Location, 24/7 reception, english speaking staff, no deposit were taken, it was ok to stay for a night Only public parking, pretty expensive. There was no wi-fi in our room on 7-th floor, bathroom was a bit dirty. We couldn't shut the window properly, so morning started from the traffic noise.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was nice, clean and with a beautiful view on the Tel-Aviv roof tops (I was on the 6th floor). The hotel is located right in the center of the city, and very close to the beach. Coming from Paris, usually I love complaining... But here, I just have nothing to say... That in a way pisses me off! I would not recomand the hotel for Parisians.

The staff was helpfull. The breakfast was okay (vegetables, fish, cheese, salats with bread) the hotel has a good location to reach the city and also the sea shore and bus connections are available. The windows could not be closed properly, so even ont the 8th floor the noise of the traffic could not be locked out. The room itself needs some renovation. The carpet was not clean and the curtain was also in a bad shape

nothing in particular...it was ok for 2 night stay with minumum requirements. It was a low-end hotel for budget tourists. Though I can say, it is still expensive for what it provides. rooms: not good breakfast: bad hotel facilities: bad location: good

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality during our recent stay on 8, 9, 10 August. We really loved staying at Deborah Hotel - the delicious food, the warm atmosphere, cozy accommodation and of course excellent people. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back !

The only thing I liked was the location and the view. The channel selection in the room is very good. The hotel has a lengthy check-in process. It took quite a while to finish filling out paperwork before our keys were given to us. The Wi-Fi is limited to the lobby for the most part. My friend was able to get it on his 3g iPhone but I wasn't able to on my 4g. The room we stayed in was very clean and proper. The 'bed' (more like a mattress on a board) was very hard and uncomfortable plus, it screeched really loudly during the night when I turned on the bed. Some of the areas in the hotel are very dirty, like their 'ironing room' (between floors 6 and 7). I recommend you stay here if you're only going to sleep in your room. It's not enjoyable to spend any length of time in it.

The hotel is very good located. Easy to get there with bus or taxi. Our room was on the 9th floor, with a nice view over the city and the sea. The stuff was helpfull. The breakfast was ok, tea, coffe and food (chees, vegetables, , fish, sweets) so you can make your choice of your taste. I missed the hummus, but was ok. There was a problem with the air conditioner. It made terrible laud noices...We switched it off during the night, so we was able to sleep...but the then room become warm. However the hotel stuff tried to fix it...with success...after the 3rd try.

Good position, close to the center of the city and the beach, very good breakfast, helpful and nice staff. Clean according to middle east standards. Rooms at higher floors have a beautiful view over Tel Aviv and the sea. I would choose to stay there again. The furniture is pretty old and the dusty windows give a bit of unconfortable feeling.

Location is very good! Ben Yehuda is one of the best streets in Tel Aviv, is central and is not noisy at night. And you are only 3 blocs from the beach. The hotel was terribly dirty. So dirty that I could not enjoy the wonderful view because of the most dirty windows I ever seen. The Internet was super slow, the carpets were also dirty and the bed extremly uncomfortable. Even though Tel Aviv is expensive, for 100 dollars I was not expecting this ...

Breakfast is very good, various kinds of salads, cheese and fish. The room (double) is rather spacious and clean. Not far from the sea, about 5-7 minutes by walk Have a stop here for a second time. WI-FI is very good but not in every room. As we hadn't hot water in the first room we had to change it to another one next door. But in our second room WI-FI was abcent. We should go in the hall or into the lobby to get access to the Internet. Poor noise insulation.

Excellent location with few steps to the beach! We had wonderful view to the city and sea at the same time from windows of our room at the sixth floor! Friendly staff, good service: fresh white towels every day, accurate made beds and excellent breakfasts! Special thanks to receptionist Elena who made our days there fulfilled with positive emotions starting with a first minute of arrival. Her propositions were the best choice of excursions for us: free guided trip through the city, then Jerusalem, Haifa, Dead sea - were well organized full day programs.

This hotel was very convenient for its proximity to the beach, shopping and Jaffa. The staff when we arrived in the evening was very helpful. Breakfast was good with many items to choose from. Our room was on the eighth floor. I had made a reservation for a less expensive room but, upon reading reviews about those rooms, canceled and upgraded to a more expensive room. I was disappointed with the room we upgraded to because it had a very strong chemical order from some cleaning disinfectant and we had to have the windows open all night to be able to stand the smell. With the windows open all night it was quite noisy from street noise. We had asked to store our luggage for the day after checkout and told that we would be able to and when we asked the morning staff about this we ended up having to leave it out in the open behind the front desk all day. As it turned out that was fine but it seems that it was underfoot for the day staff the entire time. At breakfast the staff did not speak a word to us and was absent from the room most of the time so we were left on our own to figure out how things worked and I never did get the toaster to run.

“The hotel was comfortable, incredibly affordable and good location near the beach and easy to get to the center of the city. Also because we stayed here several times throughout our stay in Israel, the management gave us a better room. Throughout 2 week stay in Israel, stayed a total of five nights at this hotel in ta. Would happily return to the Bell Hotel on our next visit to Israel. ” Danielle, East Windsor |
