Location Dani Vibe
Not much. See below under what I didn't like.
The first room didn't have a good tv, nor did the second. There wasn't enough pillows and they wouldn't bring us extra. By the time we got back to the room after breakfast our towels were gone. The breakfast was poor compared to other hotels in Israel. I could go on, but I won't. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel
The front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was pretty good especially when it was served in the cafe versus the breakfast room. Free parking and Internet were a plus The decor in the common spaces was interesting and the roof top deck was worth a visit for the view.
Parking lot was small and difficult to maneuver in. Housekeeping staff could have been more efficient and thorough.
no parking smoking smell in the room no choice in the breakfast
Only the staff was good.
We did not lack the whole facilities, the breakfast, the location in a street where nobody could park, the lack of cleanliness, the mould, the need for a through refurbishing.
The staff was very helpfull and we got an upgrade for our booking. The room we had was very nice and clean and very spacius. There was free coffee and tea on the room. The breakfast was good and right around the corner with a view on the street. A bus stop is very close by.
Actually nothing was not good. We only missed the little shampoo on the room to wash our hair. It was not a big issue we bought our own shampoo etc. but I just expected it to be there. Also the minibar was empty. This was also not a big problem because there are shops in the neigboorhood.
I loved the hotel's special atmosphere which is created using contemporary art. My room was small but I had my own balcony and bathtub.
Nothing from the hotel may be only the location !!!!!!!
According to booking web you show breakfast included but in the vacher I find meal is not an option, immediatly I called the hotel and talked with dany, he told me that breakfast included, in the hotel staff refuse to talk with dany, he told me that according to my booking breakfast including , but upon our arrival to hotel they told us that we can leave if we are not satisfied?? The problem started with booking web side which shows breakfast as including such us 99% of hotels in israel, but after printing the vaucher I find meal not an option I therefore called the hotel to find out !!! but as I sade they told me after they look to my booking that breakfast including?? Then after they show us the door out ?? IF THERE IS PROBLEMS WITH BOOKING WEB SIDE YOU IN BOOKING SHOUD LET US KNOW AND NOT TO LEAVE US FIGHT WITH HOTEL STAFF, I ACCORDINGLY BLAME BOOKING WITH THIS BAD AFFAIR, AND HAVE TO THINK MORE BEFOR ANY DICISSION TO BOOK VIA YOU AGAIN.
Rooms were clean.
Location was terrible. Street was noisy at night, dogs barking and smelled disgusting. We were supposed to have a three person suite but you couldn't get from the bed to bathroom with out jumping over another cot. It was claustrophobic . Air con was not strong enough. There was no free parking like the web site mentioned, just a few spots that were taken.
What I liked: -the price (at least compared to other nearby places as far as I could discover) -the staff was very very friendly and helpful. The cleanstaff didnt speak English but they were kind too anyway >the reception asked me if everything was okay; I said there was some dust under the beds (frankly in clauset and on some furniture too); but the lady was shocked and send someone right away (even though I said its ok I put it back under the bed) >one day they appearently missed my room cleaning, they instantly brought me towels and asked if they can do anything right now >the women would tell me about haifa on her own initiative, I liked it >the man is very welcoming and friendly! :-) -the hotel has a nice balcony, u can see across the sea -has a gym - be it a bit cumbersome, but who cares? Airco + tv there -new towels everyday -I think the location Hadar is nice, it has a busstop with multiple lines. Shop on the corner.
What I didnt like: -the internet/WIFI. As a spoiled eu citizen I dont want to relogin every minute. Sometimes extremily frustrated about it. Maybe some lousy firewall config -the availeble 2 PCs run xp and fairly slow. Didnt use them cuz after 5 mins I give up and go back to phone -the gym running thing got really noisy especially using it going uphill. -For me (1.92m) the bed was too short which sucked, the shower was too low but doable
We were a group of 13 people who booked through different agents, although the hotel management were intuitive enough to know we were together and put us up on the same floor. The staff were very nice and very accommodating. the hotel was comfortable and any shortcomings were made up by the positive attitude and friendliness of the staff and management.
Only one set of towels were provided, small restaurant and difficult access for the disabled.
The service was real good by the staff. There was free parking. There was a nice breakfast which was included. There was a free tour in Haifa for the hotel guests.
The area of the hotel is a little bit boring for young couple, unless you are mobile by vehicle.
The attendant (Yehoash) at reception was very accomodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We were offered a free walking tour but unfortunately could not participate. Instead we enjoyed the quiet room.
Rooms were a bit small. Although there is a no-smoking policy, the room we received was obviously previously occupied by smokers, but we had no problem changing rooms.
This is a wonderful hotel located on the hills of Haifa. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. Downstairs is a cafe, attached to the hotel, where breakfast is served. There is parking in the back but only suitable for small cars.
Nice art. Very nice balcony.
Booked a superior double room, got a tin can. Small room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Shower has a funny smell. I won't come back and I can't recommend the place.
Reception staff very helpful
Breakfast served to table and service very inefficient . Only one member of staff to serve all guests and it took forever.
I liked the art work on the walls and the self guided tour of Israeli art.
The breakfast options need improvement.
a good hotel. polite staff and good breakfast
clean, good breakfast, nice room, everything that you expect for this price
in all the services that they provided, something went wrong: airconditioning didnt work (and apparently it was not the first time; but they did the effort to bring a fan to our room, off course thats not the same), they mention that there was free parking (and reservation is not possible) but we had we had to park the car on the street, wifi was available but you had to go back to the reception and ask for the password. Should these things wouldnt happened we would give them a perfect score!
Centrally located, nice and uncommon ambiente. Predominantly very friendly and helpful stuff.
March 2014 was a constructon area in front of the hotel, which was very noisy. Parking area was sometimes overcrowded and very narrow.
We went to the Haifa festival for Childrens' theatre, and the hotel was 5 minutes walk from the park where the festival took place. It is also within walking distance from the science museum, another lovely attraction for Children. The hotel is pretty basic in services, yet clean, friendly and full of art which makes it special.
Breakfast can be better, yet we were around on Easter and my guess is that it is richer during the rest of the year
the breakfast wasnt good
Well decorated throughout in contemporary design. Appealing and varied art on exhibit. Lovely Israeli breakfasts.
Lobby WiFi worked but it didn't work in our room and no one was able to fix it.
Breakfast! Good coffee and generous servings.
Very nice hotel. Good localization, friendly staff. Very good breakfest.
Noisy in the morning if you have windows in front of the hotel.
