matress, soft.
Great view on the bay from floor 19.
we liked the place wonderful
Bath & public hallway smelled like urine. Location on top of hill makes it difficult to walk. Breakfast buffet so so.
Great view. Good value for money. Helpful staff.
The staff were helpful and efficient, well looked after.
- Used glasses and cutlery were left in the room by cleaners throughout our 3-night stay, we had to wash them ourselves. - Juices at breakfast were obviously from concentrate, and coffee was very weak. Not good enough in a country where freshly squeezed juice is available even in the most basic street cafes.
- Fantastic location with panoramic views from the room and good restaurants nearby - Complimentary wine, fruit and chocolates in the room on arrival - Reception staff provided useful advice about getting around, train timetables and places to eat
The decor in the rooms and dining rooms is dated. It didn't detract from our stay, of course, but the hotel should be updated.
The location is great, near the Baha'i Gardens and the Carmelit and lots of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the Israeli breakfast is outstanding. There is a mall attached to the hotel with a drug store and an ATM. Loved the free wi-fi for all our devices.
The hotel is from the 1970's and the room we stayed in was not updated. The bathroom had been updated but the room was so dated. It smelled in the halls and room of mold and disinfectant The entire hotel is just dated..
Great location, helpful staff
The hotel's structure, rooms, and overall facilities would not exceed any more than a 2 star rating. But somehow they advertise as a 5 star hotel, and charge a very high price. The room I stayed in for 10 nights was no different to a 2 star hotel's room just 50 meters down the same road, where my friend stayed. And yet this hotel charges you 2x to 3x times more because they are supposedly a 5 star. Someone really really needs to review their rating and re-rate them accordingly to a 2 to 3 star at MOST, and most importantly please do not be fooled into thinking this is a high class luxury hotel. IT IS NOT. The lobby looks great, but other than that everything else resembles your average motel.
The staff are very friendly and do their job very well. They are very approachable and committed to making your stay good.
Very old outdated hotel Small rooms small shower, poor bkfst
The hotel - which termed the room we were given an “upgrade” - gave us a handicap accessible room with a view of the entry ramp instead of the high floor bay view room we paid for!
We were given a room at a different hotel.
Getting a bit shabby, and breakfast not wonderful.
The location, very central, and above all the view, are fantastic, take a room with bay view. We booked an upper floor room and loved it. Besd and bedlinen very good.
Young girl say first to me" if you have not blue ticket what gived to you in airport you cannot come to hotel" better say:" extra pay to you, try find ticket"
We have got engaged at the day of the arrival. Due to the occasion the receptionist have upgraded our rooms to a executive room on the 18th floor with an AMAZING city and ocean view!! :)
very good hotel in haifa. marvellous views from the room
The pool closes too early in the evening for business trippers - so if you have had a busy day & want to relax in the evening then you do not have much time. Some of the bedroom fittings e.g. Radio, vanity unit and plug sockets are old and need updating.
Stayed in the hotel for a business trip, I have used it before and it is located in a magnificent position (the clue is in the name) on mount Karmel overlooking Akko Bay. Staff are attentive and polite without being intrusive. I like the 70s feel of the hotel but my colleagues felt it was tired looking and could do with a facelift.
Decor just OK
they charge me for 907$ in NIS the exchange rate was 3.45 but they charge for 3.51 not fair at all!
