Although the hotel is only 2 years old, regrettably, the rooms are not quite the standard that the reviews would suggest. The water pressure was variable, sometimes very low and there was just a lack of attention to detail on certain things. It was also strange that there were no double beds made up (except in the 8 executive rooms). When we asked, they happily pushed the two singles together to make a super king bed but I wonder why they feel the need to keep them separate.
The hotel is located centrally in the city, making it convenient to all the main areas, including the Basilica of the Annunciation.
The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, notably the manager (“Mike”) who gave us useful tips on places to visit in the local area.
As usual in Israel, the breakfast buffet was good, although there was not as much choice as at some of the other, similar sized hotels we has stayed at during our visit.
