In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.
Score from 1363 reviews Good
Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem is just a 15-minute walk from the Old City. It features a new spa, an outdoor swimming pool, and elegant and spacious rooms. The cuisine is Glatt Kosher.

How close it was to both the old city and the modern part of Jerusalem - 10 minutes walk to both. Staff were lovely and the room we had was very modern. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool was brilliant but it closed at 5 would have liked it to stay open later. Easy to get a shuttle bus back to the airport for 70 sheikels each
Pool closing at 5 Wifi was a bit slow - fine but if you want it to be faster need to pay
excellent location to get to almost anything in Jerusalem, reasonably good rooms, responsive and helpful staff
stupid half window pane in shower which caused lots of water on floor in bathroom, very lousy soap, wish I knew that windows open in the room so I could've had some fresh air
If I had acomplaint it was handled immediately by Nataly Shalom, the customer service person who went all out to correct any problem and was verysensitive to our needs, mostpleasant and helpful. By and large our stay was very nice.
Some of the stall were not helpful or courteous and disorganized..The selection and variety of food could be improved.
peaceful and harmonious - staff friendly and very willing to help at all times. Restaurant excellent choice and quality excellent at all meals
ground level seating - bit dark - perhaps more tables at height suitable to eat?
The staff is commendable, always helpful with thoughtful and safe directions, the food is a healthy variety. The cleanliness of the hotel is of top quality. Yom Kipper and Summit have both been enjoyable experiences thanks in part to the great staff at Dan Panorama, Jerusalem. Keep up the great work. We hope to see you again.
On site complementary parking sounded great but be ready for all kind of surprises: garage was locked when we came back at around 1 am, threat of ticket but no help from the doorman and getting blocked. The common areas /lobby is nicely decorated. Breakfast huge variety but the quality was mediocre. Better quality and multiple smaller dining areas would have been much preferred. Assignment to a separate dining area with less kids and more enjoyable atmosphere can improve significantly and transform the experience.
Our car was blocked by a hotel personal. It took extra 10 minutes to be able to leave. Front desk personal could not help with even the simple most directions. They certainly were not even attempting to be helpful.
The room was very good. beds comfortable, safe available, bathroom with hair dryer and accessories, imediately received more towels upon request, friendly and acomodating staff(except the arabs). Unbelievable breakfast! There was every type of food one could imagine included in room charge. Location is excellent. Natalie Shalom is "premier customer service" and a problem solver with a smile and Tom Zamir was a great help for airline check-in and bill questions. These staff are leaders and demonstrate they want u to be happy with awesome service!
The arab staff are not helpful and clearly demonstrate they do not want to be part of "the team". one word answers if u r lucky and no effort to be helpful.
Location, great breakfast (ask for packed breakfast if you check out very early-it worths!), the pool looks great, there is a mini market on the corner street, on the right of the hotel entrance. Receptionists very helpfull with anything.
We checked in very early and although we have informed the hotel about it, on arrival we have to wait one hour to be given our rooms.
very good hotel near the old town
The location is wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well maintained, and the availability of down pillows is a nice feature.
The black and red decor of the lobby is heavy-handed and depressing. Friends came for a drink with us, and also remarked on it. Dan Hotels should change their interior designer! The choice of drinks at the bar is pretty pathetic - no cocktails, and a limited choice of mediocre wines by the glass. The barmen were friendly but unprofessional. A 4-star hotel should do better.
Good breakfast, although restaurant is not really inviting; The location is good, not far from the old city. Hotel provides a parking lot. Room was o.k.
Air condition was too strong even on lowest level Wanted to use the outdoor pool at around 5 p.m. Pool was closed, although officially open until 7 p.m. We complained, but it didn't help.
Beautiful executive room (worth the difference), nice executive lounge (Ibraham was a gem), Shabbot dinner was abundant, Great location to Old City & downtown
Pool was crowded
Lovely welcome with bottled water and flowers. Staff were all very nice. We like the Dan Pan very much and use it whenever we are in Jerusalem. Great location and comfortable.
Dark lounge area. We used it a lot, waiting for friends and family to arrive. Also, although beautifully refurbished in the wing we were in, there was no bathtub, just a shower (however lovely...)
-Good location - Nice swimming pool - Clean and nicely decorated bedrooms - Good buffet breakfast, lots of choice and quality food products - Bellboy was helpful and chatty
- Reception staff could have been more polite and friendly. Not very warm or smiley.. - Poolside snack bar was left unattended on one of the hottest days of the year, no staff around.
Location is great - walking distance from the old city and the Israel Museum. Free car parking underground. Fast WiFi Staff friendly and helpful Pool a lovely place to relax between sightseeing - cool view from pool at the 8th floor level Great breakfast - freshly made omlettes and waffles
Everything was great!

The location is great. There is free parking and free WiFi. Great room that looks renovated.
Small pool. Not many facilities.
Great location and parking! Big and very clean rooms! Loved the new section of the hotel...
I liked the comfortable and large bed. The service was generally very good and the location was perfect. I was there just one night, so it's hard to get much more of an impression. In late, out early.
It would have been nice to know in advance (perhaps a sign in the room) that I could order a breakfast-to-go in advance for early departure. As it was, I was invited to wrap up something in a napkin. Limiting! And messy. I'm sure breakfast was delicious, but I couldn't really take advantage of it, and breakfast in Jerusalem is too good to miss!
We were upgraded to a deluxe room large and luxurious. good position within walking distance to Jaffa Gate
we needed to print a document and to use the business lounge they wanted to charge 20 dollars bit of a rip off
The location, staff. In fact everything!
