Not clean. Too expensive.
The location, right across the road to the beach, to a park and to the port, plus the Haiarkon Park. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and we had a great view of the city and the park. There is a pool at the roof, breakfast had many options. Good restaurants less than two blocks away
i would go again to this hotel
quite skunky place, makes you trying not to touch anything...
Good location and breakfast.synagogue space always available
Very little choice of other refreshments or food in hotel.expensive for what it is.
Excellent food. Kind and thoughtful staff.
Room maids shouting at each other in the corridor.
We were in a Group of women And Staff threaten and respect us as i've Neves seen. One of the problems was with the front desk that wanted to charge on advance every thing even a coffe. So I went to the Room to pick-up my credit Card And the Staff send a security Guy with a weapoon to follow me!!!!!!! That's unacceptable! Other incredible thing: one day my Room wasn't cleaned because they were "too busy", they said.
Facilities are too old Breakfast
Very clean, good soap, very comfortable bed, beddings & climate control. Easily accessible by bus.
I would like to highlight the excellent attention and dedication of the reception "Yam" who helped my family a lot and who was the responsible to have an excellent stay in Israel instead of one of the worst in my life. Thanks Yam again. Best in class.
Be careful with tourist agencies because not all are reliable. Specially don't use Nestor Feller agent or the ones who are working with him. They have put me down of the mini bus with a 3 months baby and a 4 years old daughter.
When in Tel Aviv I always stay in this hotel, good and friendly staff, brilliant location
The staff there are friendly and helpful. Very closed to seaside
I lived on the 4th floor. The carpenter was old and not clean. The daily room service was terrible. Never left the right number of the towels in the room. Forgot making bed or emptying the dustbin.....
Excellent location, close to the beach.
Indifferent staff and service.
The hotel was recently renovated and looked like new inside. Perfect. I loved it.
The staff was fantastic. Everything was perfect. The hotel inside is like new. It is so easy to access form the highway Nr. 20 that we didn't even need GPS.
the receapcionist was very unpolit, and unpation.
Room is big and clean. Location is good. Quite close to the beach.
Staffs are not very helpful. No one helped us about the luggages which really surprised me. Limited choices for breakfast.
Receptionist and manager attitude. Dirty and shaby carpet in room, unkempt alleyways, Manager demanded on checking in payment for the 5 days in advance arrival. Charged us with VAT although we are US citizens. Avoid this hotel.
Great breakfast, beds comfortable and wifi everywhere inside the hotel.
As everywhere you have to be lucky with the front desk staff. When arriving under a very rough weather and very tired after a long drive, the girl on the desk was unfriendly and quite rude.Nothing to complain about the other members of the staff. A garage for clients would be a good improvement!
Good value for the location. The wifi also worked well.
We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our 3 week Israeli holiday. The first room we were allocated looked a bit tired. The finishing was average, and my wife woke up with itchy bites on her legs. However, our following 2 visits were much improved. The rooms were fine and we enjoyed our stay.
Most of all I think I liked the location. Near the port, good bus and taxi service near. Free internet access. Fabulous breakfast and friendly staff.
Although I suppose it was value for money, I did think it was quite expensive. I also didn't like the fact that dinner is a buffet arrangement.
Breakfast was great...the rooms are outdated, and television was minimal...
Staff helpful Great breakfast
Carpet in room dirty Seating in room old and tainted
The pool The breakfast The views
The size of the room - we booked a triple and there was only enough space for 2 people.
