Very poor value for money. Hotel premises are very "tired"; tv was not working and staff not bothered about it. Rude staff. Would recommend other hotels in area that are better value for money.

Our third stay in this comfortable, conveniently situated hotel, 5 minutes walk from Tel Aviv's superb beachfront. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent breakfasts.

The woman at the desk was friendly and very helpful. She could not have been nicer. She told us where to catch the bus, and she stored our luggage for a day while we went on a tour. I have never met a nicer person at the desk of a hotel. The room was clean and perfect for us. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach. The hotel is old and not as fancy as new hotels, but the price was good, and the stay could be for one night.

Value for money and good location for beach and shops

Organised for early wake up call and breakfast box due to very early morning flight and received neither.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff clearly went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable.

The staff was very accomodating. And the room was relatively cheap compared to other Tel Aviv hotels. I also liked the breakfast, especially fish, cheese and salads.

The hotel is run down. The shower almost fell off and the room was very smoky.

The price for room very unreasonable. The room is unpleasant place, closet is broken, installation of the bathroom was malfanctioned, airconditioner is did not work properly- did not freeze good enough. blanket too short- especially for me- 2 meters tall, pillow like baloon , there is another things that will cause me not return to this place

This is my second time at the Deborah Hotel. The breakfast room looks great. As I arrived the front desk lady said. -Hi!! I remember you from last year... Right after arrived the manager... Hello! I believe you were here last year, weren't you?......... I am glad to see you back. I was surprise and happy with the welcome after 19 hours flying. The hotel is clean, affordable, close to the beach and has a great breakfast. I will be back to Tel Aviv next year and of course stay at the Deborah Hotel again. Mauricio Leite

Reception and attention were excelent. Location: very handy. We booked for two days and due to health problems we had to book an early flight and leave Tel Aviv the same day. We didn't get to enjoy their breakfas which I learnt from references is an absolute delight. The administration was incredible hepful and even credited the one day we didn't stay for which was paid. I would return back to Deborah Hotel any time I am in Tel Aviv.

Excellent location very close to the beach and to the main shopping street of Tel Aviv

The hotel looks very dated from the outside and could do with a tidying up. The lobby and public areas are also a little tired but are functional and clean. The rooms have been modernised and are of the sort of standard one would expect in a three star city hotel. Overall, very good value for money.

Didn't know it was a religious hotel, which wasn't a big problem, although the people there were giving you evil looks when walking around in shorts and singlet when they were on their way to the build-in synagogue. Food was without bread due to passover. I respect that religious people don't eat bread, but as a hotel you could think a bit broader to the bigger spectrum of individuals... It wasn't advertised as a religious hotel...
