A few more details in their welcome pack would be helpful - where to buy groceries (next to the dining room), buses and other transport etc. Not all the reception staff spoke good english. Golan Hotel is on a hilltop in the middle of Tiberias. It offers beautiful views of the lake and Mount Hermon. It offers free Wi-Fi and free use of the jacuzzi.
