This was probably the worst accommodation I have come across in all my time travelling. We couldn't get hold of the 'manager' and when a nearby shop keeper rang on our behalf, he wasn't available till 5pm, despite stating we could check in at 2.30pm. He sent us to a completely different end of Dizengoff where the apartment was smelly, filthy, barren, noisy and hot. He demanded we pay in cash even though we booked with credit card. There was no bedding, air con or wifi available and I found him rude and arrogant to deal with. We ended up staying one night and then found somewhere else to stay. Dizengoff Holiday Apartments is horrible, I recommend you go somewhere else and enjoy your time in Tel Aviv.

Nothing. I will never use the services of the Dizengof Holidays Apartaments anymore! The quaity is not about this company.

We rented an appartment on Allenby 10. This was the worth place we've ever been to: small, very dirty, not clean from the very beginning, with awful smell, with almost no kicthen (1mx1m), with big brown bugs flying all over the tiny rooms, broken conditioners, hardly working internet. The agent who gave us the key still owe us 80 shekel, because on the last day he asked us to pick up our stuff very quickly and move to the other falt (which was twice worth), he also said he was going to pay for the taxi. So we paid for it, and the guy disappeared.

It is very close from the beach an situated on one of the best street in tel aviv. Close to every good spot there in tel aviv

the bathroom was horrible.

We got a different apartment when we arrived. The guy said he had a better apartment, bigger than the studio that we rented. Well, the apartment was bigger but very dirty. The stove didn't work. My husband had to follow the pipes to see where it was hooked up. We managed to have it work. We had tot urn it on outside. Nobody gave us instructions. But the stove was dirty. Food from the last renter was cooked on and oil was on the burners. The dishes were filthy. The toilet didn't work. We had to open the top and lift something with our hands to make it work. The bathtub was filthy. Nobody cleaned the floor. The apartment smelled like an ashtray. Top of fridge was all iced up. I have no words of how this apartment was left to us. The guy who showed it to us. Was quick to take our money and before we knew it he was gone. I have rented a lot through booking.com, never a problem. But this time we were appalled. The pictures on the website of the apartment didn't match at all. I would take these people of of your website. Sincerely, Maria Hrushka

The price and the location.

Many things were borcken or didn't work ... laundry machine, shower door, toilet seat .. and linen didn't fit the bed ... just a few that could have made the stay perfect. I had to change flats because of a water leak ... not the best way to spend a holiday.

The situation is really good location is great staff is very friendly for budget tourists

It is not as represented on your site as ther is not one single building but some scattered grotty apartments. After full payment the owner didn't change towels or bed-linen and the first flat given to us was filthy and rundown, the second was little better and we lived with broken wardrobe. Would recommend that you disassociate yourselves completely from this fraud/

It was very dirty and uncared!

Spacious apartment in a quiet area in central Tel Aviv. Close to everything; buses, the beach, supermarket, atm's, nightlife, cafes and restaurants. Apartment had; tv, refrigiator, stoven, couch, good double bed, shower and bathtub.

We were given one price when we made the booking, then another price was stated in the mail from the owner/manager. We were told this was because we got an bigger apartment than we made a booking for. But in the end we came to an agrement, and was given a fairly good price.

I like the location.

Air conditioned. Good location, near cafes and bars.

The appartment was at Dizengoff 172 not 170. Old and not very clean linen. Ruined mattresses. Broken shades in windows. Over a pub and thus very noisy.

Läget och utrymmet

Hotellet höll inte vad det lovade. Vi fick inte lägenheten den dag vi bokat men fick ändå betala fullt pris. Lägenheten hade inte ljusa trämöbler som det stod i kontraktet. Vi fick en lägenhet som låg på en annan adress än den som vi bokat. Det sämsta bemötand jag någonsin upplevtpå något hotell.

отличное расположение: до пляжа всего 5-10 минут, рядом магазинчики и кафе, пункты обмены валюты, общественный транспорт. в квартире в принципе есть всё необходимое.

в квартире не слишком чисто, белье выглядит несвежим. в течение проживания гостей вообще никто не убирается (приходится самим). круглосуточно шумно: жизнь за окном не прекращается ни днем, ни ночью (ночью спасает только крепкий сон). в комнате и в душе нет никаких крючков для одежды - очень неудобно.

Это 2-х комнатная квартира, на центральной торговой улице, относительно близко к морю. Есть минимальный набор посуды, эл.чайник, плитка, СВЧ, утюг.

Горячая вода бывает очень редко, а утром её не было никогда за все время нашего присутствия (принимали холодный душ). Телевизор очень допотопный и показывает очень мало каналов. Холодильник очень старый. Шкаф для одежды сломан ( двери ). Очень много перегоревших лампочек, которых никто не меняет.

очень выгодное расположение, в квартире имеется почти все. кроме стиральной машины. светлые, хорошо проветриваемые комнаты. отзывчивые, общительные работники (4 языка в запасе). моментально исполняются пожелания.

несколько запущенная квартира. по сравнению с прошлым годом. не горят некоторые лампочки, вываливаются двери плательного шкафа в прихожей, отсутствует интернет, но имеется ламповый телевизор.

расположение и цена

вместо 3х кроватей была только одна двухспальняя кровать и нераскладывающийся диван икея!!! моему папе пришлось спать на нем.хотя номер вроде как вообще на 4 человек я заказывала. интернета тоже не было.вечером и утром очень слышно дорогу,которая прямо под окнами. горячей воды вечером не было! те после 9 вечера помыться нельзя!и утром тоже

Die Lage war sensationell.

Es war sehr unsauber. Küche war unbenutzbar. Es waren noch Reste der Vorgänger vorhanden.

Excellente situation (commerces, restaurants, plage). Rapport qualité/prix correct pour Tel Aviv en cette saison !

Attention, il ne s'agit ni d'un hôtel ni d'une résidence locative. C'est un appartement dans un immeuble d'habitation. Equipement insuffisant, salle de bain vétuste, bruyant. Pas de plaque de cuisson dans la cuisine. Heure d'arrivée très limitée (entre 14h et 17h), sinon pas moyen de récupérer les clés et on m'a demandé de payer en liquide ! Correct pour personnes voyageant seules ou jeune couple "baroudeurs" pas très regardant, mais pas prévu pour une famille.
