Lage des Hotels zu Stadt und Strand, ehemaliger Hafen mit guten Restaurants und Geschäften, auch für Einheimische, ist in der Nähe,

Man sollte wissen dass Hotels in Israel wohl oft teuer und etwas aus der Zeit sind, insofern geht das Haus in Ordnung,

Pool not open when weather hot, no mirror at 'dressing table' and lack of plugs.

The staff from the reception was very nice and helpfull. Thank you, again for you help! Situated 2 minutes away from the beach. Breakfast was very rich and tasty.

Way too expensive for a 4-star hotel. It looked very old and "grey" and cold. The rooms were clean, though.

The hotel, its design and facilities are rather old.

Fair location, near the beach, you only have to cross a street and walk for 5-10 min to be on the beach,free internet in the rooms was actually working! on Mezizim 9 beach a very good bar restaurant, good food, very nice service from an Australian young lady,reasonable prices

Not very clean: rooms, lobby, restaurant, old hotel Staff quite unpolite,did not give us correct tourist informationsm check in took very long since reception insisted to pay for the whole stay before handing out the rooms cards! nothing in the minibar,using the elevator took very,very long time, dirty glasses/tableware from someone who had ordered room service on the floor for more than 24 hrs attracted flies!Small room,small bathroom, definitely NOT 4 star hotel even for Israeli standards.

the fresh orange juice for breakfast , it was the only hotel offering it during my 10 days stay in Israel, where I stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotels

Rooms,lobby, restaurant not very clean, windows of restaurant downright dirty,floor sticky,reception staff had no idea about a good restaurant or any information needed by a tourist.The elevators were continuously shared by guests and staff with clean or dirty linen,garbage from rooms and kitchen,trolleys with vegetables/fruit for the kitchen restaurant!Nothing in the minibar, tiny bathroom, small room with a "view" to the backside of another building,lousy towels and pillows

The hotel photos and description do not reflect the reality,hotel is NOT on the beach, the swimming pool is small,dirty.Although I did not stay during shabat, the wait for the 3 elevators tooks quite some time-stayed on 11 th floor, breakfast modest,staff knew verylittle English, the hotel blocked the value for both rooms, for the whole period of our stay for more than one months, on arrival the check in took more than 30 min for each room and we had to pay before getting the rooms, rooms very basic, small bathroom,old and threadbare towels,nothing in the minibar, had to go the lobby bar for a bottle of water, cleaness of rooms and especially of public parts must be urgently be improved,hotel overrated,max 3 small stars!

Location was not the best being at the north end of Tel Aviv about 5 minutes from the beach. Good for the old port restarants and some night clubs but a 50 minute walk or else take a taxi to the town centre.

Housekeeping services. After room was cleaned?? Soiled linen and and used towels left in the room. Used glasses were not replaced. Carpet not cleaned or not cleaned well. Dusty.

The lack of parking facilities. I will not return to this hotel on my next trip to Tel Aviv because of this.

Location

Very noisy in the room. Elevator "trip" is not bad, is very bad, need to go out with minimum 10mins, which is reserved for elevator. No balcony in the room, which is bad too. The view at room number 502, will never forgot (ha ha ha), you shall check.

problem with lifts - only 2 out of the 3 were working and slow rooms were not kept particularly clean over our 2 weeks stay - the door handle on the bathroom fell off and stayed that way for the 2 weeks
