Very helpful and friendly staff. I wanted to move to a larger and more comfortable apartment after a few days and they tried everything to make it possible.
I had a "penthouse suite" and it said on booking.com it was 55 sqm. In fact the apartment itself was only about 20 sqm with a large terrace of ca. 30 sqm. The interior was basic and it was a bit cramped. The bathroom did not have any ventilation at all. There's a very unpleasant smell in the staircase. In general the room was cleaned every day but not very thoroughly. In my opinion they should either supervise there cleaners better or sack them.
Good location (close the seaside).
The room is perfect
But !!!! There is a big problem with humidity in the walls. In the bathroom and in the stairs area it smells very storng. You can see the mold growing under the paint everywhere. They shouldn't offer this house antil these problems are fixed.
Location is excellent in city center. We had one of the studio apartments with a roof top terrasse - which was very nice: a bit of sun, functional outdoor furniture, very private, although no view (wooden fences blocking every sight). Free wifi in the apartment with good bandwith. Be aware, that you have to check in and pick up the key in Allenby 6, which is located some 600 m away from the apartment - but the reception offered free transport for us and our bags to the apartment, so that was fine.
Everything was fine.
Location was excellent. Also the personnel was very kind.
Humidity inside the room
The place is an apartment, not a hotel. Laundry service was available, and was only 70 Shekels for all my clothes. Decor was upscale and the kitchenette was nicer than most.
I was advised to leave my car at the suite and walk 15 minutes to pick up the key. I parked where instructed and was towed, costing 700 shekels. They told me i was supposed to park on the SIDEWALK in front of the place. There was a sign allowing parking for a vehicle, but without reading Hebrew one would never know that was a parking spot. I was naturally angry and did not want to stay there anymore. They would not allow me to cancel the booking.
Modern design. Good facilities in the room.
No views but I did not expect them due to the good price.
