The room was beautifully designed. The location was amazing, easy access to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Right across the sea, tons of restaurants, shops and other attractions around, walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed and good pressure shower! The bathroom a bit small but comfortable enough.

Friendliness of service / host. Good location. Good value for money. Nice patio to sit on evenings. Unique style. Not your standard hotel or apartment. Small shower / toilet. Not easy to find, quiet neighbourhood, but can hear guests in all other rooms.

Really enjoyed staying here. Apart hotel, rooms large, comfortable and spotlessly clean, facilities for making your own beakfast, owners charming and exceptionally helpful. 5 minutes from the beach and Carmel Market, area peaceful when we wwere there. For anyone who dislikes staying in hotels this is great. In an older part of Tel Aviv, hotel airport service very reasonable and makes finding the hotel for the first time with heavy luggage stress free. Fabulous restaurant 5 minutes around the corner towards the beach, both vegetarian and meat/fish options, cannot remember name but the owner recommended it and very reasonable. Would stay here again next time.

great service. when i come back to Tel Aviv i will be sure to stay here. the only hic cup i had was i did not know that the front desk closed at 10 pm. the staff was great and contacted me to let me know and even sent a car to guide my way since i was not familiar with the area. great place for the money and location. i can see why they have such a high rating on the web sites. thanks Troy N. from Texas not knowing the front desk closed at 10pm.

I love the room and the owners! My girlfriend and I had a lot of questions about where to eat, what to see, and general directions. Their responses were extremely helpful. It's hard to find if you don't have a good map of Tel Aviv.

The staff were genuinely interested in your comfort and in helping you. The community is 'old style' and interesting, set in a neighborhoood of actual residences--not a commercial high rise of glass, concrete and commercialism. We stayed in the middle of December and needed a thicker winter blanket!

Staff people are extremely friendly and helpful, accomodation is wonderful and it's like having one's own house since it is not exactly structured as a hotel, Carmel market is 5 minutes walking and it is perfect for amazing breakfasts, beach is just around the corner, allenby street is around the corner too. Also, they offer a cell phone renting service for 1 us dollar per day (which is quite good solution for communication abroad) and any kind of info or advice you need. I'd say just perfect place to stop by.

My teenage daughter and I loved the Eden House, and will return next week with my husband. It is a great find in a wonderful neighborhood. This is not a luxury hotel, but better in many ways. It is cozy and friendly. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I don't have a negative thing to say. Loved it. From now on my choice in Tel Aviv is Eden House.

Four words: The staff is wonderful! We have travelled several major cities and you'll be hard pressed to find hospitality, service and general kindness that even comes close to that displayed by Michael and Serge at Eden House Tel Aviv... Besides this, the hotel is charming, clean, comfortable - or simply; everything you need when you visit the city of Tel Aviv...

Wonderful staff, wonderful rooms in a very cozy neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The Yemenite Quarter is very central and close to the beach, and yet feels like a quite, cozy village in the midst of a busy city.

Proximity to beach (8 min walk) but the hostel is located in a narrow smelly street. Staff, especially the guy speaking Italian who is extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning conditions and comfort are poor. Hard to find even for taxi drivers. The room given to us was ground floor, although we booked it well in advance. Very bad deal for price/quality. The bathroom turned into a greenhouse during the day because of a transparent roof. Unbelievable! I wouldn't recommend it.

Good location This guest house is very basic, we had only towels replaced everyday and maybe cleaned toilet. Wifi is very hard to access so if you are in wrong room, you have no internet... You have no place for your clothes and also rooms are very small! If you are european, it might be pretty hard!

Hotel was in a very poor area of town. We needed to call and ask many people where the hotel was, and nobody knew! Location was not noted during the online booking process. Area left us feleing very unsafe.

Located in the quiet Kerem HaTeimanim district, Eden House Premier offers country-style rooms and a large roof terrace overlooking Tel Aviv. The Carmel Market is a 5-minute walk away.
Exceptional, 10
Score from 12 reviews
“Bravo to Eden House Premier! Maximum of charm, comfort and pleasure for minimum money and space! Hotel is located in totally renovated historical building at historical center of Tel Aviv - it explains the fact, that room was quite small - but the designer's solution is really bright and impressive! We had an open bathtub in our room - imagine how romantic was our stay! Decoration is very stylish and romantic, all the hotel is new and very clean, staff is nice and helpful. We liked the hotel's cafe a lot and spent some nice hours at the roof terrace, observing the sun coming down to the see. You should really experience this - and you will never regret )) ” Julia, Moscow |

“The hotel was cozy and comfortable. And the location was good, being close to the beach, shops and Sde Dov airport. But, it was the staff was very warm, friendly, helpful and considerate. Though my stay was short, I enjoyed the hotel.” David, Kobe |
