We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The staff was great and very friendly. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great little hotel with excellent service at a reasonable price.
The people who work at the Eden Jerusalem are among the warmest, most welcoming and interesting people I met in my travels. I would stay there again in a minute. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was wee- kept and, though the location isn't central, it was convenient to food, phone, bank etc.
Nothing, really. It was a delightful and memorable stay

Big size family room
A little bit old restroom
Pleasant surroundings. Great breakfast.
The breakfast was outstanding and the help was very friendly and helpful. The terrace was charming and we enjoyed drinking coffee out there.
Liquid soap and no washcloths. Soap located immediately over glass for brushing teeth. The bathroom door did not close at the second room and there was no working light at the entry of the first room. We slept in two different rooms for 2 nights (our fault due to additional night needed) At check out it was recorded as 3 nights not 2. causing a hold up to correct the overcharge. All in all we were satisfied..
It was a quite area and staff were very helpful and friendly.
I had a dripping tap in bathroom overnight, but I did report it.
Staff were very helpful Wifi Nice variety of foods at breakfast
No comfortable chairs on the front patio to sit and read a book.
Good Israeli Breakfast. Staff helpful, especially Ruth. Quite Neighborhood. Easy to get to other locations using buses.
Noisy maintenance/renovation work being done in room next to ours during the afternoon when we were trying to rest. No warning was given to us. Requested a different room but were told there wasn't one available. The hotel is very, very, basic: more like a budget pension from the 1970's.
Greeted with a warm welcome and served an excellent Israeli breakfast. We were able to store our luggage after we checked out while we toured the city.
Nice breakfast, clean room, good wi-fi. Good value for money.
Some minor things were lacking, but nothing that would influence the comfort of our stay. It's a 3* hotel, one of the cheapest, so we did not expect much. No attraction within a walking distance (we had a car, so that was not a problem for us).
The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
The location are in residencial area our taxi driver having a hard time looking for it, the air condition not that cold, there is no toothpaste on the room.
Convenient and clean. Spartan but comfortable.
Probably not luxurious enough for a prolonged stay but fine for a couple of nights.
Owners warm, friendly people. Excellent staff.
Breakfst and all the people very service oriented. You see there is love in it. We have a car then it was easy to park and the Humus bar was great!
I was travelling with my mom to Jerusalem and we found Eden hotel. The crew was very nice and helpful. They have an elevator which was very important to us. The hotel is Clean and simple and breakfast was rich and fresh. We. we were surprised by the high value we got. This hotel is simple, clean an
Hotel might be a bit ''away'' for someone with no car. Although the old city, City of David, the tower are really only 1.5 mile away
We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit which was good as we were travelling with our 20 year old daughter. Peaceful suburb. Provided packed breakfast as we left early.
As in all hotels we stayed in in Israel, wifi was only useful in the hotel's foyer.
The manager and staff were all very hospitable. Lin left me a note giving me all the relevant instruction to the bus station in her own writing - a very personal touch.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, good service, parking
Breakfast was a bit disapointing when compared to the Israeli standard
-we had a suite which was large and roomy (as was the bathroom) -breakfast was included and well presented with varied items. coffee was great -very relaxing atmosphere -parking was easy
-the hotel was very well suited to our budget and tastes
Nice quiet neighbourhood, but very close to major bus routes and an easy stroll to plenty of eating options and evening entertainment. Possible to walk to the Old City and see things on the way.
Close to many touristic sites
Not suitable for small children
staff is very helpful in every way! we ask about the sites, the restaurant, even the price of the oil. room is clean and decent. quite location with many bus to the old city.
wifi never work...
