good location, friendly and helpful personal, speak several languages, private beach, no problem finding a place in a shade with a lounge chair. nice pool area. good selection of spa treatments
Mud and sulfur pool, which on "private" beaches on Dead sea are included in entrance price, in this "all inclusive" are only available as extra "spa" treatment for additional price. soft drinks selection dissapointing - only the water tastes natural, even orange "juice" has strong chemical taste.
The outdoor space by the Dead Sea was beautiful, quiet, relaxing. And the lobby was bright and inviting.
The gym was very disappointing. There were chipped cups and plates and I saw bugs crawling on the wall in the dining hall... We had a room without a porch - felt stuffy and dark.
there's this amazing lady named malca who makes omelets at breakfast by request. she's a treasure. would like to have her as my grandma :) other than that, the trip was quite expensive, but fair. tons of food, way too much food. the pool and beach are very nice and clean.
the food was very monotonous, a larger selection and less meals would be better. the entertainment was pretty lame, especially the fashion show.
Location is good
The rooms must be renovated, towels with hair...
location , the idea all inclusive
service in the restorant , level of cleaning , the hotel should be renoveted asap ,
Reception people were awesome and very helpful. Comfortable beds Excellent dead sea beach. Loved the pool
Lousy facilities for preschoolers! Not recommended for families with young toddlers and kids who need constant parental supervision, since kids are not allowed in the dead sea
spa is nice, food is good.
very lousy bar. guests were mostly very rude and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it.
Perfect location. Great private beach. Ice creams by the pool.
Scruffy around the edges and straight out dirty in some places. Poor food. It feels like they are very understaffed and for the price it certainly wasn't the level of service I expected. To be fair everything is expensive at the dead sea.
Property is in a good location and the spa and baths are very nice aswell as the staff. food was pletiful.
Room was not kept up. The halls were not airconditioned. there were beds and cribs litering the hallways. Also, only toilet paper in the bathrooms for tissues. There was plenty of food available but nothing special
I like the proximity of the beach to the hotel. The food was good.
The Appearance of my room was a little rundown. The shower curtain was way too short for the tub itself and water was running down to the floor. I did not have any hooks on the bathroom door to hang my wet towels. The baseboard in our room was missing. The cabinetry was not fastened properly to the wall.
I loved the all-inclusive aspect of this booking. The pool was great and we loved the private beach. It was a nice family-centred vacation that allowed us to relax by the pool during our stay. The staff member servicing the coffee station at breakfast was particularly friendly especially relative to some of his colleagues (see negative comments). The check-in staff member was also very helpful and we were offered a number of additional benefits due to having booked through booking.com which was an unexpected surprise.
Air-Con in the corridor outside our room was poor so even the 100m distance from our room to the elevator was stiflingly hot. Staff were courteous at best and some bordered on indifferent to our basic needs such as providing us with enough bathroom towels to serve a family of 5. The hotel was full to capacity so we understand that staffing may have been stretched thin but the lines for service in the Rush-Rush lobby bar were longer than usually acceptable.
Location is great. I like all inclusive in these kind of places where you will find it difficult to buy something to eat. WiFi and Parking FOC
Dinner and all other meals very noisy, hundreds of people, not sufficient attention by the staff, or no attention at all. Glasses, and other dishes were missing and difficult to get. cleaning service very slow and bad.
The suite was amazig the swimming pool and the beach near the hotel no need to cross the road
The dinning room to much noise
Proximity to the beach Friendly staff Good food
The property is very old and not renovated and for sure can't be rated as 5 stars maximum 2 stars . Very expensive comparing to other property with better amnesties
swimpool spa food
Hotel is well located, has a private beach. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and always friendly. Excellent vacation if you have children from 3-9 and don't mind a noisy place. Many practical facilities for them.
Food was fair, could be improved. Dinning room is difficult to access, tables are cramped and there's a single location for water. We had to sit far away, and make long trips to get food and beverage. Swimming pool on the small side. Entertainment was mediocre.
Everything was really, really bad. Rooms were smelly, Service was worse than a 1 star hotel, food was lousy, swimming pool a disaster
Location!!! Private beach to the dead sea... Walk from the sea to the pool... Priceless!
Cleanliness... Maybe guests in general there were a bit "rude". But hey! You get what you pay for compared with other hotels
The location is right next to the Dead Sea and there's no need to cross the road to access the water.
We travel all over the world and this the first time I felt compelled to write a review: We love a good party, but the situation around the pool is pretty sad. Lots of noise, trash everywhere and no respect for fellow guests. Even the life guard had his personal stereo blasting half the pool and clashing with the (cheesy) hotel music. At the end of the day the whole area around the pool was hosed down, with all the trash being deliberately pushed into the pool--at lest an hour before the pool closing time, while a guest was swimming laps. We could see trash, cigarette butts and plastic wrappers floating in the pool when the workers left the area. We did not see anyone come to clean the pool afterward. At 9:30 in the evening, we were kicked out of the outdoor area on the pool side because it was closed for the night. The only accessible outdoor area was the parking area by the front door of the hotel, where we were asked several times if we are guests (in case we were "stealing" Internet access). This is a ridiculously inhospitable area with only a few chairs and tables to accommodate all the hotel's guests who wished to enjoy any outdoor air after 9:30, smokers and non smokers squeezed in together. The food was poor quality relative to what we paid. Although some dishes were decent and the salad bar provides many healthy and fresh options, the deserts seemed to be created for children who care only about the idea of chocolate or sugar quantity and not flavor or quality: flavorless cakes, sugar water popcicles, sugar water and soda. The only items available outside the scripted meal times were sugary beverages, one dark and one light beer and coffee--from the inside "bar". In short, it's not an all inclusive resort with option available at all times nor is it a resort that offers high quality experience. Come for the sea, forget the rest.
Pool, room with view, large buffet, direct access to dead sea, nice program, generous staff (gave us a free wellness gift)
atmosphere in dining room - noisy
I liked the pool entertainment I loved the free drinks and free bar I thought the private beach was absolutely stunning
the food was plentiful but for a five star hotel it could have been less like cafeteria style and more gourmet I had a few problems twice with the safe and the tv cable wasnt connected well so i had to complain. The safe was taken care of quite nicely and quickly but the tv wasnt fixed which was kind of annoying
We got the room after a big delay (about 1.5h) The reception claimed that "booking" are not updated that on Saturdays rooms are prepared for entering not on 15:00 (as it was written) but one hour after Shabbat. After a long discourse we got finally the room. The hotel is dirty. The showers on the beach were in bad condition: one was out of order and the other was flooded like a big swamp. The dining room is dirty, towels were on floors in order to sponge liquids from the refrigerators, and the smell was bad. The cutlery was also party dirty.
The beach Staff
cleanliness, maintenance, food, furniture, spa, sulfur pull, gym all very poor, not more than 2 stars in a 5 star hotel, altogether most disappointing
Good beach. Possibility to eat at time you wish.
Smell in the yard from the building. Conditioner by switch on also smells.
the food was very tasty
some of the staff speaks only russian or only hebrew. the animation program for the kids was in hebrew.
