La situation exceptionnelle de l'hotel . C'EST LA RAISON PREMIERE QUI FAIT QUE NOUS VENONS DANS CET HOTEL. Personnel desagreable et incompetent (sur reception et differents points d'accueil de l'hotel et ne parlant pas toujours l'anglais) MANQUE D'ENTRETIEN GENERAL (EVIER BOUCHE, PORTE FENETRE DIFFICILE A OUVRIR...) SI EVENEMENTS SUR HOTEL (MARIAGES OU AUTRES) LA SITUATION POUR LES AUTRES RESIDENTS DEVIENT COMPLIQUEE (EMPLACEMENTS SUR TERRASSES, SERVICES, NUISANCES...) LE PRIX DEVRAIT ETRE REVU A LA BAISSE COMPTE TENU DES DESAGREMENTS.

Отель недавно отремонтирован. Прекрасный вид из окна. Хороший завтрак. Отель на море, но пляжа нет. Спуск в море с мостков, глубина сразу. Особенно неприятно, если на море волны, а они бывают часто. От центра города отель очень далеко, возле границы с Египтом, без машины не добраться. При отеле есть паркинг - наземный и подземный - но мест нет ни на одном. Чтобы въехать в отель, надо постоять в очереди, пока охрана разберется со всеми. Обслуживающий персонал ниже всякой критики: девица не ресепшн вымогала чаевые под предлогом, что так принято в Израиле - это ложь. Охрана не пустила гостя на переговоры в лобио, чтобы его провести пришлось вызывать начальника смены, и т.д.

Schöne Aussicht. Красивый вид из окна. Auf keinen Fall 5*, Personal ist nicht unbedingt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Möbel und Sanitär-uralt. Verbindung mit Stadtzentrum-ein Bus 1mal pro Stunde oder Taxi. Taxifahrern sind katastrophal-der Preis muß unbedingt vorm Einsteigen ausgehandelt werden. Internet pro Tag 20$-unverschähmt. Ни в коем случае 5*. Нелюбезный персонал. Мебель и сантехника в номере старые. Сообщение с городом-один раз в час автобус или такси. Совершенно наглые таксисты, рекомендую сразу оговаривать цену. Интернет за 20$ в сутки-совершенно неуместно для 5*.

The food was good and varied and the staff helpful. The rooms were clean and the staff very happy to help the pool area was very spacious and the staff were very attentive. The staff at the front desk were arrogant and rude. There was no shuttle to and from the town. The pool was not heated.
