Comfortable Bed, Central Location, Inexpensive Parking Nearby
It was very near a restaurant we needed to visit, and only ten minutes walk to the sea.
Noisy at night.
Great location Staff is very nice room is clean and tidy Love the balcony
I had a claustrophobic feeling. Room, furniture and carpet are dark, and the only window out the door to the balcony, which was not enough.
It's like 20 min walking to the beach maybe more.
It's dirty and looks horrible, staff was rude to me
-location -tidiness -Jacuzzi
-noise from the street -weak lights in the room
EVEN though we arrived before 2, i arrived at the hotel very sick and they booked me in at the13h15 which i was so grateful for. Thanks anett
Beautiful terrace on the roof. Calm and convenient place. Beach is not so far. The reception officers are very kind and supportive. Recomмend
Everything was excelent, the staff and the room. It was close to the beach, to The Carmel Market and schoping area.
Relatively close to beach, close to cafe's and market. Great service from receptionist. No balcony, but a very nice big roof terrace.
Great location, close to all the important things ( shuk haCarmel,Machane Ben Yamin, the beach, Dizengof, etc,). Beautiful rooftop to sit at night.
Had to turn my key in every time I left the hotel. Also, tv didn't work (not that I really needed it).
+ localization: few hundred metres from the beach and just next to Carmel Bazar + terrace roof available for the guests + fridge, air-co, hair dryer, electric kettle in the room
- rather small room - cheesy view from the window - poor wifi connection on the roof - arbitrarily selected temperature in air-co settings
The front desk staff were very helpful in trying to retrieve lost baggage from the Airport. We eventually got it sent to our next hotel in Haifa.
There was loud construction in the morning in the room above us. We were late getting out of the room because the clock on the room phone was an 1.25hrs off, and someone from the cleaning staff was somewhat rude in telling us to check-out. But the front desk was very understanding and kind.
We have returned to Tel-Aviv and we were at Galileo again. Our second journey was better than the 1st one because we got another room. It was peaceful, no noise and still, staff kept their nice sympathy and availability to help us in anything we needed.
The staff was really helpful and the location is good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and in a zone full of bars. You have a really beautiful terrace at the top of the building to chill and have a chat with your friends. It's right next to Carmel's market
In the first night I almost couldn't sleep because of the noise that came from one of the bars close to the hotel (basically people were load on the street)... The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed I was in... Still OK.
The staff was amazingly friendly. Helped us with credit card problems, and was always helpful with information about transportation etc.
expensive, difficult to find, seedy neighborhood
Great location, Nice atmosphere, Amazing rooftop terrace with views of the city and sea, Friendly and helpful staff
Brown old carpet
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout.
Surrounded by lively neighborhood. Rooftop lounge enjoyable.
a little difficult to find
location in hip neighborhood, near shops, cafe's, markets. Jacuzzi tub, knowledgeable staff.
smallish rooms, paid parking
Quaint Victorian atmosphere with dark wood banisters and thick carpeting. Offers a lot of extras for such a budget hotel... fridge, flatscreen TV, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, A/C. Right around the corner from a huge street market selling everything from fresh produce to clothing and souvenirs.
Tiny room, but adequate if used only for sleeping. Rubber sheet under the bed linen might be good to protect the mattress, but makes squeaky noises with every movement, which is disturbing at night.
