The location was excellent, in walking distance to the Bahai Temple and many restaurants. There was free parking right in front of the hotel. Our room was stocked with biscuits and chocolate muffins when we arrived and there was cable TV With English speaking shows we could watch.

Internet didn't work with I-phone but worked perfect on Android devices. It was very noisy because our room was close to the street. Road work commenced about 6:30 am shoe heard it all.

Our expectations were not high considering the cost. We stayed there because of the location and because it was only for one night. It was more than what we expected and Andrew Haddad that ran the guest house was a wonderful host.

Cleanliness, location (perfect location) and friendliness.

location, room had everything I needed, equipment was rather used up, but functioning ok; open balcony with a good view and smoking allowed, the shared hall has good airconditioning and is styled with good taste.

My room could definitely take some renovation, especially bathroom. Bed sheets could also look a little better, less stains and so on. When I first arrived, bathroom was also not very clean. Problem was partially fixed next day, as the cleaning lady asked me if I wanted anything. But only partially. Formally cleaning is done everyday, but on Friday and Saturday cleaning lady did not appear. Strange. No idea if that was because of holidays or for some management problem, since usually there is noone to ask - reception is closed most of the time. But given the price, things could've been much worse.

The best street of the town, the best view, the kitchen in the room.

Personal was never at the reseption, it is very cold in the rooms, the neighbours could be loud.

Great location (even though we didn't have a view onto the gardens and the street can be a little noisy). The rooms were fine.

No breakfast available. A little expensive for what it is (but hotels are crazy expensive in Israel...)

A great location in The German Colony, with a stunning view of the Ba'Hai Gardens from my window. Coffee maker plus coffee and biscuits in the room. Free street parking directly in front with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The place is a bit older and could use renovation. You need a key to exit as well as enter, and it seems to me a bit dangerous if there was a fire and you can't find your key.
