Leon, hotel reception was wonderful and extremely helpful. Owner was nice and fair with issue related to Booking.com. Hotel has nice clean modern feel and our stay was extremely comfortable. Great location close to nightlife, shopping, and short walk to beach. We had a great stay.

No Lobby really :( but.. it's ok feel more private coz when you walk in with someone don't have to be shy

If on a business trip or just here like me to enjoy this amazing city, Montefiore 27 is the perfect choice. After having been to tel aviv before and knowing where all the best restaurants are I could not be happier that I found such a comfortable and friendly place to spent a couple of weeks.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pleasant staff.

The rooms are above a bar disco which did interrupt my sleep due to loud music

Well located, correct, in the budget. I had an inconvenient with my luggage at the airport and do not know hebrew. I ask the recepcionist to follow the problem and she solved it. With her cell phone did the research and helped me very much. As I returned late and went very early I could not thank her so I hope she reads this.

It was announced they had free shuttle to and from the airport but they did not.

I spent my vacations with my 8 y.o. daughter at August' 2012. Everything was perfect - stuff is friendly and professional, perfect location, rooms are comfortable and modern furnitured. Mini kitchen is a plus for families with babies. Timor did her best for all ours needs and problems during all the period of our vacations.

One thing was not good for us - the Bar on the first floore. Loudly music form Thirthday till Sunday really disturbed us at the night. But for some people without children it would be good.

The Room was located in a superb location (best area of Tel-Aviv). It was really clean and was renovated lately. It had all the amenities needed - microwave, Glasses for wine, plates, mini-bar, huge lcd with cable, big sofa , big bed, free wifi and dead sea products at the shower. the value for the price was excellent. I would defiantly stay there in my next visit to Tel aviv.

There is no 24 hour reception - this is not really an hotel - it is a floor (renovated) in a building with 7 rooms - (but the girl from the "reception" gave us her number, so no problem to call her any time needed) the only issue was that once we arrived there, we were asked to pay VAT (because we are Israel citizens). Booking.com price is excluded VAT ... (BTW we didn't pay VAT because i didn't use an Israeli passport at check in). but Israel citizens should remember to add VAT once calculating the price of this hotel

It's a beautiful modern hotel with great furnishings and art work, and fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars and breakfast joints nearby. And the beach is 15 minutes pleasant walk.

I was on floor 2. Below, on floor 1, there is a bar. My first night, they played very very loud jazz until nearly 1 am. I mentioned this to the owner, and the second night was beautifully quiet.

Doesn't look like much from outside but a very good boutique hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My room wasn't ready on arrival, however when I returned they had put the air conditioning on in my room already so that it was nice and cool. the room was top quality, a really good design and modern furniture and spacious. Large flat screen tv, a kitchenette and free wifi all great. I recommend the breakfast place they use around the corner - a very cute place with great food - definitely worth it. The area of the hotel is great as well, close to rothschild boulevard and sheinkin street. I will come back on my next trip. Thanks!

the door handle looked like it needed to be fixed and was a little difficult to open and close - i hope they get this fixed soon. The bathroom is fine, but very small.

Location is great. Clean and spacious for two. Beautifully decorated And helpful staff.

Not a hotel so reception only opened from 9am-8pm. If you arrive. Before 9, must wait till they arrive. The building though numbered looks like a regular building, only a small sign indicating its short stay apartment. The building is shared with other business. Downstairs there is a new club. Opened every night till late. Very loud music so if you wanna sleep early or with family: good luck!

Lovely room, good location. Air conditioning - that sounds silly, but at +40 an 100% humidity in August, it is a must.

I thought I was booking a hotel, but in fact it was a floor of rented out apartments. This is fine, but not quite what I had in mind. No lobby, no full time staff to hold on to our luggage. But the contact person came within 30 minutes when I called her, she was very helpful. Still not quite what I had in mind. Noisy at night, the rooms are over a nightclub. It was noisy till around 2am. We could sleep through the noise, but if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. I find it expensive for a rented apartment with no other services. Had we stayed in Tel Aviv longer, I would opt for an AirBnB rental.

Excellent location right in the middle of the city. Almost everywhere in walking distance. Excellent restaurant right across the street (Yavne Monetefiore) and the Bakery was great for breakfast. la posizione ottimale in Montefiore street, nel quartiere white city, molto trendy, pieno di locali carini e ristoranti. La ragazza della reception molto gentile e disponibile!

L'edificio è troppo abbandonato a se stesso, con porte abbandonate nei corridoi e suppellettili varie lasciati in giro, per essere un boutique è troppo trascurato.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber! Die anliegenden Lokale sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Einige "Baustellen" im Zimmer! Wasserflecken auf den Wänden, unfertige Fenster! Leider sehr laut, da ein Club im Erdgeschoss des Hotels. Zimmer im 1. Stock! Leider half auch die Reklamation nichts, bis ca 3/4 Uhr früh ist es nicht möglich zu schlafen! Auch das darauffolgende Beschwerdemanagement des Hotels war sehr schlecht!

Bra läge i ett pulserande område. Nära till strand, nattliv och shopping. Rummen helt OK. Välutrustade rum med möjligheten till enkel matlagning om man vill (men det vill man inte med så mycket bra kaféer och restauranger i området). Hotellet ordnar med taxi till och från flygplatsen.

Begränsade/obefintliga gemensamhetsutrymmen.

לא אהבתי שהמקום לא סגור דלת הבניין ודלת הקומה. דבר שקצת מציק מבחינת תחושת הביטחון. כל אחד יכול להיכנס למקום מבחינת החדר. אנחנו שהינו בחדר 6 הוא היה חשוך למי שישן בצד הקיר לא היה מעבר ולא הייתה שידה להניח משקפיים בקבוק מים וכד. כמו כן לא הצלחתי לפתוח את החלון והרגיש ממש חנוק היה לנו רק נייר טואלט אחד ובלילה נגמר ולא היה ממי לבקש. ניסיתי לצלצל לקבלה ולא היה מענה גם ב 10 בבוקר באמבטיה היה רק שמפו וכמי שבאה ללילה אחד לא הבאתי דבר. אחכ הביאו לנו סבון בגדול היה נפלא אבל יש לשים לב לדברים הקטנים זה חלק מהנוחות
