Accommodations were small but beautiful!Breakfast, which was included, and dinner which was not, was fantastic! The 2 people who checked us in were awesome! Most accommodating and very helpful. Our room was nicely furnished, very comfortable bed and clean! The hotel was very difficult to locate and parking was impossible. We had to pay for parking at a private lot a few blocks away. Tel Aviv is a very congested city to say the least! The check out staff was very helpful in assisting us with getting our baggage to our car however.

Very, very friendly staff, always ready to help. Rooms are small, but very cosy. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast-service. Much nicer than a big chain hotel. Only 100 m away from the main beach boulevard. Absolutely recommended, if one can accept the small size of the room Rooms and bathroom very small, but this is compensated by the other advantages of this hotel !

A piece of paradise. Attentive and caring personnel. Help with both room and to find tours and interesting places in the city. Well planned, organised and clean room. High quality towels, bed linen and toiletries. Delicious breakfast included. Close to the beach- it took a few minutes to walk from the hotel, lovely in the morning. Old Jaffa and city centre within walking distance.

What I liked? Everything. Location - near sea, near Yaffa, quiet and pleasant.Staff was excellent. Adrian sent me lot of detailed informations already by my booking - two months before my arrival. Breakfast were excellent. Surrounding was special - in Yemen quarter. If I will come next time and I will, I am going to book the hotel again! Size of room could be a little bit bigger

Eden house was incredibly comfortable, affordable, and flexibly--really I couldn't ask for more! Not only were they able to move me from a one person room ro a three person room at the last minute, they arranged our day trip to Petra and let us stay additional nights. The guest house down the street is a great value and having a fridge, microwave and sink was perfect for us. Thanks for the incredible stay!

Beautifully decorated rooms and dining area, the best home-made breakfast, very convenient location (you can walk to all major attractions), and most importantly, extremely helpful staff; they booked my Petra tour and arranged all my taxi rides! There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay at Eden Boutique Hotel & Bistro.

Very comfortable rooms and nice facilities. Very nice and filling breakfast with plenty of choice. A sign outside the hotel would be helpful: I walked past it twice not realising the anonymous building was the hotel. A kettle in the room for tea/coffee would be nice.

We visited this magnificent place for a weekend getaway. The hotel is spotless and positioned in a spectacular location in the midst of Tel Aviv romantic "Kerem Hateymanim" with an amazing breathtaking sea view. The staff went out of their way to answer all requests with a smile and always made the extra mile to see that our experience would be unforgettable. Food was amazing as well ! (and I have already mentioned the service…) The rooms are decorated with style with a beautiful balcony. I would highly recommend this place as the perfect getaway. rooms were somewhat small - but i guess you cant be perfect...

Home, sweet home. That what i can say about this place. From the first moment you feel in a big family of Eden. Each person in this hotel taking care of you as a very close relative. Very special design. Super comfortable bed. Best breakfast ever. Concierge service on top level. They don't know to say "No". Thank you so much for everything. I will come back for sure. I liked at all.

Lovely comfortable bed in room with balcony and roll top bath. Staff and owners are lovely, really helpful. Real attention to detail. Breakfast is fresh, with something on the menu for everyone. Classy all round. Our room was big enough for a short stay but some are smaller. Just be aware - this is a small hotel with personality, not an identikit chain.

The design and style was so charming. I also like the management which is very kind and very careful on keeping their level of reputation. I highly recommend to contact with them if you have any problems during your stay. I am sure the elevator is working now. You can find rooms smaller then you guess but still they are cute.

The best service ever. I've stayed at Eden Premier short night before leaving Israel. So said that it was to short. Very comfortable bed. They arrange for me very good take away breakfast and Airport transfer. The room was not the biggest one (to be honest) but very nice. I'd love to stay there with my husband, because it's very romantic and full of small details like at home. The staff are brilliant. Very quiet place in the city. Can't wait to come back as soon as i can. Definitely recommended.

The room was so small I was shocked. No room for the cases and no fridge in the room.It was the most expensive room on our trip, and as it was the last night in Israel we decided to spend more money and spoil ourselves.Such a dissapiontment, and a waste of money.
