Nice and helpful staff. the breakfast was good. the hotel got a big balcony on the upper floor with great sea view. bottom line - great value for money!

the art and design created a beautiful, timeless and peaceful oasis in the middle of a buzzing city. i was sick and the staff brought me food to the room and were so kind!

The proximity to all that Haifa has to offer is great. The art work in the hotel gives food for thought and prompts discussion. The roof top views and quirky sculptures are unusual and pleasing. Staff helpful.

The hotel was very unusual in that each floor had amazing art work, and their patio was magnificent, both in views and decor? Breakfast was amazing!!!

November 2012. Major roadworks right outside the hotel which continued throughout the night. Terribly noisy resulting in hardly any sleep. Booked for 5 nights but left after 3. Staff promised to refund money into my account but 2 weeks later nothing!!!

1- They had road work outside the hotel 2- The rooms smelled ,, really bad 3- I booked trebile room , they gave doubles ,, which I did not like as I have children 4- Park space tight , small and hard to grt into it ,, which my car was damaged 5- Breakfast very poor ??

Freindly staff. I was relocated to the near hotel (Theodor), since air condition in my room was broken. Teodor seems to be good for his price, clean, quite, woderfull panoramic view from upper floors.

Location! The worst quarter in all the city. Recommendation to stay or not depends on goal of the guest. I was in business trip and made my choose only by location (near to the hospital), but was badly surprised when arrived to the hotel in the evening and revealed it near to durty city market with its suspicious population. This downtown is near enoght to beach. Actually the market is very cheap and maybe for somebody it is an authentic experience to buy something there,

They say it is a boutique hotel, nothing like that. Dirty, loud, in the middle of the market. Breakfast Is terrible. No lobby. 2 star maximum not a 4 star hotel...

The art inside was very nice. All the help were very friendly and helpful.

Good location near the old city, there is a bus stop nearby from which you can easily get anywhere. Good wi-fi connection in the room, friendly staff. Breakfast is also ok (tea/coffee, eggs, some salad, sandwiches).

There was no fridge/ mini-bar, though it was announced on the website. When I asked of it they said that mini-bars were no use so they decided to remove them. There were no tea/coffee maker as well though it was also mentioned on the booking site. And the safety box didn't work... They said 'o, probably that's something wrong with the battery, we'll fix it'. It took them several hours to fix it, but the next day the safety box stopped working again. The place is also quite noisy. I would choose another hotel next time.

El hotel estaba cute, el restaurante chico, pero desayunos aceptables. Hay arte por todos lados, interesante..........no se si todo lo llamaria arte, pero se veia interesante el hotel.

No cumplieron con lo que pedimos de dos camas, no nos quisieron cambiar de cuarto apesar de haber disponibilidad, y solo ofrecieron traernos una colcha extra...?? La gente en general fue amable, pero al momento del cuarto no les importo no cumplir. Las camas duras.

J'ai apprécié les efforts du personnel pour aider dans mes requêtes, les oeuvres d'art dans l'hôtel, le lit confortable,l'accès internet. L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans Haïfa m'a aussi beaucoup plu: au coeur du quartier commerçant, même si les alentours sont un peu défraichis.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait semble t-il pas. Il y a des travaux importants dans la rue, pendant la nuit entre autre, mais ça ne m'a absolument pas empêchée de dormir.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die viele Kunst, die dem Hotel eine eigene Note gibt. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit war sehr wichtig und angenehm.

Der Service war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren modern, ordentlich und gepflegt. Frühstück war gut. Ansprechendes Ambiente.

Hauseigener Parkplatz am Hotel nur eingeschränkt, angrenzendes Parkhaus für 20 NIS pro Tag aber annehmbar und verfügbar. Im Stadtviertel Hadar hilft Englisch oder Deutsch nur begrenzt weiter, hier wird neben Hebräisch vor allem Russisch gesprochen.

הארוח היה לא נעים, החדר לא נקי, בבוקר לא היו מים חמים, חדר קטן מאוד, בקיצור מאוד לא נהנינו

שרות לא אדיב ולא נעים, ארוחת בוקר דלה ולא טעימה, , חדרים קטנים מאוד, ממש לא נהנינו.

ארוחות הבוקר היו פשוט מבזות, עדיף היה לאכול בחוץ. בין המחיר אותו הרשום באתר ומחיר המלון הסופי לא היה שום קשר המים במקלחת היו כתומים והשאירו עלינו את הצבע שלהם. בסופ"ש ירד גשם שחדר לתוך החדר דרך החלונות שלא נסגרו כראוי.

La situation, l'accessibilité par les transports en commun, le bon rapport qualité-prix, la gentillesse du personnel, et sa bonne volonté pour résoudre les problèmes, le petit-déjeuner facultatif.

Hôtel rénové mais pas encore suffisamment. Petits problèmes de plomberie dans la chambre mais vite réglés.
