Renovated deluxe rooms, great bathrooms
although the deluxe room choice on Booking.com said "view on the old city" - the room had a view on the internal yard and other hotel. When I called the reception, the receptionist said the hotel doesn't have any kind of view on any rooms... Didn't check if it's true...
Breakfast, lobby and location. Also, helpful staff at front desk and in dining room.
Elevators and hallways were not heated and cold and also lobby.
THE LOCATION WHERE IT IS LOCATED THE HOTEL
Room was clean and bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Staff were really helpful Breakfast was great
Dining room was really Busy and bit noisy at Breakfast. Internet was not fast enough and had to pay to get faster speed
- location - value for money - staff
- nothing in particular, although the breakfast could be better - but no real complaints
The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Israel. Great selection, extensive mix of flavors and items for all. Great self service espresso machines. We were upgraded which made our accommodations for a family of 4 easier/less cramped. Easy parking/great location.
The dinner buffet was expensive and the main courses we awful. Dry main meat dishes.
Bartender. Location. Breakfast.
Terrible wifi. Old smelly rooms. Indifferent staff. Would not recommend. 3*max.
Staff helpful happy polite
Could not use business centre. Always closed when i needed it. Planned to work there in morning. Upgraded for this. Not worth paying exec room supplement.
Everything is comfortable at the Dan. It's a great location. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Staff are helpful. There is a pianist who plays every night. Couldn't be better at this price level.
Friendly and helpful staff, quite and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Loved everything about the hotel. Big rooms, great bathrooms, comfy beds, great location.
The lights in your bedroom go off automatically and you need to open the door to your room to get them on again. Very crazy!
Excellent location within easy walking distance of the Old City of Jerusalem. Good breakfast. We appreciated the services of the executive lounge that was part of room reservation.
The WiFi connexion in our room was not strong.
A very comfortable room, with two well designed bathrooms. A fantastic business lounge that was well managed by Ibrihiam a caring and friendly host. Great location and we will be back one day.
The municipality should be made aware that a sewage smell is evident on the pavement in front of the hotel entrance
- Renovated room has nice design and comfy new bed. - Excellent location. - Fridge in room.
- Front desk is tiny, confusing. - Lobby small, crowded with large tour groups. - Personnel seem overwhelmed, understaffed. - Dining room staff talks loudly over guests' heads.
Comfortable homey atmosphere
Staff at front desk not knowledgeable about events and/or places in town buses etc
It's a fine hotel with a great location close to Mamilla Mall and Jaffa Gate. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly & helpful.
It was clean & comfortable. Excellent customer service.quiet & felt homely
Water bottles were not replaced.toiletries didn't smell good.
How close it was to both the old city and the modern part of Jerusalem - 10 minutes walk to both. Staff were lovely and the room we had was very modern. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool was brilliant but it closed at 5 would have liked it to stay open later. Easy to get a shuttle bus back to the airport for 70 sheikels each
Pool closing at 5 Wifi was a bit slow - fine but if you want it to be faster need to pay
excellent location to get to almost anything in Jerusalem, reasonably good rooms, responsive and helpful staff
stupid half window pane in shower which caused lots of water on floor in bathroom, very lousy soap, wish I knew that windows open in the room so I could've had some fresh air
If I had acomplaint it was handled immediately by Nataly Shalom, the customer service person who went all out to correct any problem and was verysensitive to our needs, mostpleasant and helpful. By and large our stay was very nice.
Some of the stall were not helpful or courteous and disorganized..The selection and variety of food could be improved.
peaceful and harmonious - staff friendly and very willing to help at all times. Restaurant excellent choice and quality excellent at all meals
ground level seating - bit dark - perhaps more tables at height suitable to eat?
The staff is commendable, always helpful with thoughtful and safe directions, the food is a healthy variety. The cleanliness of the hotel is of top quality. Yom Kipper and Summit have both been enjoyable experiences thanks in part to the great staff at Dan Panorama, Jerusalem. Keep up the great work. We hope to see you again.
