Everything was wonderful! This is the case, when the picture and the description of the hotel and facilities are exactly the same and even better! Beautiful rooms, corridors, location… I don’t want to repeat the details, which were mentioned before me… The perfume in the hall makes the general impression even better! Many thanks to the owner, who offers all the possible comfort to his guests!

I liked the staff friendly manner

I can recommend G38 appartments to anyone. It was simply amazing. Everything was clean (enough towels and sheets) and you have everything you need in the appartment. The owner was so nice and friendly and you really felt home in this place. I've been to other places in haifa and this was by far the best one. Location, facilities plus the very nice rooftop, everything was perfect!!

David was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Made all the difference

There is no cleaning service in the hotel. They did not change sheets or towel, nor they provide a shampoo and soap. You have to be aware of it ahead of time.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Comfortable mattress, great little kitchen. The safe was very comforting to have, especially after reading previous comments.Havin a comlementary phone was the icing on the cake.The location was ideal for our needs. David was a pleasure to deal with.

The ONLY issue we had was that the fitted sheet had lost it's 'fit' and was always coming off the corners of the mattress.

Everything was great. Very lovely design, a lot of space in the room, very helpful staff and first of all the view and atmosphere from the roof. We had supper there every evening and it was wonderful: the view to the port, bahai garden and the city. Dreaming of coming there back. Close to the Arabian quarter so you could buy what you want also in shabat.

The only minus was that there were only three chairs in the kitchen in the apartment for four persons. But we managed this taking another chair from the public studio.

We stayed in G38 for about 2 weeks in August, were 100% satisfied & recommend the hotel to anybody wanting to visit Haifa! The location is excellent! 2 min from the main entrance to the Bahai Gardens & Ben Gurion street. Clean & safe area.A small kiosk & a market very close to the hotel. Bus stop to the beach, just outside the hotel & buses to everywhere else in Haifa 3 min walk to Ben Gurion street. Sharut, shared taxies, just outside the hotel. Free parking. The hotel itself is great. A home away from home. Newly renovated in contemporary fashion. The room's/apartment's, has everything needed. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. A kitchenette with everything needed. Clean!!! No bug's:-) Free Internet. Free washer & dryer in the basement. Free phone for local call's.The area is busy with car's, buses & ppl 24/7, yet inside the hotel it's completely quiet, no disturbing sounds at all from the outside or from the other guests. During your stay at G38 your room will not be complementary cleaned and you will have to wash the towels & bed-clothing's yourself, if needed, though i'm sure that this can be requested for a smaller extra fee. You will be able to live as in your own home, no one will enter your room/apartment during your stay.We enjoyed that. Loved to have our breakfast & spend the evening's on the rooftop-terrace, that has a fantastic view over Haifa City! The staff is excellent!!! We interacted with David, the owner, who is a very service-minded & charming host. He will answer all your questions about Haifa, what to do, where to go, what to see & how to get there. Miry, our fantastic cleaning lady was a blast!!! Such a beautiful human being!!!! So sweet, so funny, so service-minded!!! Wanted to bring her home with us!!! Please remember to leave a tip for her when u leave G38:-D G38 offer it's guest a cheap, clean, safe, comfortable, up to date, quiet room/apartment in a very central area of Haifa. We will visit again!!!

I stayed in the residence with my family for one week. I enjoyed g38 very much. A bulding with a lovely design and in a strategic position, just near the Bahai gardens. All was clean, well equiped and perfeclty conditioned. A beautiful terrace on the top with a marvelleuos view where you can relax or eat. I appreciated very much the possibility to use the washing mashine in the laundry for free. David, the owner, is really wellcoming and friendy. I would suggest this address to everybody. Try it!! We had the largest studio apartment with a king size bed and pull out sofa double bed for our two boys aged 11 and 14. Being on the top floor (3 levels) without a lift was the only negative carrying heavy luggage. The Apartment was very modern with a New York style decor. It was very spacious and the bathroom was very big too. After travelling around Europe in four star accommodation we felt like we were in heaven! Here there was plenty of room to leave our luggage around without tripping over it! Internet connection was free and fast unlike Italy and Switzerland. We were pleased that the Internet description lived up to expectation. We would recommend it to our friends and relatives.

Being on the top floor without a lift carrying heavy luggage was the only negative.

Noisy water flow from showers etc from adjacent rooms! No lifts. No proper view of Baha'i gardens from the available rooftop!

Comfortable studio with living area larger than usual, clean. We felt good privacy, guests were quiet and room not oriented to street was without noise. Great terrace on roof top, view over haifa bay, tables with seats and sun shade over all. Halls have touch of design. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Don't forget to agree check-in time.

One minor failure of personnel, not a big issue.

The location was excllent. The room was spacious and contained all the basics for an appartment. The owner/manager although not on site was alwasy helpful and responsive.

Furnishings were basic "IKEA" more functional than comfortable but this was not a problem.

The room was described as "one-bedroom," and although it had one bedroom and a living room, there was no door between the two and therefore, there was no privacy.

See above. Also, it would have been nice if they had provided enough toilet paper for a full three-day stay. Can be hard to get toilet paper over a holiday.

Not a lot. It was well positioned for the Bahai Gardens and the German Colony area of Haifa. It was also reasonably quiet.

The apartments furnishings were very basic with no chairs apart from from 2 bar stools, very poor quality bedding with a bottom sheet that did not properly fit the mattress which had no cover, one hand towel for 2 people and 2 small bath towels which were of poor quality and not changed in 6 days, and only 2 cups, plates, knives etc. meaning that every time we had a drink or something to eat we had to wash up. The lack of equipment was summed up by the fact that there was no soap in the apartment. It was advertised as providing parking but there were insufficient spaces and guests were not told that if they parked on the street opposite the apatments outside the French consulate between 0700 hours and 1600 hours they would get a ticket. The signs were all in Hebrew.
