The hotel is Clean, in a convenient location and has helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent.
If you sit out on the balcony it is noisy.
close to beach, free parking (limited), open bar (free tea and coffe), excellent breakfast, price is ok (in israel)
no view, bit overdated, but if you try the breakfast, you will forget every negative element
Location was great!
The wi fi in the room did not work.
location (close to the beach and to car-rentals on Hayarkon, easy to reach from the airport) breakfast (great variety of dishes, everything tasted amazing) very helpful staff
The breakfast was great. Hot and cold choices. 24 hr coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Small but nice room. Electronic remote heat, A/C and TV. Shower only but plentifully hot water. Small refrigerator in room. Direct pickup from tour companies.
Only three very small tandem first come parking spots and you have to leave the keys. Still better than most and included in the room rate.
The breakfasts were enjoyable.
Limited parking and poor in-room WIFI
friendly staff very good rich breakfast nice rooftop terrace tea coffee all day long for free
for Tel Aviv the price is ok
This is a comfortable hotel with a beautiful sea view. It is in a great location for the beach. Close to Allenby Street it has restaurants and shops. The room was comfy with a wonderful bed, a fully stocked bathroom with toiletries and a balcony. The bed was awesome. The breakfast was the best part about the hotel. Tea,coffee and cookies were available 24 hours near the reception.
The receptionist was dismissive about my balcony door which could not lock so we had to deal with the notice of the traffic.
great, friendly staff very clean wonderful breakfast very good, central location
the room was a bit small, and our particular room (104) was dark during the day
The breakfast is SO good - I would stay just for that.
Noisy for many reasons (construction, hallway acoustics) and a bed that one could fall out of. The edge has been used so much with no flipping or turning of mattress that it could throw you to the floor.
A good hotel for this price. Rooms are clean, internet is free and working well, location is close to the beach, view on the sea
Noise from the street
Very close to the beach. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from the roof terrace.
There is a construction area opposite the hotel, so some noise is coming from there in a morning and daytime.
Staff was very helpful and interested. To choose what room to accomodate me in they asked about what was more important to me. Breakfast was very good.
Wifi didn't reach the second floor.
Have stayed here many times over the years. Location, value for $$, nice breakfast , helpful staff have been a plus.
Showing signs of aging. Towels are thin and shabby. Breakfast and coffee less good. Some newer staff need customer service and professional demeanor training. Keep those standards high.
We were given the use of towels for the beach while our luggage was being stored after checkout
My third time this year at De La Mer and just as wonderful as always! Walking distance to just about anything you like... Fabulous Israeli breakfast in the morning, 3 mins to the beach, etc. Micky at the front desk is the loveliest of people! But then again, all the staff are wonderful and helpful! Highly recommend this place!
The staff are wonderful - they helped us with everything from recommending restaurants to arranging taxi's. They create a warm and welcoming environment. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Our room was way too small for two adults. While things appeared clean on the surface, upon looking for something I dropped on the floor, I looked under the bed and was shocked by the dirt, old kleenex, etc). The shower in our bathroom was triangle-shaped and too small for an average sized adult. While other larger rooms are available, the bathrooms are the same, making it hard to "upgrade."
Many stays here. Reliable and comfortable. Good value.
They could upgrade the towels and linens.
Great location, really nice roomeeting with wrap arounder terrace and good breakfast. Staff was really helpful and informative. Really enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
Good location, quiet environment
The staff at the reception : Emily and micky are fantastic.
Excellent value for money. Kind, obliging staff. Double room was large & toiletries were nice. Wide selection of breakfast food.
Only drawback was the lack of a kettle in the room. Tea & coffee available all day in the dining room but I need a kettle as jet lag means I'm often awake at odd hours. A kind staff member obliged!
Excellent location near the beach close to the center of the city and near the main shopping streets. Friendly personnel. Great breakfast with wide selection of dishes including national food. Our special thanks to the kitchen staff. Balcony facing the sea shore.
Didn't find any disadvantages so far. Will definitely stay at the same hotel during my future trips to Tel-Aviv.
Location, sited between the most importante avenues: Allemby and Bem Yehuda, besides near to the beach.
