In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

The Mount Zion Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Jerusalem. It offers an outdoor pool and a traditional Turkish bath. The air-conditioned rooms feature an Oriental style.
Score from 426 reviews Very good
The attitude of and treatment by the staff.
Nothing, except there were too many foods to choose from in the breakfast buffet -- we probably all gained too much weight!
This hotel does not have a designated concierge. However, the front desk staff was more helpful than any concierge I have ever encountered and every single staff member, including the waiter in the bar, offered so many helpful suggestions on other restaurants, sights, "little known secrets" not to miss . Adding this special attention to the flawless cleanliness and comfort of this hotelmade this a perfect stay.
The food could be better
The rooms are large for families

Great breakfast, very nice room, central location
The gift shop items are relatively expensive.
The set up of the room is comfortable and elegant. The compliment bottled water was very thoughtful to guests.

Location; facilities and helpful staff.
One front desk manager, short, was sour, needs some training in customer relations. My experience only. Might be great with others.
One tall front desk manager who checked us in was great and helpful. Business club room wonderful, Ibaham. Room fantastic. Breakfast great.
Hotel bedroom was a bit warm ,and there was no air conditioning as it is not put on in the winter months.
The hotel was convenient for everything I needed to do. Had free internet, also free car parking.bedrooms were generous in size, well equipped bathroom. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
Location, was walking distance to old city. Breakfast was outstanding.
although the deluxe room choice on Booking.com said "view on the old city" - the room had a view on the internal yard and other hotel. When I called the reception, the receptionist said the hotel doesn't have any kind of view on any rooms... Didn't check if it's true...
Renovated deluxe rooms, great bathrooms
Elevators and hallways were not heated and cold and also lobby.
Breakfast, lobby and location. Also, helpful staff at front desk and in dining room.
THE LOCATION WHERE IT IS LOCATED THE HOTEL
Dining room was really Busy and bit noisy at Breakfast. Internet was not fast enough and had to pay to get faster speed
Room was clean and bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Staff were really helpful Breakfast was great
- nothing in particular, although the breakfast could be better - but no real complaints
- location - value for money - staff
The dinner buffet was expensive and the main courses we awful. Dry main meat dishes.
The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Israel. Great selection, extensive mix of flavors and items for all. Great self service espresso machines. We were upgraded which made our accommodations for a family of 4 easier/less cramped. Easy parking/great location.
Terrible wifi. Old smelly rooms. Indifferent staff. Would not recommend. 3*max.
Bartender. Location. Breakfast.
Could not use business centre. Always closed when i needed it. Planned to work there in morning. Upgraded for this. Not worth paying exec room supplement.
Staff helpful happy polite
Everything is comfortable at the Dan. It's a great location. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Staff are helpful. There is a pianist who plays every night. Couldn't be better at this price level.
