Proximity to other amenities. Good buffet food selection. Nice staff in restaurant

Very unfriendly unwelcoming staff at reception. Very dirty in the communal spaces. Buffet restaurant was like a canteen

Food was ok, not good but not bad. Lot of deep fried stuff :/ the kosher kitchen is very hard to handle with kids. You cannot drink milk while eating meat.

Very dirty rooms! Not even close to 4 star hotel! The floor was so dirty that we cannot put our babies to there. In reception they said that the hotel is almost full and they dont have time to clean! Dirty glasses all over the tables and corridors :( no one ever smile or say hello! Theres no lift to the kids room, only very dirty corridor, which was full of some stuff! We had reserved for 4nights, but we stayed only 1night! I have try to send email to hotel because of wrong charging in Visa, but they dont answer!

Location - in a rather quiet area, which was essential for us. Friendly staff (with some language issues though). Possibility to use other hotel's beach. Short 5-7 minute walk to the shore.

No heated pool, which is essential during winter time, Hotel needs some refurbishing. Seldom linen change.

Very friendly and professional staff for the most part. Very nice meals with lots of choices and good quality foods.

On the roof on top of our room was a loud machine/generator that they should have warned us about. It was noisy and they didn't have a good solution for it.

When we arrived, it was far from what we expected. The staff at th reception was not very friendly or helpful, the room not especially "fresh". Not quite what you expected from an all inclusive hotel; albeit in Israel. However, we did complain and the hotel manager was extremely kind and helpful, upgrading us to a fantastic room. Much thanks for that. The hotel itself was nice. The food and service of the waiting staff as well as the kitchen staff was fantastic and exceptional and truly an experience worth mentioning. Made our stay (aside from the friendliness of the manager) totally worth it.

Really only the reception staff which should perhaps attempt to be a little more GENUINELY friendly and helpful. And perhaps a bit more of a welcome package (some fruit and perhaps a small bottle of wine ) in the rooms.

The friendliness of all crew members(Ina, Evyatar, Tami, Yulia, Smadar) good food, comfortable bed.

Ventilation in bathroom would help preventing of extra moist which ruins ceiling. Guests did not comply with anti-smoking law in the hotel.
