The WiFi was poor
position ability to swim in the lake
room did not look anything like the picture above very sparse and cheap. Kitchenette a good idea but no cutlery or crockery to use Very expensive for a 3 star
everything, every moment, every bite of food, every breath was a miracle at win gev. May G-d Bless you all!
Loved the location right on the shores of Lake Kinneret.
Staff wasn't helpful with directions, or restaurant recommendations.
We wanted to be by The Sea of Galilee, it was a pleasant place.
There was a problem with the air conditioner. It kept leaking water all over the floor. They tried to fix it 3 times but it was never fixed.
Breakfast is amazing. Located right on the shore of the Sea of Galilee.
Had to go to reception to use internet, but it was good there.
It is just idyllic ! beautiful scenery and excellent location. Clean and tidy rooms and lots of nice soaps and bits too !! Highly recommended !!
You whole concept was very good. The rooms were very clean and functional, the restaurant was very good, the access to the water was excellent and the staff very helpful.
THE ROOMS NOT BEING AVAULABLE UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON WAS A STRANGE CONCEPT.
kitchenette with kettle,microwave,stove
The location, the accommodation & the food were all fantastic. Been there many times & always enjoy our stay & the staff are always helpful & friendly
Great breakfast Great location
Put us in the room closest to the road even though the resort was empty. Small Expensive
The location and the calmness.
The price was too expensive and thf facilities quite poor.
The rooms are very nice decorated and sutesfied. We were 5 and we had enough space
I found small bugs in the room
BREAKFAST WAS GREAT
THERE WAS NO MATERIAL IN KITCHEN TO COOK OR EAT WITH
breakfast was great; wifi.
too expensive (it is a good room, but does not worth the price).
This was a very pretty, convenient place to stay in the Galilee. Our suite was clean and pleasant; it could have been bigger. On the other hand, it was very affordable. The location was great. I wish it had more options for good food nearby. We ate on site at the fish restaurant and that was only okay. The staff were lovely. I would consider this a nice place to stay, but not really a resort.
The refurbished family units are done to a high standard, very comfortable, well laid out with excellent decor. The views onto the Sea of Galilee are wonderful. We highly recommend this to families.
The evening meal was too expensive at 33 dollars for adults and 22 dollars for kids.
The newly renovated cabins are designed to give you the most space by utilizing cabinets everywhere, especially in the kitchen area which is wonderful. The grounds are a topical paradise as well as being immaculate; each cabin has a grill, hammock and plenty of lawn chairs, located near the shoreline. Beautiful resort and well maintained. The breakfast bar was plentiful and delicious
Nice location between the beach of the Tiberias lake and the Golan Heights. Friendly staff.
Front desk staff were excellent.
Expensive. Breakfast staff not friendly.
If you stay just the night, it´s quiet expensive. If you stay there also in the days, the price is okay.
Nice accommodation and location. Excellent fish restaurant associated. Fridge and microwave, with supermarket nearby. They say fish comes from lake Kinneret, but with 500 people seated, I don't know how they do it.
Poor quality breakfast. Egg dish, pastry barely edible. Lake quality limited visibility.
First time - a bit like heaven on earth - just the location and sheer beauty of the place, especially the location of our rooms - just by the sea. The beach was exceptional also. Staff very helpful. Loved the kibbutz and shop being so easy to get to and so 1960's!
The amazing pool, the beautiful botanical gardens, the views of the mountains, the clean comfortable rooms, the delicious breakfasts and the wild ibex.
Location and isolation, friendliness of the staff.
The rooms were designed in the early 1950'S. It is time for a "re- do". Also, the safe was broken in the room- details like that should have been pre-screened, as it took about an hour to wait for the repair man- one hour out of my vacation.
