Score from 500 reviews Wonderful
The hotel was right next to the beach, very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Free wifi worked a charm. Always free tea, coffee and biscuits available.
Breakfast was somewhat plain but OK.
Good location and the price was in line with quality of the hotel. I recommend this hotel.
24 h coffe/tea lounge
You can get free coffee and drinks whole day long
The poorest breakfast I've ever seen. There is only bread, cheese and youghurt
Was happy to stay and have a great experience. Nice and attending personal, always with smile and ready to help. Great rooms and very comfortable beds. 24 hrs cafeteria, there is always tea, caffe and some cookies. Very central and easy access to any place in Tel Aviv nd most important beach. I will suggest to all my friends and family to stay in this property.
Breakfast is not adapted for international traveller, so I suggest, at least, to have something to offer on the menu or just peace of jam or eggs. Cause, for 4 days to have just the bread, cheese, tomato and cucumber is not a funny thing (sorry, but I don't eat serial and don't drink milk).
Staff very helpful Simple but nice breakfast Nice room
If you travel alone take a double room not a single room Last night it seems the room was poorly cleaned Quite noisy by night
A girl working at the front desk was incredibly rude The entire stay.
Very late daily room cleaning, essentially in evenings. Kitchenette utensils extremely rudimentary (2 small spoons and a fork)
Although the room and breakfast are rather basic, they certainly met my needs. The bed was quite comfortable and the location is unbeatable. I was impressed that although I checked out before breakfast time I was able to request a boxed breakfast at no extra charge the night before departure.
We accidentally lost our room keys and we did not get charged for that. Sorry again for losing them.
Location and breakfast were great for the money. Room is good sized and clean.
Street noise was sometimes invasive. Motion activated HVAC made for cold room in the middle of the night.
Felt very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to anything we requested.I would definitely stay there again.
We stayed in a suite which was a very good size with a sitting room and sleeping area, kitchenette and nice bathroom. The room was very clean when we arrived but housekeeping staff failed to clean and change towels everyday (only once during 4 night stay). The hotel reception area is lovely with interesting decor. There seem to be a number of complaints about breakfast but I thought that it was more than adequate The hotel is different from the norm, more like an upmarket youth hostel than a hotel. Location is very close to Herbert Samuel boulevard and the beach. The price is very reasonable as hotels in Tel Aviv tend to be very expensive. So there are numerous positive aspects, mainly the room size (suite), relaxed atmosphere, overall cleansiness of hotel, location and value for money.
The hotel does not look great from the outside which is a pity as it is a nice hotel once you are inside the actual hotel which is situated on the 2nd floor. Our room (suite) was situated in an annex next to an office (more specifically the office toilets). We were a bit cut off from the main part of the hotel. This was advantageous in that it was private but also disadvantageous as it could explain why housekeeping failed to clean the room or change towels.
The reception staff were cordially unfriendly....like many Israelis I am afraid.
I liked nothing really
the fact that there are no windows to look outside. There are windows but they look in some sort of internal courtyard, no day light, no privacy either. New but horrible design and dingy looking, super cheap quality. Breakfast consisted nothing warm. It's just an elevated hostel. If you respect yourself stay elsewhere
Staff is nice and kind.
Breakfast is too simple, room has some smell.
Look, decoration and style
Quite central. Good orange juice.
Very noisy in the room!
Staff very nice and at least always smiling. Very nice design.
It was not clear where is the Hotel located. It is on the second floor. Breakfast was poor, could be much better for the price paid.
The entrance smelled like a gym. Even though visually its appealing. The staff was very friendly.
It wasn't obvious that the hotel is on the second floor, so we took the stairs instead of the elevator.
Lovely big room. Very clean. Very nice shower. Right in the center (south) of tel aviv. Walking distance from Jaffa, market, theater.
Hayarkon street is a bit noisy (but I slept very well at night). The american embassy across the road is not the nicest of buildings.
Breakfast was simple but very nice staff was helpful location
