We did not think that the hotel was worth the money we paid - $200 per night. Other travelers felt the same way - but this is the only hotel in town, so people really have no choice.

The reception staff was very polite and professional. The rooms are quite large and pleasantly decorated, with very comfortable beds and a modern bathroom; that part of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The hotel is a very large building, which makes it difficult for cleaning: actually, common areas were quite dirty. Common areas are decorated in an office-like way, or without any sense of aesthetics, especially so the dining room. Breakfast was only average, both in the number of offered foods and in their quality; dining room staff was polite but not professional.

I stayed in a room in floor 7, the room was absolutely comfortable and clean. They offer a variety of food for breakfast. People in the reception speak perfectly english. Elevators work perfectly and fast. The price of the room for one night is high taking into account the conditions of the facilities in general. The hotel is good, but not so luxury and modern to justify the cost. The pool was out of service.

We were assigned a suite on the eigth floor, that was spacious and had a fantastic view over Beer Sheva, but was unfortunately due for renovation. (The bathroom door was warped and stuck when closed, requiring considerable force to open it again). The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Wedding parties were held in the garden area on both evenings and were very noisy. The coffee bar is enormous and lacks atmosphere.

Staff on reception was mostly friendly but not all of them. No free Wi-Fi in public area ("sorry it is mistake in booking") - you are forced to buy something in cafe to get the password and the cafe does not work on Saturday, does not work at morning, etc. My room was not cleaned for two days, then dirty towels were taken away and not replaced with clean them. The pool area was extremely dirty and trashy, sun beds are very old, worn out and broken - it works only till 6pm so no much chance to use it anyway. I have stayed in the hotel half year before - it gets worse with time and it does not worth the money you pay for it. Unfortunately, there is no alternative as this is the only hotel in Beer Sheva.

Some of the staff was eager to help When you come to the room at night, it is a sauna. Air conditioning is not strong enough to cool the room quickly. Could not sleep. Wireless internet is expensive and bad. The business center works only at night 4-days a week. The interior, furniture, etc., seem old and not very clean. The staff is not professional, many do not speak English. There is no concierge and reception people are trying to help, but frequently do not know much. The only map that we could get in the hotel was in Russian (not in English). Considering that the country road signs sometimes are in Hebrew only and our gps was in English, it was a problem.

Breakfast was great with friendly breakfast staff. Internet is not available for free as written here. Hotel blames change of management and slow updates from booking.com. Business lounge is a joke. A poor room with some chairs, PCs, sift drinks and nuts. Room condition is poor.

The food was amazing. The view from the windows was breathtaking. The design of the hotel was very impressive. I booked on-line and yet, when I called from Israel to confirm my booking, they claimed that they never heard about it. Eventually they did find it. It seems that like the Leonardo in Jerusalem where we stayed on this same trip, this hotel too does not have a good connection with Booking.com. This needs to be fixed because it is devastating to customers. Another aspect that we did not like about this hotel is that it is far too expensive for us. We realize that there is NO other hotel in Beer-Sheva and wish that someone would get one established. We would have preferred to stay in a budget hotel without all the amenities but with a more affordable price. Even the Leonardo in Jerusalem was half the price of the hotel in Beer-Sheva, which does not make any sense.

Location was good. Parking free Nice refrigerator Room cleanliness good Very nice Gas station in walking distance with excellent Yellow shop open Shabos (for those not Shomrei Shabat) Saturday breakfast limited (compared to Kfar Macabiah) Underground parking reminded me of a dungeon-scary. Needs at least a cleanup and paint job Toilet flush unusual and needed staff help Air conditioning barely adequate Outside pool servers refused payment except exact change. Went elsewhere after being ignored for 10 minutes No balcony Information about parking from hotel staff misleading and inadequate. Ended up dragging my luggage up some stairs outside til I figured it out

It was the only hotel in Ba'er Sheva that I found. It was adequate for our needs, we were visiting a relative close by. The plumbing is "dated". The toilet flush is a button that you have to push quick and firmly and that didn't always work. The bathtub had a knob that was difficult to change from tub to shower and since one of us likes baths and the other showers it was a minor nuisance. Other problems we had were corrected by the maintenance person. We had a lamp with a shorted wire but he fixed it and we didn't know how to use the tv remote but he fixed that too.

It suited our puposes being close to an area we wished to visit. We were only there for 12 hours and therfore did not use any of the facilities. It is in need of refurbishment in that the decor is a bit tired and certain minor things in the room we stayed in didn't work proprely.
