The location is great. There is free parking and free WiFi. Great room that looks renovated.
Small pool. Not many facilities.
Great location and parking! Big and very clean rooms! Loved the new section of the hotel...
The location, staff. In fact everything!
I had not been to this hotel for 4 years. I received an upgraded room but not access to the business lounge that I paid 20 dollars extra for one day. I was remembered by at least 2 of the staff, one of whom commented that I had been a guest there at least 5 times. I was blown away by that and asked how he could possibly remember. A photographic memory or info given to him about me so I would feel extra welcome. Most impressive.
Paying the extra 20 dollars for the business lounge was a little tacky but not a big deal.
Housekeeping was a little aggressive - We Were 4 people, but we Never had the correct number of towels
Great location, helpful staff, free wi-fi, great breakfast
Although rooms were very small they were rand new and extremely clean. The daily breakfast was also excellent.
Small rooms. Front desk staff other than front desk manager were extremely unknowledgable and unhelpful.
Very comfortable, warm atmosphere. Rooms were large and well appointed - very suitable for getting ready for a wedding.
Huge family rooms, amazing breakfast, helpful staff
hotel staff very friendly, quiet hotel, doorman was very helpful and hotel felt secure
Breakfast is one of the best but breakfast room very large, bit disorganized, greeter took room number but did not indicate where to sit or whether someone would wait on me for cafe
Pool is very small, overcrowded
The rooms needed an update .
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices and friendly staff.
We had a room for 3 people as we took our 21 year old daughter with us and for 3 adults, the room could have been a little bit larger. This is really only a minor issue.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Location was really good as everywhere we wanted to go in Jerusalem was within walking distance. Free wi-fi was available but dependent on where your room is in the hotel.
We were in an end room and the wi-fi reception was poor.
Free parking under the hotel. Short walk to the old city. lovely sitting area near the lobby. Great breakfasts.
Pool was very small on the roof and no changing area. (This is a minor problem as you dont go to Jerusalem to stay by the pool anyway!
The tour company recommended by the hotel on which I took a tour to Bethlehem was a rip-off. I spent a couple of hours at the outskirts of Jerusalem whilst they waited for other passengers. And the bulk of trip was wasted at a canteen and gift shop. It was a waste a day and should not be recommended to guests.
The staff were helpful and rooms have just been renovated. Wi Fi Everywhere
The breakfast was OK but not fantastic. The price of Dinner not reflected in the product served. Most guests dined out.
Good breakfast buffet
Rooms are not cleaned well, run down Housekeeping Staff is loud and noisy at 7 AM Do not order a taxi through them, I got a beat down car. Not expected of such a hotel.
The staff was very friendly and professional. Very good location. Lunch had a good quality.
Breakfast was average quality. Lunch at the hotel was very expencive. Rooms and the hotel, in general, can be more clean. Does not give the feeling of cleanliness.
Excellent newly refurb. room on 6th floor - great bathroom! Tasteful décor, plenty of cupboard space. Choice at breakfast rather overwhelming - you could eat for the day. Staff all efficient and helpful, as you would expect from the Dan group.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The food (buffet breakfast) was excellent.
There was no hairdryer, and was no plug either in the bathroom (for electronic toothbrush etc). There was always a huge queue at the coffee mashines at breakfast time.
Great location staff ,helpful rooms for executive suite good generally a great place to stay. We have stayed there three times now and will go back!
Hotel bar closes at 11pm
Everything! We stayed at many hotels throughout our 10 days in Israel and this one was by far our favorite. Excellent breakfast, perfect location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is a block away from the King David Hotel and the YMCA- a very safe neighborhood and within walking distance to the old city, Ben Yehuda Street, Mamila district. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a family room which was perfect for us traveling with our young daughter. The hotel had welcome chocolates, robes, and great tolietries. Hospitality unmatched! Outstanding experience!
The only negative (and a real "first world problem" type issue) was that the hair dryer in the bathroom was very antiquated.
WiFi and breakfast included
Location not bad but just a little far from the downtown restaurants and shopping.
